Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach

Hello! Our stay was in room 327. Our room was cleaned and prepared by Guy Mahus (Mahul). Everything was perfect, from the towel to the pillows.
I want to express my gratitude to him and the entire hotel staff.

I expected high standard hotel and service but in reality was very average and not worth it

It is one of the best resorts in the world. Beautiful place. Beautiful beaches. The staff and the management were great. Their hospitality is also great.

We went there for brunch and had a wonderful time, food was excellent and service was very good.

This resort is absolutely the best in Dubai! The hotel service is amazing, food always fresh and delicious. The resort also has salon La Sirene where is working a guy with name Tony who takes the best care of your hair! Highly recommend!

Exquisite cocktail reception held in the garden. Beautiful setting, great service and delectable gastronomy!

We visited one of their outlets for an afternoon tea, 2 out of 3 people at our table were vegan and we paid a full price but left hungry and had to order delivery on our way home. Funniest part is when 2 of us had to cut a tiny bruschetta with mushrooms because they only brought 1… as if it would hurt them to bring 2. I expected something better than bruschetta with tomatoes and mushrooms and berries (which one of us couldn’t eat because of allergy) instead of cakes from such a fancy place and for that amount of money.

Simply the best hotel in Dubai! Amazing! Wonderful! Fantastic! Outstanding! Remarkable! Superb! The hotel has an excellent location, fantastic food and a crowd. Especially during this pandemic period, they take care of guest health by applying appropriate rules to protect against COVID-19.

Awesome place.
You get all options ranging from food to drinks to everything you name …. You get it

I was in the innovation even, it is well organised. The lady in the juice corner was smiling and friendly, whereas the lady managing the snacks was totally not welcoming and did not smile at all. The coffe corner ladies were the best in managing the orders with happy attitude.
Toilets were clean. The sound system in the even was perfect.

War zum Afternoon Tea hier. Das Personal professionell, hatten einen schönen Tisch auf der Terrasse, und das Essen war auch lecker. Es gibt auch Shisha auf der Terrasse. Alles supi.

Fourseason is a beautiful hotel with valat parking facility as well as wifi facility we have our own car parking facility

Nice place to smoke a cigar. Cool ambiance and still very cosy. Separate rooms for private parties and the waiter and waitress are very nice and professional. I do like the Library Bar at the Doha 4 Seasons more I have to say but the sliders at the Dubai 4 Seasons are equally yummy.
One thing they could do is, as the Four Seasons in Doha does, dedicate one night for wine (uncorked Mondays) where they provide a wine list with paired bouchées at good prices.

One of the best Four Seasons hotels, I really recommend this place for people who want to relax and have a peaceful time.

The only downside of this place is in-room dining, not delicious at all and so expensive.

We went to Dubai to celebrate our 6th Wedding Anniversary. Right from our arrival until the end of our 5 day break, the whole team at 4S made it a memorable and special for us. They took exceptional care of us and were attentive to all our needs.

The whole experience felt personalised and the team made us feel very welcome and like we were their family.

I do not remember every ones names as some were working hard behind the scene. We would like to thank everyone, especially Claire at Concierge, Pola (who showed exceptional hospitality), Lai Lai (who was like our sister), Rashid, Sombir, Jeff, Paul, Faith and Andrea.

Also Chef Vishal is very talented and made some amazing food for us.

We hope to see you all again soon.

Valet parkers at Restaurant Village are not professional do not know how to talk to their guests very rude and aggressive

Unhygienic atmosphere, staff with their mask below nose, lift had puddles of water. Table was not at all comfortable. Food was nothing to rave about. Bad experience.

One of the best hotels and services i have ever experienced. Everything from the room quality, food and service lives up to what you might expect from this brand. The staff have an attitude of trying to cater to your every need. If you have any urgent needs they are extremely responsive. Only problem is construction noise

Superb selection of on grounds restaurant with a high end feel. Plenty of action in the immediate area si you will never get bored or feel like staying in your room. Very professional staff, quality suites, and rocket fast valet. Recommended for families coming to Dubai for a short or medium term stay.
