Slowest service ever, they had two guys with 2 clients and it took 20 minutes and they haven’t asking me a single question about what i want.
Basically ignoring me when i walk out

I've been ordering Forrey & Galland as gift for my loved ones over the years. I usually opt for the large hampers as it’s really enormous my loved ones thought they’d be in sweet coma.

The packaging is really amazing, delivery is on time, and customer service is helpful.

I haven’t been to their boutique yet but will definitely pay a visit and buy a hamper for my sweet indulgence.

The chocolate is good but they have an female employee from the philipines that is very disrespectful and always lying i buy from the store on a weekly basis and everytime she is there she is very disrespectful and doesnt speak in english and asks her assisting employee to lie with her in philipino

Amazing service! We wanted personalised chocolates for favours and Joy was so helpful. She helped in every stage to organise the chocolates, the personalised boxes, messages, what flower to add, everything. An amazing service and impressed of her knowledge!

She was extremely helpful and loved the service throughout. She followed up until the delivery which was also very quick!

Beautiful shop, great variety, nice packaging.it would be complete if the staff was also nice and friendly for an overall experience.

In recent years, whenever someone I know has returned from Dubai, I've requested a box of Forrey and Galland's chocolates. Every time, I've been very impressed by the quality and variety on offer. My favorites tend to be those with coffee, and I've found the combination consistently alluring. Although I've yet to sample all of Dubai's premier chocolate options, I'd safely safe Forrey & Galland is amongst the cities best.

My sister decided to choose 'Forrey and Galland' to deliver chocolates for my father on the occasion of his 69th birthday!
WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE!

We waited the entire day, their team kept saying it's out for delivery, we will call you back etc etc etc etc.

The party got over, guests left and up untill this moment (22.20pm) the package has not been delivered!

Such a shame!

My sister is so disappointed that she wasted her money and would have instead chosen some other brand for this important occasion!

'Adel' identified himself as the manager and seemed quite alright with the incident.

If you pay attention to the one star reviews, you will read similar experiences from other customers, which shows that they DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Lovely ambience and many different options for macarons and chocolates.we focused on the macarons and ordered a small package of mini macarons. Nonetheless, we tried their chocolate and it tasted well delicious.
It is nice to have a store that you have a wide variety of delicious food to munch on.
Moreover, for the macarons, they have to sers that you can build.

He said they bring the ingredients from abroad and cook it in Dubai.
It felt fresh and lovely vibe

I’ve had a very unprofessional customer service provided by one of the gentleman was assisted me. I felt he didn’t want to assist me, felt like I am bothering or disturbing him and when I had to pay he took a call and made me just wait there in front of the till, asked him if he doesn’t mind to give me my purchase so I can go. Very low level of professionalism, wasn’t expecting that at all as its not very common to experience it much in Dubai.

Best Macarons ever - have taken them to a baby shower and they were a total hit! And if you want real authentic chocolate.either as a perfect gift or an even more perfect personal indulgence.there's no better place than what you find here. Worth every penny! And excellent customer service. One of my favorite gems of Dubai. I don't normally write reviews, but F&G is worth every effort!
