Good customer service with friendly staff, groomer do what groomers do.give some advice regarding how to take care my cat.very recommendable for all pet lovers

Their facility and staff are very good, Patient.

We had our cat and dog boarded with them for a week, and it turned out to be a good choice. We got updates everyday, and also they were able to make some new friends during their stay

The worst centerً I ve never seen. Real scammer. Owner asked me to give her the kittens to show them for potentiel adoption. Without my consent she started selling them with her products. She made them part of her product package. When I asked her to stop this and give me back my kittens. I ve been insulted and she forced me to pay a staycation to get back my remaining kittens.my kittens were shaking and have only water. I was forced to pay 200 AED to get back my kittens and one of them is gone. The owner has no ethic nor knowledge about pets and the service provided is the worst. This centerً has no ethics for animals.

The worst centerً I ve ever seen. The owner is a real scammer. She asked me to give her the kittens to show them for potentiel adopter. Without my consent she started selling them to her clients as part of her product package offers. When I asked her to stop this and to gove me back my kittens. I ve been insulted and blocked on the phone. When I went to the shop I ve been forced to pay a staycation fees to get back my remaining kittens. My kittens were held in a cage with only water no food. They were shaking.at the end she sold one of my baby kittens kept the money and forced me to pay 200 AED as staycation fees for the hours she tooks the kittens to sell them if not I ll not get them back. The owner has no ethic nor knowledge about pets.

Took my dog for grooming and am very satisfied with the service. The prices are quite reasonable as well. I will definitely visit again for my dog's grooming and day care.

I left our pet dog Lily for 2 weeks as we were travelling. This was the first time we were travelling after Lily joined us and we were so worried. Fluffy owner Salma and Jeff took care of our baby so well and Lily was so happy and she too had a good staycation at Fluffy. The prices are reasonable and the care they offer is greater. Thank you Salma and Jeff for the affection extended.

Very clean and nice place. I took my dog for boarding, the price is really good comparing to the market. They sent my updates daily I could even call on boron to talk to my pet. The owner very friendly and present all the time. They even gave him a grooming when I picked him up. Highly recommended

Took my cat for grooming and couldn’t be happier with the service and the other all experience. Several things i would like to highlight that I normally look for in a grooming place, first the cleanliness is top notch you can actually smell how clean the place is, second how they treat the pet and both the groomer and the owner were hands own, kind and very friendly with my cat, last but not least the price is really good for such incredible service. Will be coming again and recommending the place for sure. Wish you best of luck

I’ve bought my dog for boarding, very clean place, send me pictures of him daily, they took care of him. Very nice stuff specially the owner, always present

The play area is very small. Also there is a lack of products available for purchase such as food, etc.

Very friendly and professional team, I always take my dog there for grooming, boarding, and I was never disappointed, services are very affordable comparing to other shops in Dubai.
Shoutout to the owner who is always there making sure that everything is well done and pets are happy! Really recommend It guys specially with the great offers for frequent customers, whenever I leave my dog more than 5 days I get free grooming! Thank u team for your hard work and keep it up ️️
