We really enjoyed our stay at the Four Points By Sheraton last month in Nov 2023. Hotel is on busy location and everything is close by the hotel. It is a great location and food places are close by. Excellent service provided by Manager Hazem Mohamed. Thank you Hazem for providing us the best suite 2503. The rooms were excellent including the large kitchen. We had wonderful time and will definitely come back. We have also recommended this hotel to family and friends.
The facilities are very nice. The friendliness of the employees is amazing, the service is top, especially the early shift team is very friendly and fast despite the high workload. The food was very tasty.
Nice place to stay in Dubai very convenient for vistors it has nice restaurants located in the hotel and office staff are very helpful. Guest services are also good. They need to fix the telephones in the rooms you can't hear anything. The view from the room to the street is spectacular.
Great rooms. The Restaurant lacks a personal note. Both the staff of the Restaurant and of the hotel reception are not as friendly and competent as one would expect. So things take pretty long and run the risk of being done improperly.
Guys, you made my birthday unforgettable! Thank you for this. Mahmoud and his team at Front Desk - you are wonderful. And your shining star is Ashley at Guest Services, you made my birthday memorable and I really appreciate it! Large comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast and cool rooftop sky lounge. By the way, Stephany at breakfast goes beyond your expectations and takes such a great care. Thank you!
Tried their Friday Brunch (indian) and it was amazing! Priced at 109 pp, the brunch offers live cooking stations, drinks corner, pani puri corner, chaat corner. Moreover live music created such a fun ambiance. We enjoyed every second of the brunch.
Forget the stay, just to a room in time as a platinum member took god’s grace. Horrible front desk services. Waiting like sardines in the lobby. Never staying here again.
I love it really. Very clean.very polite staff.great service. Excellent breakfast.we are completely satisfied with everything.have stayed at this hotel more than 5 times and will come again.
Level 43 is one of best places to visit. Great atmosphere; amazing view; professional staff and great customer service. Prices are reasonable in a 5 stars hotel
The Hotel is absolutely amazing. Situated right opposite of the Trade Center/Financial Center area in between two Metro Stations makes the location really accessible as well as convenient for Commuters. The staff is really welcoming and they try to go over an beyond whenever they can to help. I would like to call out Mahesh, Olga and Verna who were really receptive of our needs thought our stay and made us feel like home. Thank you!
Level 43 bar has a nice view loved the entire vibe of the place. Rooms are cozy. A bit expensive though compared to other 4* properties but worth while.
Service and dining staff: 5* Rooms: 5* Breakfast: worth it. Rooftop: great views, but service and staff much poorer. I think it's independent of the hotel though. Price: under $100 Toiletries and things: abundant (robes, slippers, etc) Under-highlighted features: - amazing balconies - choice of views (Sheikh Zayed Road or sea-facing) - near to La Mer beach and Dubai Mall
Could easily be a 5 star overall if the check in process was a little more transparent. In my particular case, I was given a low floor despite asking for a high floor. Was told it was unavailable and then overheard the person next to me get the same room 8 floors higher. The only reason I even wanted a higher floor was to avoid street noise from sheikh Zayed Road. Eventually I accepted a room which was higher and facing away from the road and facing the sea and it was still a low floor but I thought at least it would be quieter. Unfortunately, it was now facing a construction site and I was then woken by even more noise lol. If check in were aware of these issues and were able to book people accordingly, it would easily be a 5* hotel. I would consider staycationing again and definitely look forward to returning for the rooftop views.
This isn't a critique as much as a sincere hope that the room noise level awareness is incorporated into the front desk training.
Super location. Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall are 8 minutes drive away. Sandwiched almost equidistant between two metro stations (Financial centre and Emirates Towers) on the red line. It’s safe for couples and families. Hospitality is the tops, especially the front office, the concierge and the restaurant staff. Scrumptious breakfast and the view from the roof top bar on the 43rd floor is breathtaking. Rooms are spacious, WiFi works fine, beds are comfortable though I wish the pillows were of better quality. A bit on the expensive side but totally recommended. I will be back in a blink.
Rated as 4 stars hotel but its barely 3 based on other Marriott hotels.however in Dubai everything is overpriced and overrated. Hotel staff and service was good, no complaints. And it is very convenient central location. Just overall impression more like 3 stars.perhaps everything about Dubai should be decreased by a star or two
After spending several weeks we can say very good service. Staff are very very polite and responsive. Especially indian and Filipino staff. Reception staff who speak Arabic are very slow and lie frequently. One guy in particular.
Overall a very good hotel with excellent service and location. Recommended.
Excellent location, amazing staff all around, and everyone greets you all the time. The staff are the biggest asset of this hotel. The pool is tiny, but does the work
