I upgraded my SSD for my laptop. The price was great. The service was excellent. Especially from Rahul. Lathif and Sherin were also great guys and helpful. I recommend this small shop that performs big services.

Very bad customer service. I believe Mobile technician is not experienced. Wastage of time and money.

Absolutely unacceptable way of business operation, I'm surprised why upto now this shop is allowed to exist. Rude attitude, insulting words, surprisingly which not allowed in UAE way of communication with clients. They gave a price of fixing laptop 300 AED and asked to be back in 1 hour. After 1 hour asked to wait just "15-20 mins" which turned to more 2 hours, after which price changes to 460 AED because "their representative made a mistake in calculation and spare parts shop sent a wrong part"
They also refused to give receipt as per request and in horrible manner insult my 13 years old daughter.
When I approach management to regulate it with them, management wasn't shy to provide a false information that spare part required in general is not available in UAE and confirmed that information given by their employees was wrong 2 times: When they said it will cost 300 AED and when they said 460 AED, but once it will come, so they will call us and fix. While immediately in 2 METERS nearby other shop it was available and laptop was fixed immediately by 320 AED without any problem.
All attributes of Flystar Electronic shop appears as huge waste of time & energy, unacceptable activities which cannot benefit neither shop not any customer. I will take it further to Dubai Economic Department and consumer protection rights, as such horrible services i didn't see in UAE since arrival date of 2013. I experienced it here for the 1st time and very surprised about it. High level of mistreatment of the customer that includes insults, false information, sudden price changes, refusal of writing receipts and all kind of services that opposite to what can be named as a customer service.

Will not recommend anyone to go here. Don’t waste your time and money with these thugs. Very unprofessional staff, no manners plus no customer service. They gave me one price for fixing my display and when I went ahead to pay with my card, they wanted to add another 2.5% because the bank charges them. So what? How is that my responsibility? They started shouting at me and spoke to me in a very degrading manner. Charging a business expense to the customer is highly unethical plus should be illegal. Gave no bill and no warranty for the repair as well.
