Had a great stay in in this apartment. It was clean and modern and the view of the city - including an amazing view of the Burj Khalifa - was stunning. Highly recommend.

This is one of the greatest Airbnbs in Dubai. 10/10 for cleanliness, Ease of access, Security, Host Promptness, Amenities, Location. We loved the stay and it felt like Home. We would surely book this property again whenever we are in Dubai!
Advertised check in was 3pm. I requested for 2pm however was only handed the apartment at 4.30pm and there is no refund for the inconvenience as I had to sit outside for 2.5 hours whilst the property got cleaned.
Further there weren’t the basic amenities for an apartment, the wifi was very poor and the toilet is leaking. I have pictures with me. I request a refund for the first nights stay. Should I know the property won’t be available till 4.30 I would pick one of many other properties than can check me in at 2pm
Better options out there. If you are a investor do not hand your properties to this firm
1. The view is amazing, there is a balcony for the lounge and a seperate balcony for the bedroom. 2. We used the sofa bed binge watching House of Dragons it is comfortable. 3. The promenade is literally right there. 4. Amazing Asian restraunt outside and a very very convenient minimart 5. Check was seamless no problems at all. 6. We did need help with the gas stove and were assisted within 5 minutes 7. Guest toilet was really convenient for our dinner guests. 8. For those who partake, the shop is a short bike ride away, I was quite happy
Overall I have ZERO complaints, we were there off season so during the season I'm sure the price tag will go up, but it is 100% worth it. I have found my new place to call home away from home.

The down town Burj views B apartment was very clean, quiet, amazing location, great view and you can easily walk to Dubai Mall. The staff in building are friendly and helpful especially jeshlees. Anna was a great super host incredibly responsive and helpful. Thank you Anna

An absolutely amazing stay at Wojteks cozy pad. Very clean place, all equipment’s work, a great balcony on high floor and with a killer view of sheikh Zayed road. Also the metro is just down the road and there is a supermart below.
The Location was very good. Property is well managed by owners. Staff at the reception was very helpful. But I need to bring one thing to your knowledge that inside the Apartment, Bathroom Shower water pressure was not good and in the drawing room the sofa needs to be repair. Otherwise it was a very pleasant and comforatable stay or us. Thanks to all.

My husband and I had a great stay in appartement 501 in Rahaal 1 of Jumeirah Madinat Living! The check-in was easy. The appartement was very clean, the bed of great quality and the kitchen well equipped. The balcony was big enough for a little table and 2 comfortable chairs. We looked out on the garden with swimmingpool. The Souk Madinat with its great outdoor dining places was within walking distance as well as the Burj and the Wady Wild park. الموقع مثالي و تصميم الغرفه حديث و انيق مهتمين باصغر التفاصيل. كل شئ كنت احتاجه وجدته الاهم. ان السيده آنآ جدا متعاونه قبلت استضافتي في اللحظات الاخيره و كان تسجيل الدخول سلس جدا و في وقت قياسي. كانت تجيب على رسائلي بسرعه و عندما طلبت تأخير موعد تسجيل الخروج وافقت بدون تردد فشكرا جزيلا على كل شئ. ️
If a negative star was available, I'd give it. FRANK PORTER IS AN ABSOLUTE AMATEUR JOKE OF A PROPERTY MANAGER. We stayed 2 weeks at one of their management-run places: what a disaster (and cost us so much nerves chasing them EVERYDAY to get things sorted out, from changing leaking water boiler to sorting out hot water (new boiler gave us hot vs super-hot water), broken washing machine to replacing broken kitchen rubbish bin, to understanding why kitchen sink was so filthy, furniture was damaged and living room looked like it was halfway being renovated. Online email support is run on a monkey-based system: noone reads the email chain, responds 'oh sorry, we'll fix it' without understanding that 30 exchanges have already taken place, with no escalation process invoked even when TYPING IN ALL CAPS that THINGS ARE NOT GOOD. Finally had to take time out and visit the office in person to understand they weren't a sham outfit: finally got heard by someone who actually seemed to care, but after 2 weeks, it just wasn't enough. They did agree to give me a refund of 15% of the total stay - but I guess only because I physically showed up on their doorstep.location of apartment in JBR was great - but everything else around it ruined by their poor maintenance and zero-care factor (if someone owns this place in Shams 4, you're not getting your money's worth in management due care and diligence). DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS OR ONLINE DESCRIPTION. Shams 4 Suite 601 was an expensive disaster stay and ruined our otherwise pleasant trip to Dubai.

