! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SHOP! Worst experience ever. The estimated delivery was 30 mins, i received the flowers in 2 hours. The shop guy was saying he is 1 minute away from your location every time I called for 1 hour. If you need 2 hours just say you need 2 hours. Bad bad experience. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. VERY BAD. WORST FLOWER SHOP. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Terrible experience, i ordered the flowers via Deliveroo (first mistake), then was told they were delivered and the recipient had had a call. Deliveroo then refused to assist because they were an external delivery driver. I spoke to the flowershop direct who sent me a photo of the wrong door.and said they were delivered. They had said that the delivery guy had called the recipient but she had received no call. They also said that i must have put the wrong address in even though it was the correct address and i said they had put the flowers in front of the wrong door!

They mentioned the time of closing at 10: 00 pm but when I arrive at 8: 45 they even doesn’t open the door even didn’t response to me and I am waiting outside

Ordered a bouquet of flowers for Valentines Day and they did not get delivered.

I continuously attempted to call and send WhatsApp messages chasing for updates throughout the whole day. All my calls were ignored and not a single WhatsApp message was responded to (even though they were clearly being read!)

I am in absolute shock that businesses like yourself exist! It goes without saying your appalling services will never be used again and I will make sure others stay clear too!

EDIT finally got the order by 7: 45 pm that also by doing continuous follow ups on a number that we got from some old website but the actual number did read all messages but never replied and basically it ruined the day but still at least we got the order

Very bad service. Does not reply on your messages and does not answer on your calls when you ask for updates for the delivery status. I get that it's Valentine's Day today and has a very high demand but they cannot provide a simple delivery status update.

I have ordered flowers in the morning for Valentine's day. So far so good. Money deducted, everything works fine. Then nightmare starts. 18: 00 o'clock called, no one is picking up. Had to call many times as the line is busy (assuming there were many like me). A gentleman answers, take my details and assures me I am gonna get the flowers. 21: 00 after many calls and no reply someone does it at the end. I am angry, but still understand that things sometimes are going wrong and will not show my frustration, the only thing I need is to get the flowers I have ordered. The person apologize and ask again for my address. I am giving my details and calm I am asking if I am gonna receive it? YES SIR, NO WORRIES, would be the reply. Like every other drama story, and considering my rating is obvious I have not gotten my flowers (23: 50). It is unfortunate I know but it's a shame to do it on this day! If you cannot handle you should take yourself from this business out or better find capable people to work! You ruined my day, my wife is very thankful and so as I!

Update: Now, 1: 15am I was woke up by someone who called me. Guess what, it was the delivery guy with the flowers wishing me: "happy Valentine's day" This is a joke, I am part of a prank and probably I don't know! Unbelievable.
