I shouldn’t give even 1 star! Very bad customer service. I was out of uae n ordered a bouquet for a gift to be delivered to my sister. They didn’t receive the amount transaction for 2 days (usually international transfer procedure issues) n i had a very rude conversation with the employee. He was threatening me to send a team to my sister’s home to get the money!
Unbelievable! I will raise that to the concerned authorities to take the necessary action.

The delviery was really professional. I didn't know the place of delivery exactly. Managers contacted and changed the delivery address. Overall, I am very happy with quality of the service.

Very good treatment and commercial attention. Satisfied with the service. Appreciated. Keep in that way.

If you want to be manipulated by prices and product, go and get flower from here.
The are advertising for something and offering something else, I contact them in Instagram and ask for management number to complain, but ofocrse no reply.
Find better shop where you can have right items at the advertised and right prices.

The arrangement arrived on time and was exactly as pictured-beautiful. Five days later, it still looks as fresh as the day it arrived. All this at a reasonable price.
