I checked the store to buy sneakers and I am so happy that Mr. Calvin the sales rep assisted me. He is warm, knowledgeable and full of positivity. He explained to me the shoes and gave me some options. Well done Mr. Calvin and team!

The guy who helped me was really nice. I bought the Nike Air Jordan 1 Low Bred Toe. The red ones. Came back home, opened the box to find out I have been given one shoe with laces and the other one laceless. Was this a mistake? I don't usually make a complain online, but I paid a lot of money for those shoes to just be given one shoe with laces.

Great collection of shoes as it is, the staff yesterday was very rude. Told him that I would like to have a size 40 and he insisted that I should try 39 first. Before paying, he recommended me to buy the spray that protects the surface of the shoes, and did not ask for permission and then directly spray the product on one of my shoes….
That was very rude, should ask for my permission first! Who knows what that spray would do to my shoes, even if it wouldn’t, it is def not the right way of promoting a product. I got away with that, but some customers may want to have a full brand new pair if their shoes are done with the same thing.

I’ll say if want to try something better then what you have then you must try once it’s ok I would say happy to be here nice experience

The staff here are disinterested and very unhelpful. Both the male and female. Despite asking several time for help, we faced a very distasteful experience. Management should look into this asap.

Very bad service I bought expensive NIKE AIR shoes after one month and half it having faulty damaged I showed receipt and asking about warranty they said it can be returned in one month. I said why no warranty? I went to branch and sent email no body help and support. Even customer service not good.

Make sure you do your own due diligence when getting your correct sizes.

Staff are too busy trying to upswell you other products to realise what is the actual right fit for you.

Good selection of Jordan shoes and other Jordan items. But some shoes don’t have big sizes. Good customer service. The salesman, Hamid, was very helpful helpful.

I wanted to get jordan 1 and payed 1000 dhs to find out when i come home that they are best selling shoes for women! Absoluetly terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible. 2/2 people who served us were absolutely rude. The third nearly cause injury by dangerous handling of boxes. I took my business elsewhere.

They have a good collection of sneakers.it was a weekend when i went and it was pretty crowded. Most employees were busy and not attentive but my sales person Gauri Magar was super nice and responsive. I’d like to appreciate her for her service.

Bought a pair of Nike Air Force Foot Locker special edition while being on vacation last year. Didn't wear them for 2 months, as it was winter back in my country, but when I started wearing them they showed a big defect in material.and started to crack. A LOT. After just 3 wears, in normal conitions. Contacted the store to help me and they didn't, as they say the warranty period is only 60 days. Every Nike product has a warranty of 2 years for a flaw in material so I should receive a refund, since I cannot go back to Dubai just to show the flawed product.

I did not buy from the Physical store. I placed my order online. 6 pairs of New Balance Shoes. It was clear from the website that I chose Women's size, they delivered Men's sizes. Terrible.

Staff is a bit slow or may be they are tired of working hours.
But, they have good offers and discount for shoes.

I wouldn’t shop here just from the terrible customer service, rude and Aloof Employee Rechma, aside from being unfriendly no greetings before or after it took me 16mins from requesting the shoes to leaving the store, waiting to pay for too long, didn’t follow any customer service instructions like notifying me with the receipt, or asking for TAX free, I left she didn’t even say thank you bye, part of the experience was the service and I didn’t get it

Big collection of new shoes and new arrival. The time i visited it there was an offer of buy one get one

Ordered shoes online and they do only returns in store, which is absolutely obnoxious particularly asking people to visit malls during a pandemic. Anyways after visiting to find a different size, I was told they only sell old stock (6 months+) online and therefore they would not have the same model in the store. I was offered to exchange it with a different shoe model in the store and pay the difference, which was mostly between 200-300 dirhams additional to the online price. I have asked for 3 different models and none of them were available in my size. Since I didn't find anything else they told me that they can't do anything for me and I should keep the shoes that don't fit. I don't know who Alshaya made responsible for running this business but I believe you need definitely new management. This absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. A 5 year old kid could run this business better.

Terrible shopping experience! Staff clueless and not helpful. I asked the attendant to get us shoes for my boy. He brought us a pair in WIDE.

Not sure how one would even come up with the idea with serving someone wide without trying regular first or at least saying sorry we’re out of regular would you like to try wide? Unfortunately no one gets paid for thinking, service or communication in this store.

Since according to the associate they don’t have regular models (!) apparently the person in their purchasing is as competent as the rest of the staff.

But hey if your kid has feet wide like duck then this footlocker might be the best address in Dubai.

Also for some reason they don’t have the ASICS brand here.

Website crashes on limited releases and link is shared with employee’s friends and family. It took 3 hours after release for the product to show on the website. Wasted 2 hours trying to add product to cart and then checkout. Fix your website or do raffles only. Horrible experience.

I'm appalled by how they allowed one man (whos race I won't mention otherwise I'd be called the R word) to not wear his mask while in store.

Its like Dubai is asking for this virus to spread, no enforcement of the rules.

My daughter did find a decent shoe though, but the thrill in buying something new was just not there.

Got my first pair of fila shoes but they give me the display item, salesman told thats new from the stock.