Booked marina view apartment in Time Place Tower for 10 days. The message we received was that our keys would be at the reception desk; they did not know anything about the reservation but took us up in the elevator to the unit. The door was unlocked and the key was inside. Apparently, the unit's bathroom was remodeled and the bathtub was replaced with a shower (but the pictures still show a bathtub), which was not acceptable. There were no instructions or guide the unit anywhere; the hot water switch was turned off, so the first shower (after over 24 hours of travel) was cold. It would have been helpful to know there was a switch to turn on the hot water heater. The TV would not pick up any channels; they did send someone to try and fix it the next morning and he finally figured it out but didn't explain how to work it. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. After 2 - 3 hours of trying to sleep, I gave up and went to the couch. After 2 -3 more hours of trying to sleep, I gave up entirely and tried to make cup of coffee, which was when I noticed the overpowering musty smell in the kitchen. That was when I totally gave up and booked a reservation elsewhere. The only redeeming aspect was the view from the balcony.
Very cozy apartment. Full equipment kitchen, beach access, parking. Everything i need. There was a small problem in the bathroom which was fixed immediately.amazingly friendly staff.want to come back again!
I spent 10 days here and i really enjoyed every single day, the place is very calm and clean. Wojtek was always here for me replying quickly and he was very helpful. My stay was a 10/10 nothing to complain about.and it won’t be my last time booking w/ em

Check in time is 3: 00 pm. So i expect to receive location of the building and room#. Nothing is received yet and now its 7: 30 pm. Passport copy, deposit and payments were done at 2 pm. So why there is no one answering me? No emergency contacts? Why collecting money from customers and not providing room nor service when its needed. Btw its the second time that happened and its already one night is gone. No refund/ no extra day. Only money is gone to them for free.
It was one of the best experience as everything was done very professionally. Apartment was super clean with all the required stuff. I felt like home. Highly recommended

They did not return the security deposit (AED 1,500)
After several and several follow ups, they claimed that we broke a marble table (which was not the case). They only informed us after 20 days from the check out day and that was only when I was asking why they didn't return the deposit. I mean if we broke something they should inform us straight after the check out! Which was not the case, they told us to leave the door open and keys inside! Despite that the apartment was dirty when we checked in - there were chips all over the carpet in the living room and the bed sheets in one of the bedrooms were washed poorly or even were not washed, they came 2 days after the check in to clean the apartment and we were staying for 6 days in total! So what a horrible experience. When I called again to ask about the deposit they asked me to send an email, which I did and followed it up with 3 follow up email and NO RESPONSE until today, I called again several times and everytime they say they will get back to us and NOTHING HAPPENED! Btw this was in end of September 2021. We have used this company in the past, the apartment was okayish, but the service wasn't the greatest as in the first time they made us wait for 1.5 hours at the reception where there were no chairs and we had my grandmother and a toddler with us, I thought I would give them a chance but sadly never again. I normally don't write bad reviews but they left me with no choice because of their lack of response and lack of professionalism.
Great place to stay - is exactly as described - great location in an amazing looking building - too busy to enjoy the pool and gym but it looked great with Marina views
The team at Frank Porter are fantastic. They have been looking after my property for just over a year now and it was a good decision for me to partner up with them. Everything is transparent so I can see all bookings and payouts in my app so I always know what my revenue will be. It’s fair to say that you can expect a few missing plates and smashed glasses now and again but it’s all replaced quickly by them so I don’t have to make the dreaded IKEA trip! It was the WORST experience ever. We book an apartment from Booking for 4 nights and paid full price. Once we reached there we couldn't believe our eyes. It was too dirty and totally different from photos. As long I am pregnant and have a small kid we didn't want to stay there. We made a complaint to Booking, they asked to make photos how it is, but reception didn't let us enter the apartment one more time and canceled by themselves. Noone send us money back and Noone in the office didn't want to talk about it. So we took enother apartment at the middle of the night. So I will recommend everyone to stay away from them if you don't want to waste your time and money.
Rooms are not being sanitizied after people are checked out, how do I know, because they will charge you extra sanitizing fee if you are confirmed with covid
This is the most useless property management company ever. So many problems right from the moment I moved into their apartment. Barely a few days after moving in, the refrigerator stopped working. I’d call them tirelessly to fix it only for them to keep posting me and even when they send someone to fix it, it stops working few hours after the “technician” leaves. Took 2 and a half month to get the flipping refrigerator fixed! Just recently, I got a call that I had to vacate the apartment the next day without any prior notice saying it’s been booked already! This is a company that the last agent asked me over the phone if I would like to extend, of which I replied yes. Left to me I thought I’d just keep making the monthly payments and never did I expect to be chased out of the apartment with less than 12 hours to look for another apartment! I offered to pay the monthly fee as usual but they disagreed, still tried to reason with them to give me a few days to sort an apartment but my pleas fell on deaf ears. To cut short, they are UNPROFESSIONAL AND ALSO LACK HUMAN COMPASSION. I WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THEM. THE MENTAL STRESS I FACED TRYING TO GET AN APARTMENT WITH 12 HOURS TO SPARE WAS WEAKENING.
I've met Frank Porter almost 3 years ago, that time they were pretty new to the vacation rental management in Dubai. The service they've provided since has been invaluable. They even took care of furnishing my condo to a high standard. The Team at Frank Porter has been always responsive with owner relation questions and when things went wrong with the apartment, they were there to resolve the issue, so I did not have to be worried from a considerable geographic distance. Frank Porter’s services and professional attitude altogether made it possible to run a profitable, headache free short term rental business.:)
My experience with Frank Porter has been flawless. Their team was responsive, professional and very flexible throughout the term of our contract which I had to terminate for personal reasons. Right from the start, they handled everything including the licensing requirements, communication with building management, photography, ads etc. Once the appartement was ready for rent, they gave me access to the Owners portal and I could track all the information including bookings, gross revenue, net revenue, details of the tenant and so on. Their rates are very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to any property owner who is thinking of short term rentals without headaches.

