This is pathetic airline. I requested for modification information form one of the call center representative but she confirmed the booking without my Consent and asked to pay additional unwanted charges. Over complain they didn't reply on my query aslo call centre team saving eachother instead to taking initiative of clients complaints. I'm feeling regret to choose this airline. I'll never repeat to travel with them over again.
Highly unprofessional and outdated team as well as airline.

It’s a budget airline and like all budget airlines, they have sneaky ways of ‘taxing’ passengers to make up for the seemingly attractive ticket price.
Let me explain in detail: I was on a 2 day biz trip from Dubai to Muscat. I took a small cabin bag and a back pack (typical kit for a short trip). When I departed from Dubai T2, nobody carried out any checks on the size/weight of my cabin bags. Upon returning, Flydubai had set up a check by the Gate and they forced a large number of passengers, including me, to pay USD80 on the spot as our bags were slightly over the permitted weight (2 Kg in my case!). I understand and accept the conditions of carriage and on many occasions (with other airlines and other airports) my carry on has been checked, but with the exception of Flydubai, these checks were carried out BEFORE going through immigration and security. Thereby allowing me/passengers to either check in the extra or give it to someone or throw away etc. Flydubai chose to only check the bags right by the gate and essentially limiting the option to paying a penalty or dont fly!
I emailed them to bring this point to their attention and highlight the fact that such a practice is very customer unfriendly and designed to penalise, in a sneaky way. They replied that as per their terms, they have the right to check bags at any point that they want and it was my tough luck.
The irony is that they didn’t bother to check any bags when I and many like me were leaving Dubai. This makes it inconsistent as almost everyone, who was entrapped like me, had flown to Muscat with Flydubai with the same carry on bags as they were flying back with from Muscat.
Bottom line, please be careful and be warned about the unscrupulous and unethical behaviour of this airline. Speaking to others, it seems that this happens all the time in Muscat and Im sure in many other stations too.
I for one will do my best to avoid Flydubai. I don’t care for any company that uses such tactics to make money.

You know what can really irk one? Cabin crew demanding to see your boarding pass when you sit in the emergency aisle seat you paid extra for. And then 10 minutes later putting someone random next to you who not only did not pay, but would have no clue as to how to assist in the case of an actual emergency. I can go on and on with the little irritations but ultimately they do not care. You are not a passenger on Fly Dubai, you are just a source of revenue. If you are seeking even an average level of service, you will need to look elsewhere.

I am sharing my worst experience with Fly Dubai. The staff member I encountered was extremely rude and insisted that I return the Duty-free items I had bought. When I attempted to discuss the matter, he dismissively told me not to waste his time, as I had no other options. I reluctantly returned all the Duty-free items and returned to the gate, where they weighed my hand carry once more and demanded 200 Dirhams. In summary, it was a terrible service experience with rude staff. Even the laborers returning home after years were charged 200 Dirhams for just 1KG over. In short, this was a dreadful experience, and I will never fly with them again.

Refused boarding claiming that documentation was not correct. Booked flight to same destination with Emirates and all was OK.
They did not even process the refund of the ticket.
Horrible experience and incompetent ground staff unaware of documentations and irresponsive and disrespectful customer service

Day by day getting worse! Rescheduled our flights on departing and arriving like 3-4 times then merged all flights to have one flight with no enough flight attendants! Also your staff in Georgia were very rude and giving wrong advices that business class is full while it’s not!

Finally reached Dubai and u parked the flight end of the terminal then arrange bus shattle for 20 min!

