Just like any other freeze… the desert dishes are good … the staff lady came for delivery to the car at night was really nice.very good service

Sat in the store with my friend, no customer care. The staff gathered and their voice was so loud that we couldn’t carry a conversation. People were honking outside, but the staff was carrying on with their conversation that the costumers outside left. I had to inform them when a third car approached. The place was hot AC should be turned up at least when customers sit in.

Great icecream and crepes. Large portions of crepes which can be easily shared even for the most hard core chocoholics.

The staff is extremely rude! They need training. The things served look nothing like the pictures on the menu. They are very stingy with their sauces. When I asked for more chocolate sauce for my brownie crepe because they already put lesser than it’s supposed to be, I was charged AED6 without being informed. I order it through Talabat regularly and I’m aware of the amount of sauce that’s supposed to be on it. When I asked the staff for their names to write a review here they refused. When I asked to speak to the manager they refused. A bunch of rude employees who look like they hate their job.

The staff overcharged me for an item (Nutella crepe).

They aren’t aware of their own prices. I asked them to recheck because I’ve been a frequent customer of their other branches but this branch had zero care.

This branch is not recommended.

Really bad when you taste it you can smell eggs I don’t even think they using real n’utilise

I loved the place embience.taste is as akways yummy.service was the best.there were games for kids to enjoy d parents were free to enjy too.

This branch is beautiful with super staffs and delicious food was happy for the service my favorite Qouz branch and Jadaff

I will never come again! I called them and i told woman to come out i will order quickly and go i have 2 small baby in the car they are crying. I waited 15 minutes my car was in front of the shop. I can’t leave my kids in the car and order! And I can’t take them in my hand they can’t walk in alone! Then i called her i ask her how long i will wait for her? ! She started shouting at me that i told you im alone you come and order! I will never order from any of freez!

I was ordered pancakes i was waiting for 30 minutes today even there is no customers in the restaurant but the lady staff told me she is busy, god help her, not recommended

I do not recommend this place at all, not worth the price or service!
Their other places who serve better and cheaper.

It was an evening my family had gone for trying their cuisine. While we went, there were three members in the outlet.

The table was not clean, there found hair and all on the table. However, sat for some while to place an order, remained not appointed. After a while, one middle aged person came and my wife asked a doubt on the menu, he just answered that question and went back without notice and without listening to our next word.

After a while, the same person came back where his hands were wet and water spread all over while he was talking on actions. Before we finished the order, he went back again to the kitchen.

I called the second person to attend us while they mentioned the same person will come. We finally questioned why they treat the customer in such a way. Response was, I have work in the kitchen!

My questions are:
The outlet has kept one person for both kitchen and order taking?

What were the remaining 2 staff for if one person is busy?

Do they at least have the tendency to regret as they turned their back on us twice?

Hygiene is a must fact, while there was hair on table and the waiter addressed us wet handed and water spread across?

Finally the order remained incomplete and stepped back dissatisfied. While I heard the waiter saying, ‘no problem, go on’.

Such an honor!

I wanna be fair there is only 1 staf inside i can understand for delay but if i got disrespectful ofc i cant, I was ordering and about to pay suddenly the Philippine employe decided to keep me on hold and take an order from the line i waited for 2 minutes and still the line order didn't finish so i left immediately.so disrespectful. + am big fan of you guys but what happened today was totally disrespectful thing.

I love Freez! Huge menu! Everything is delicious, especialy pistacio deserts and ice creams!
Place is missing some music playing inside.

If you are looking for an excellent, delicious dessert which might include Lotus or Nutella pancakes, warm and fresh waffles etc, Freez is the place to be.

Moreover, conveniently located in Al Jaddaf area opposite to DEWA HQ (Under construction) with ample parking available on the spot. Humble and cooperative staff. Two thumbs up.

Everything is fine tbh, but it literally takes you 15 min just so someone can give u the menu & another 5 mins to come and take your order, try to put more staff or let someone stay by the door at least

Food is fine, but the way filipino employee was treating her new employee was sad. He was so happily greeting asking humbling telling us he is new. And she was so rude to him. Atleast not in front of customers. I asked for owners number, she said we are not allowed to give! As if i csnt reach the owners! But if they r reading, please correct the human ethics than comes product!

Milk shakes are delicious and managed to see the full light show on the UAE national day at Festival city from just outside the shop:) Well placed shop.

They are start cleaning 12: 00 AM only although they mentioned 1: 00 am for closing. After 12: 00 AM the staff too rude in a way you will feel like they are kicking you out from the place. For the management, kindly give the staff more time for cleaning, otherwise close it on 12: 00 am only.

Amazing staff, great desserts a lot of options, i ordered Nutella crepe and pancakes, it was really wonderful i really enjoyed and the location is perfect, the staff were very nice and sweet, best place for desserts i must say, gonna come again and again

Very friendly and amazing staff. Sweets are extraordinary and very delicious. My favourite is the brownie kinder which is amazing and prices are reasonable. I frequently visit this place as its on my way home and i love it.

The staff has attitude. Bad service. They need to have training again in how to serve outside customers.

I’m not sure if this is normal, but no one will go out side to take your order! Also the location is the worst.

Its a place where people with sugar teeth can go.
Its delicious, the service is nice, the place is clean and everything I tried there so far is amazing and is very delicious, I would totally recommend trying it.
They also take Fazaa discount which is a plus from my side.

This is by far the worst Kunafa and the worst oreo ice cream ever. It was so bad that i would give zero stars, but that option isnt there. So dissapointing! The Kunafa was cold not baked well and the oreo icecream was rock solid with such a hard oreo biscuit which was dipped in chocolate probably and frozen. The spoon was literally stuck and we couldnt get it off. Nightmare for desserts! Cravings gone for a toss.

Been wanting to try this amazing place since ages! Finally after winning a giveaway, went there yesterday. We tried their sushi red velvet crepe, pistachio waffle, rainbow mix choco pancake, vanilla ice cream and cafe latte. Loved their waffle and pancakes the best. The pistachio waffle was just amazing, the waffle was crunchy and the pistachio sauce over the waffle just elevated the taste to a different level! The rainbow chocolate mini pancakes were equally good. The chocolate used at this place is of such good quality! The crepe was good too.
This is a must go to place if you haven’t been there yet!

It should change its name to Nutella shop. Their every ice cream has loads of Nutella n nothing exciting abt this place

I always come here.there biggest issue is that they take long time to serve.for sweets shop i think it’s taking to long time.
The food is good but the time we wait for it every time is not worth it!

I loved the place.interior.the walls are nicely painted.even the tissue box had a tin painted cover. I tried crepe.it tasted yum and looked awesomee.staffs were pretty nice.please carry cash cos they didn have a machine to swipe.but the staffs were polite enough to let us go get the cash withdrawn from the nearest metro.

If you go through the Instagram page of Freez you will be completely wowed by their exquisite icecream cakes milk shakes and lava cakes they offer. Being a huge sweet tooth foodie, We wanted to visit this place since soooo long. And last week we finally visited them to try their new menu items and were in complete food coma.

The newly opened branch at Al Jaddaf. Famous for it’s desserts, Freez is amazing when it comes to the hospitality as well. I cannot compare the taste with any other dessert that I’ve tried before. This time I had the Lotus Crepe, Nutella Pancakes and Peach Mojito. The presentation should be given a standing ovation as that itself attracts at first. The taste is equally good and the crepe and pancakes are really soft and they will melt in the mouth. The prices are pretty reasonable as well. Freez ️
