Unorganized, Many people breaking line. I believe someone from information desk should be available to talk as it would save a lot of time, many people in line just left after the representative spoke to them in the form of suggest or solution.

Worst Service Ever they mentioned 20 days for Passport Renewal but took more than a month. When you call them they don’t Answer Phone.

There was no rush. The Arab maid said that her passport has expired and it is 760 dhs. If you don't have a photo, you have to pay 20 dhs extra. They say that you will get it in 3 months.
