I’ve been shopping with them for over 3 years. However, recently (2021) I’ve felt that their items have become expensive, even more than what it would cost in usd. I hope they can address this as I do want to continue towpath them, but feel I could get more bang for the buck.

I ordered from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and it was amazing. I was a bit worried at first because it was my first time but you get what you paid for and more. It was an amazing experience, it came on time with fresh flowers and cake and even with a card. I highly recommend this for your loved once!

A one stop solution to send flowers to your loved ones! A thing that I would want to add to the service is to attach a picture of the bouqet that gets delivered. We cannot request the recipient to show pictures, please consider this.

I placed an order in the morning and i have been calling for 2 hours to follow up on the delivery with no answer on the phone! I tried the instagram chat and no one checked my messages! Bad experience indeed and not recommended at all

Terrible. I ordered 12pm and they promised to deliver before 9pm. They never came and ruined women's day because those flowers were for my daughters and wife. Don't buy these flowers they ruin the special occasion.

Perfect: : Ordered flowers online from outside the country. Got a discount and a free box of chocolates. Delivery was same day. Made her super happy on her birthday. And they notified me after delivery. They need to fix the live chat online for those live outside the UAE.

Firstly overpriced for average flowers. Secondly overprices shipping costs of 60AED and charging 10% more for occasional days like Valentine’s Day.

This is a wonderful and professional company.
Quality, service, communication, everything is excellent.
The flowers were even more beautiful than in the photos on the site.
Chocolates were in a classy box and both delivered on time and presented very well.
Even the card is classy.
One criticism, the text in the card is small and feels a little impersonal, maybe softer script and larger text?
But this is minor and did not detract from the gift.
My lady is very pleased and so am I.

I reccomend creating an account, that way you'll keep track of all your orders and get email reminders on the dates of previous purchases to remind you of special occasions like friends' birthdays. I've sent flowers to family and friends for several years now using Flower shop. The arrangements are gorgeous, they are always within their time window and keep you updated on your delivery status!

It is quite a good company. We used them for about 4 years. Only a couple times they disappointed me. They delivered not fresh flowers for my birthday and because it is straight after Valentin's Day I felt I had flowers left over after 14 February. Especially my husband usually orders for me 50-100 roses and I guess it is not cheap. But the good thing I sent them a polite mail and pictures of my flowers and they sent me new flowers with no additional cost. It shouldn't happen of course but I was very happy how good they deal with customers.

Overall flower shop.ae did a great job with my online order from the USA. The site was easy to navigate and was processed quickly. All of the Alerts of the order process, delivery, etc were awesome! Was disappointed that the flowers didn’t look exactly as in the picture but the strawberries were great!
