للامانه كشغل كعروض انا من المتعاملين كنت مستمره لديهم وكنت حابه شغلهم لكن لديهم مشكله المواعيد وعدم انتظامهم لانه لديهم فرعين مره مع هذا الفرع وماخذه موعد في الفرع الاخر وتغيير مستمر مع الاخصاءيه وعلي دايما محاوله استيعابها شو اللي انا احتاجه ودايما مستمره عليه يعني خربطه خربطه وكنت دايما مستمره مع العياده مع وجود عيادات أخرى تنافسيه متميزه منافسه في تقديم العروض للاسف لن استمر لديهم لأنهم يكنسلون موعد ويغيرون ع حسب ماهو يناسبهم وانا كعميل كاحترام ماهو انا اريد ومتى ومع من للاسف عليكم النظر في إدارة المواعيد وخدمه العملاء

Value for money, staff are very comforting and friendly especially Joejo and Maricel, Dr. Roaa - from doctors to nurses and reception staff and they have a lot of services from ear piercings to nose threads to softlite and jaw contouring to laser hair removal, prm for hair loss and scars, you name it, they have it. Extremely satisfied with their services and im proud to be a returning customer, will continue recommending them to my friends and people i know. Highly recommended!

Dont not book online, because if you missed you session they will not reschedule or refund you, they have the worst customer serives ever, they promise calls and messages but never received any.

Worst clinic ever, just because of corona situation has released somehow they increased prices suddenly comparing with even famous reputed clinics, in other side, services are bad experience specially from dentist fatima (lidya) ever, there is something called way of treatment firstly and way how to respect customers, customers are not fool, wake up we are in 2022 and lift up, not recommend at all

Update after 2 months:
We paid 6,510aed for our treatments as per advised by Dr. Rana promising a better result, unfortunately the result was not satisfying. The treatment plan was also not followed as promised. I'm also trying to follow up on WhatsApp about refund but Sabreena, from reception is not responsive anymore.: (
My advice to their Customers is to pay per session and not pay in full. Because once all is paid, you wouldn't get the same treatment anymore.

Compared to the other Medical Centers that I've been to, FMC has better customer service and professional staff. The receptionist Ms. Sabreen booked my appointment she was friendly. Ms. Nadia, the therapist/nurse that had done my facial did a great job, she was sweet and she was explaining the process which I love. Dr. Rana also was very professional, she took her time to ensure we understood the procedure and she recommended treatments which I'm sure would give fabulous results. I can't wait to go back to do my next treatment.

I had msged in ig n I was told they will Whatspp me which they did n I was looking fwd to my first prp but I had some questions n concerns due to nature of my job the person chatting with me seemed irritated n after just one question stopped replying. I sent a screenshot on ig guess what left on seen.if u can’t build trust with ur customers n can’t be patient with its them not sure how u r going to build customer loyalty. It’s simple for me if I don’t trust u I won’t buy from you. Long way to go for FMC customer support team.

Customer service is soo bad, very rude receptionist that does not respect clients and don't know how to communicate. Besides change prices frequently without notice even for the booked appointments.

Cordial service and staff. Their newer building next door is fancier with art deco if you prefer. Nevertheless, the team is well adept on the service provided. (Service taken: full body laser)

I completed 6 laser sessions in 6 months around May. So now after 4 months, I can't see any major difference or a good result, still my hair growth is same, it was less only during sessions. So take chance on your own. Too much waiting time even after taking the appointment. Also got very bad blisters after 3rd session which last for almost a month. I feel that I wasted my money, efforts and time.

They have charged me 1800dhm for 4 sessions PRP with Vitamins, after 3 sessions I completed with No results even my face pigmentation not reduce and when I asked them they said u just paid for PRP without VITAMINS And if u want Result you have to pay more money to get less pigmentation. Even there staff Lies ESPECIALLY there nurses. They treats different and tell different.
Please before go there don't pay

I bought a package of 12 sessions, in the 7th and 8th, the machine did not work, the lady was so disappointed and did not finish my session, that happened for 2 sessions so I lost these 2 sessions and they did not try to compensate them after that I went there for session number 10, they let me wait for 1 hour for no reason, and in session number 11 which is before the last session I sit for 1 hour waiting for my session and they let 2 customers to start before me and the reason was they need only 10 minutes so I let and did not finish my session and no one call me back, once I complained no one contacted me back, they are not professional you just pay for packages and after that they do not care if you finish or not, they care about money only

Very disappointing to keep you waiting for almost 2 hours, till I decided to leave the room coz I saw them still busy with other patients, don’t even bother to call or message me to ask where I have been. And very unhygienic to put me an Emla cream in my face, outside the patient’s waiting area. Don’t even respect their patients privacy and timings.

This clinic has given me the opportunity to become my best self with their outstanding services and amazing options. I have been going to the same clinic for two years anytimee i wanted to get anything done.i highly recommend it and their manager is extremely helpful and always advices me on what she thinks is better and gives me the best options.i’ll never go to any other clinic in my life after this one. Let me tell you my story so that you don’t step foot in FMC 1st and 2nd floor. I consider FMC clinic and the laser gallery on the 2nd floor the worst experience I have had in my life considering I and many of my friends / relatives have tried several great clinics in Dubai. FMC is definitely the worst out of all of them. The 1st day I came a nurse who is NOT a doctor came in the consultation and informed me that she is a doctor, based on that she saw my body and advised on what I need in terms of SLIMMING and BODY CONTOURING. They then took the full amount of money which was a big chunk claiming that it is a package and the payment needs to be done at once. When I then arrived to my 1st session, I felt something tacky, they got me another person and told me she is responsible and that the ‘doctor’ that met you on the 1st visit isn’t a doctor. I thought to myself maybe she said that to gain the sell or so. But after my first session, I started feeling pain, a lot of pain and called them to ask if that was okay. They told me yes and all. Then the 2nd time, I got BURNT. Burns on my inner thighs and my bikini area as well from the laser. After that, I saw a month of very very unprofessional team and a management with very poor communication skills. I sent many emails and came to many appointments with the hope they will either sign a paper taking responsibility for my burns or a reimbursement of money. A month has passed and I am still waiting feeling very helpless and ripped. This clinic is a rip off. This clinic has nothing good. Their laser department and their slimming department is very old and poor. After all of that, when I asked for a refund the process took 7 weeks and at the end the calculations made me lose a whole chunk of my money and the manager claimed that it was the ONLY time they ever refund anyone! Please be careful. I really hop you read the review before going ahead with anything there. Horrible everything.

100% recommend this clinic. They have a friendly staff and are fully professional. Their products have truly changed my life and the way I look. Regardless of the staff, I would have given 5 stars simply for their hihg-quality products and professional doctors.

Botox and few injections of fillers in the right spots I sware though Botox takes time to show results
But whatever she has done with the fillers injecting for uplifting effect

Worst laser session I've ever done! They don't cover the whole area, she started with my arms and didn't finish doing the arms and moved to do the legs then moved again to do the arms:/ I finished a full body session within 45 min! In other clinics the session usually takes 2 hours:) definitely not going back again. NOT RECOMMENDED

They are the worst possible service! The laser service is pathetic and they use very old machines. The price is no less than other reputed clinics. You are better off paying 200/300 DHS extra and going to a well reputed clinic. They charge extra for shaving. Dont apply creams pre or post laser. Just not professional. Avoid at all costs!

Friendly staff, and a very well experienced doctors, the services they provide have very reasonable prices comparing to other clinics.