Three words to describe the Frank Porter experience: excellence, responsiveness, professionalism. Last year in March, I spent a week in an apartment managed by Frank Porter and I couldn’t have been happier. My husband and I were planning on booking a place this year as well, however given the situation with a global pandemic such a COVID-19, our travel plans were cancelled.
Our impeccably decorated apartment was situated in the Marina area of Dubai where most of my friends reside. Anna and Bobby were incredibly accommodating given our “earlier than expected arrival” and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
I hope we can visit again soon and hopefully by then Frank Porter has expanded to other countries and regions!

Just the worse team, spent days negotiating with no results, they list 100s of flats with fake white boys names to win the peoples trust. Dont get your hopes up they will disappoint.
Certainly have not heard great things about this holiday rental agency, and communications with them have been incredibly negative. I have noticed quite a few of their staff are providing 5* reviews as former "guests", I recognize a couple names. Not great.
حجزت و دفعت مبلغ و قدره لكن المكان سيء الغرف فيها شعر كما هو موضح بالصوره و الحمامات مافيها مراوح و البانيو خربان اذا سكرت ما يفتح و احدى ليتات (اضاءة / مصباح) الغرفه لا يعمل كذلك مغسلة المطبخ مكسوره و باب البلكونه مافيه مفتاح و انا معاي اطفال صغار و كل هالتفاصيل اهم يعرفونها بالبدايه حاولت اغير الغرفه او يعطوني حل لكن ما رضوا و طولوا معاي و كلمت الف موظف المكان سيء بمعنى الكلمه و الشقه تطل على مكان يشتغلون و يبنون فيه فمانقدر ننام من الازعاج و الغرف جداً صغيره و ماتكفي عائلتي و التلفاز طلعت فيه ريحة حريق و محد رضى يساعدني و كذلك هذا مو فندق شقق مفروشه مافيه اي امان بعد الساعه ٩: ٣٠ مافي رسبشن ولا في لوبي زين مكان جداً سيء خرب علي سفرتي!

المكان سيء سيء سيء الشقه الي حجزتها وحده من الغرف بدون ليت و وعدوني يبدلونه ولا بدلوه و اليوم الثاني طلبت خدمة تنظيف (و قالوا بفلوس ولازم موعد) و وافقت رديت من الرحله مو مسوين ولا شي و المكان فيه ريحه من التلفزيون محترق البلاك. المكان جداً سيء حاولت بالبدايه ارد فلوس و اطلع ما قدرت و مافي اي تعاون ولا مساعده حتى الرسبشن يقولون مالنا شغل بشي فقط يستلمون المفاتيح. اهو شقق مفروشه لا يوجد لوبي ولا فندق متكامل مكان فاشل جداً و غير متعاونين معانا للأسف و ما يستاهل ولا نجمه

When it came to customer service Sarah and Sakina were extremely helpful. Sarah in particular ensured that our stay is comfortable and she helped us sorting out everything we needed. If you happen to book a property with Frank Porter and need something, dial their office number and request to speak with Sarah or Sakina. Rest assured you will be taken care of.
We had a very bad experience; it was a unsafe and unattended place where we tried to reach with no assistance. Not a single soul to guide and confirm our booking.later after no choice left we cancelled booking, our card was charged; though the booking was done by another card holder. This is clear case of fraud, where they store the credit card details and charge it without approval and information. Please don’t provide your card details and pay only when you reach the place after its available to inspect. After several phone calls and emails we still have not received a solution as why they charge our card.