I will never book flydubai! Either fly emirates or air Arabia/Oman airline

People in the head office should know what kind of staff that they have on board their planes that are damaging the reputation of Fly Dubai.
There are bad apples in every company, and they should not get away with extremely poor customer service and behavior, especially when it is towards passengers.
On the 3pm flight from Muscat, Oman to Dubai, UAE on the eleventh of April one of your pilots who sounded Russian was very disrespectful and very arrogant to a passenger taking this flight to Dubai.
It is obvious why this pilot should never talk to passengers because he cannot be polite, professional, or respectful.
Flight attendants should be trained how to talk to passengers, but this pilot thought he could talk to a passenger anyway he wanted because he was a pilot for Fly Dubai.
Maybe in Russia you talk to people like trash but as a pilot for a company based in the UAE this incident was totally unacceptable.
No passenger should be talked to like they were trash. And no pilot should go on a power trip towards a passenger.
Since you have the details this can only be the pilot or co pilot and they probably have been treating passengers regardless of what country they are from like this for a long time. It's called a power trip on a passenger that they think they can get away with.

I have No choices to fly directly to My Home country other than Fly Dubai. But, so dissapointed almost each time, that Me and My Family Members had numerous Times, huge delays on boarding, either way, re-boarding after long Waiting hours, with kids. Each time: Technical problems with aircrafts. Old, over worked! Just keep praying for safe trip

STAY AWAY! WORST AIRLINE IN THE WORLD - RUDE STAFF
Today I had one of the worst experiences of my life.
I arrived a few minutes after the gate closed and the staff named Mufid refused to let me board.

Please note: THERE WAS NO CALL, I was at the business lounge neither anyone urged me and another passenger to go.

I am a Gold member and in 3 years of traveling it never happened that I was treated so poorly.
The staff member was extremely rude, refused to help, he literally told me "It's your problem, I could not care less, find yourself a solution" and even put his hands on top of me grabbing my phone (it’s on CCTV) as he was refusing to provide me with his identification number.
I really had to control myself as he was extremely aggressive and acting like a mobster.

There is no staff on the ground, I was left there and no Emirates employee would take accountability for it.

Nobody should be treated as I was treated today, I will take legal action against this company and their employee.
I also sent them an email and their response was " we will investigate", not even apologizing for the inconvenience caused.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS IS THE LEVEL OF SERVICE OF FLYDUBAI.

YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO REPRESENT THIS GREAT COUNTRY, SHAME ON YOU.

Took a flight on Emirates from LAX to Madinah. The flight from DXB to Medina was FZ891 on February 19th and on local fly Dubai. Bad experience….
The flight on our itinerary shows Boeing 737 Max, but the plane was a beat-up 737-700.
The gate to the plane experience was awful. 15 checks of boarding passes by 15 different people.
The terminal 2 at DXB looks like a 3rd world airport.
The entire business class was empty and the flight attendant / gate staff did not have the courtesy to upgrade those traveling from long distance. The plane in the economy was packed. Nothing worked on the plane. No WiFi, Screens, no announcements, horrible crew, specially the lady crew in the front. Asked her if we can get better seats and she refused to respond.
Never again will fly this airline.

للأسف تجربة سيئة جداً مع فلاي دبي. تم الغاء حجزي قبل وقت قصير جداً من رحلتي واعطائي اما كويون لمدة سنة او حجز في رحلة اخرى تتعارض مع برنامجي وحجوزاتي ،
ومن ثم تعامل مستفز جداً من موظف المبيعات انه هذا الموجود لدينا لا خيار آخر لك.
يعني تحجز عندهم وتدفع فلوس ، يلغو الرحلة لك و يمسكو عليك فلوسك! بدك بدك هذا الي عنا.
أستغرب رد الموظف في فرعهم الرئيسي في ديرة، المستوى السيئ من التعامل مع العملاء ، برود رهيب و عدم احترام وعدم مبالاة بفلوس الناس!
رحت هيئة الطيران المدني بدبي عسى يحصلون لي حقي منهم. والا ف عوضي على الله

You book a flight then you got surprised before the take off that it is delayed for 5 hours and you stay in the airport just waiting for every single flight the same
Or they will operate the flight with different airline from Czech smartwings the planes are from the world war 2

It's really not a bad company, but the worst ever in service, customer service, and reputation.
Thry took your money for reservations in 5 min.and 5 Months and more, moreover your money will not back to you again!
Better burn the ticket than travel with this flight

Excellent experience.i went there to book tickets for my mother and brother and met Mr. Ghaneem who was very helpful and solution oriented person and helped me throughout the proces. Customer service level was outstanding but the only thing which i didnt like was additional charges if you boom online its less and over counter its double and for credit card payments you have to pay 3% extra which is unheard of in UAE. All in all very good customer service experience.

