Very expensive and when received the roses both white and red in two different arrangements did not even last 12 hours before wilting and dropping petals. A disgraceful way to over charge during the festive season and deliver shocking quality.

So many arrangements and options to choose from. They deliver fast depends on whatever is convenient for you. The only downside is that their prices are a bit too high for the sizes they offer.

Fresh lilies, all closed! I get annoyed when I buy lilies and they are open only to be told they are fresh! But not this time, all closed AND the video sent for approval is an amazing service (better if it came to my WhatsApp rather than email - but maybe that was my fault)

The worst flower shop I’ve dealt with. I’ve contacted them at 10: 00AM to do me a garland (necklace flowers) for the graduation and they promised me to do it for sure, then they have sent me a link to pay! I remind them that I need it at 2: 00PM and they promised me to deliver it.after that at 12: 30PM they told me the supplier cannot provide the flowers and we cannot do it for you today! Really I got shocked, they have wasted my time and the graduation is at 3: 00PM. They have put me in a bad situation. I am wondering how they sent the payment link before making sure from supplier if they can provide the flowers or not! Not recommend at all and this way of dealing it’s not safety.

Ordered white roses and chocolates at 3AM from the US for my girlfriend who is in Dubai. The flowers were ready first thing in the morning and they even delivered them by 9: 30AM which was great, since she was planning to step out after 10. She loved the flowers and sent me multiple pics with them. Overall great product and even better service. Thank you!

Strongly recommend avoiding this business.

Despite a weeks notice and a premium paid for express delivery, our flowers were delivered hours late.
Despite asking (in notes and through a call) for two separate cards to be written for each bouquet - only one card was included and had an incorrect message written.
The response from the Owner / Manager was unapologetic. He told me that he will refund the express delivery fee (having followed up several time he has still not refunded this).
Total cost was almost 300usd - expensive - but had they fulfilled their commitments I would have been happy to pay.
