We've been stranded at Kuwait Airport for three hours, waiting for Fly Dubai flight FZ056. There have been no announcements, no gate assignments, and no one available for inquiries. It feels more like a grocery shop than an airline.

Had a very good experience with FlyDubai, the only issue with this airline is that DXB T2 is packed and very crowded, and I wish that they will move to a bigger terminal such as T3 or DWC. But overall a very good airline!

There really is little to say about this airline that is good. Overall it's a very budget experience. But I guess that is what it is, a budget airline. I only fly with them if there is no other option. The definitely deserve all the bad reviews one sees here

Very unorganized, worst service

This is the 3rd time during my reservations with FlyDubai that they canceled the flights twice for the same trip which is the last trip.

Not reliable airlines, I will not book anything with them anymore and certainly not recommending them to anyone.

Please be smart about your airlines choices.

I read here some not nice reviews because people normally want to spread bad impression - not good.
I traveled with them quiet few times and always was super satisfied. Crew are always nice and welcoming. If you ask for a water they will never tell you no unless they are very busy. Very easy to get to the airport.

I booked a flight with them and before 4 hours they informed me it is canceled, they did not refund me the payment and they will do it as a voucher, i lost 4000 as i booked a flight in the same day another flight.i’m still waiting them to get my refund back,
don’t book with them

Turned off after a horrible customer service experience. My only power as a customer is not to fly with them again, and hopefully turn my friends and family away as well.

What an awful experience. Not only is it the same price as emirates now, but the service is so BADDDD!

Some organizations deserve 0 stars and fly dubai is one of them.i dont understand how UAE authorities dont take actions against them, they r providing worst services and have weird policies, one of them is not refunding money (or the refund should be exactly the say way as it was paid) they never mention this during flight booking, only after you book a flight and cancel it then they will send you a voucher (valid only for 1year) why are you forcing people by holding their money to travel with your airline again within 1 year.

Worst airlines ever they charged me per kilo for the luggage? And ended up paying 1640 AED for the bag!

Please if you value your money don't fly with fly Dubai. This is my story, my daughter was going to Georgia and she booked a flight with fly Dubai, less than an hour when she had already swiped the card got a ticket she started feeling unwell. She was not feeling well but she thought she was fit to travel but unfortunately she started feeling worse. She had fever, dizziness. I told her to cancel the flight and see what options she has. Well, when she called fly Dubai she was told to email them and she did. Then they replied saying that she needs to send a doctor's letter as a proof that she was sick. She sent them. They replied she needs to send them a doctor's letter in Arabic and addressed to them. The doctor said it was not possible because they only use English and fly Dubai can get someone to translate to them. We sent them another email but did not reply. Less than an hour they took more than 1,500 for free. My daughter did not fly with them, she was not late for the flight but still they refused to refund our money. Now I have to launch a case through consumer rights. Please don't use this flight the staff are also very rude and arrogant. We went to their office and we were treated very unfair. Actually, the don't even deserve a one star.

FlyDubai has a crazy policy of deducting cancellation charges while cancelling a ticket and instead of refunding the remaining amount, they send a voucher to rebook with them along with a number of restrictions like time limit upto a year and same passengers travelling. Unreasonable.

I booked with FlyDubai only once and looking at how the cancellation worked, I am never going to book FlyDubai or recommend anyone to book with FlyDubai

The customer service do not answer phone calls at all. And the ticketing are not flexible and they charge high penalties for changes! They are not supportive at all. I am a visitor at the moment and my residency process is being delayed and it’s not my fault to not know the specific date! I wish i didn’t have this experience but unfortunately it happened.

This is not exactly a place where members of the public may visit for services offered by the airline. Customer service points are available at Terminal 2, Dubai Airport and other offices doted around the world. For it's purposes the HQ is sufficiently equipped and manned.