Payment was declined, but money was not send back. Over, 2 weeks we are waiting! They have the worst client service. Don't fly with Fly Dubai, you will regret! There are so many negative feedbacks. So, be aware!

Really bad experience I want to change my travel destination they said u have to cancel the booking and cancellation charges is 400 AED. And the staff didn't help at all really pathetic airline I will never ever travel again in flydubai.

Very poor services and policies
Even for card payment 3% extra
For ok to board stamp 60 aed
No return back only vaochar and that is valid for fly dubai only

No refund policy. DO NOT FLY WITH THEM! They take a few to cancel your ticket but they don’t even refund. They give a voucher with a one year expiration date for half of what you paid, but no refund. Customer service was no help and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. I tried to cancel with in 24 hours of booking and got no help.

We had a very bad experience on Yerevan flight on Tuesday September 14th 8am.

1- I initially booked 2 tickets on September 13th flight, but unfortunately we didn’t get the visa as the country changed the rule out of a sudden, it used to be on arrival then they suspended the on arrival option. We just wanted to change it to next day’s flight until we get the visa, I called everyone 2 days befote the flight day, they said u can’t change it.

2- However, I booked 2 tickets for me and my wife, and I have no idea how the ground staff decided to give us 2 seats far from each others, F7 and F20 which doesn’t make any sense.

When we asked them why they said for the flight balance and u can change it later.

When we went on board, I told the crew, they refused to let us change our seats and sit next to each others and they started to yell at me when I tried to change the seat. They said for that you have to pay extra money.

3- The flight was almost empty with only 60 people on the plane, however, my wife doesn’t eat eggs and they said that’s the only option as the vegetarian option has finished! How come! The plan was almost empty! In conclusion, we couldn’t eat anything.

4- Because the plan was empty, it was freezing cold, I asked for a blanket for my wife, she felt so cold, they said it’s not available!

5- I had some work to be done and emails to be sent during the flight time, and when I booked the flight they said wifi is available on board, but unexpectedly, the crew said you can’t connect and it’s not working all flight long, because sometimes we are flying over restricted area! Sorry restricted what? ! Restricted area from UAE all the way to Armenia!? WOW!

6- Finally, they broke my brand new luggage!

I wonder why we paid 1854 AED for such a flight!

I will NEVER use Fly Dubai again in my life and I won’t recommend it for anyone!

I demand compensation or I will submit an official complaint to Dubai consumer rights.

First and last time!
Very bad organization, no coordination with the floor staff, the worst experience i have ever had, they let us wait 18 hours in the airport of male after “Azura” the floor manager there cancelled our flight upon to her decision without reserving for us another seats on the next flight! She is very bad, she shouldn’t be a manager at all! She should’nt work anywhere even! I never hated anyone before but this girl shouldn’t be communicating with people because she doesn’t know her job! She couldn’t even tell us what to do! She just cancelled our flight and we are in front of her before the flight in 4 hours! No we weren’t late, and no issue at all! We had too book on emirates and lose around 10,000 aed because of her! This js only a review but we will open a case soon against her.

هافكر اكتر من مره قبل ما احجز مع الشركه دي تاني في مصر بصراحه معامله سيئه جدا من قبل الموظفين بالاستقبال ومعامله اسوء من موظفين الشنط اما المضيفين كانو بصراحه كويسين جدا وفي دبي حاجه عظيمه من الادب والاحترام وشكرا.

People think fly dubai is cheap, but in reality it is not. They charge you extra for each and every little thing. I had to pay 60 aed, i couldn't pay online due to some issue so i had to go to their office to pay and then they charged me 30 more as service fee and i was like why? When i came to fly dubai office and i am paying to fly dubai then why extra? And if i pay by card then 3% more. Why?
