I have purchased flowers and baloons from this hop a couple a times in the past, but this time I am extremely pleased with the work of the Florist "Rajesh". He carefully considered my requirements and gave his full efforts and time to make the arrangement. Also the Helium baloons stayed good for more than 18 hours which was not expected. I would definitely recommend this business and specially Rajesh's work.

Had worst experience, think twice before ordering.the quality of helium ballon was very bad, last only for 3hrs.

Big veriety of items.and customized option makes it easy for you to manage with your budget, Love it. I like to mention lovely staff as well.

I placed an order in the morning and went to pick it up in the evening. I was told that I didn’t make it because I was too busy and had a bad attitude. Not only did I not notify in advance, I was also told that not all orders would be done, which ruined my Valentine’s Day and the mood of the day.

We ordered a balloon arrangement for a special occasion and the service was brilliant and on time. Highly recommended.

Ghieghie coordinated the entire experience and she was great at it.

Sad to say that i need to drop this review. I just called to inquire with regards of the services (for our Grandma’s special bouquet of flowers). Unfortunately she drop the call on my face.

How come this people or employees treat customer in such way. I, myself is catering patients everyday with heavy loads of expectations but i managed to treat them nicely.

Exceptional people! Very kind and helpful. Changed the bouquet for me like 5 times. We were requesting to change many times for different styles of bouquet. And they responded to it all with the smile.

Visited the store and got this amazing decoration for our anniversary. Amazing florist and good staff.

Ordered and paid for shipping fee so the flowers can reach at the time selected which is between 12pm-4pm but they arrived only at 9pm. What was suppose to be a surprise turned out to be a disaster. If you cannot commit then at least inform properly instead of giving me alibis. Don't waste your time with this company and make the same mistake I did. There are far better once out there who can fulfill their promise at the same price or even less.

Ordered flower for delivery and choose 12-4pm delivery timing. But they delivered at 9pm. Very disappointed
