Workin with FV since 2020. Planned not just to settle a visa, but also get some help in dealing with service agreements and clients' payments. So now from a long-term perspective will highly recommend these guys. This is a good place to go if you want to be a freelancer in Dubai. I took the VIP package to get my visa faster. I started all the procedures on August 25 and I received my stamped residence visa on Sept 21. Processes are made clear, and Freelancervisa is easy to reach out if you have any questions (email, phone and visiting them if needed). I will receive my emirates ID on Oct 2nd, at my apartment. This is worth the cost!
The only thing you need to remember is to follow up A LOT with the services and your point of contact. If you don’t follow up, you can get news about your proceds a bit later on than what you were expecting. So I know I probably annoyed my point of contact but I sent an email every day or every 2 days to get updates. Shilpa was very reactive and helpful!
I will not use their invoice system so I am not able to review this part.

I was worried about the time it would take to get this visa completed, even with the VIP service. The first 3 days, I don't hear anything and started to worry but this was part of the process. After that, things just went like clockwork. The VIP treatment in the medical was amazing, it took less than 10 minutes for the blood test and the X Ray. The video was actually okay to watch and informative.
The service from Tasha was brilliant and faultless and this was all wrapped up within 7 days. Now I am waiting on my Emirates ID which is the waiting game outside of their hands.
