The dishes are mouth watering and good quantity items.

They started pretty well. However, lately they become stingy in the way that they're serving different items knowing that there prices become higher.
E. G, waffle stick has little amount of Nutella chocolate topping. And even if you pay them extra money, the amount still little. Wish they return back to there strong beginning

Near my home.recommend for coffee and deserts - fresh and divine - chocolate and many options.just pricey

I absolutely love freeze. Their sweets and drinks are perfect and affordable.
I have always love their food. The delivery is also very fast.
However this time i dont know what happened the red volcano cake that I ordered was hard. Like if you throw it at a wall there would be dent in the wall. I am not even joking. I was very disappointed.
I dont know how to add video to this. But if i could then you guys would be able to see what i mean. It was hard to chew as well. I dont know what happened to their food standards.
There was also an unpleasant smell coming from the cake. I am not sure if i will order anything for some time.
I gave it 2 stars but after some thoughts i am gonna rate it 1 because i was absolutely disappointed and dissatisfied with them.

This branch of Freez is always late and make you wait for at least 25 minutes!

I hope the management takes action on this and make the employees work faster.

Best waffles! Must try the kinder joy crispy waffle. Best if you could go yourself than ordering online. Surely recommended desert venue!

A go to place for Dessert cravings, Midnight cravings. Have almost covered all the Dessers they serve in the Menu. Flavors are super Intact. Triple Chocolate have always been divine for the last 3 years

Loved their crepes and ice creams. Sometimes items run out fast. Other than that highly recommended.

We tried two of their delicacies Postive and Lotus Crepe.

Lotus Crepe was really good and will recommend.

Postive is basically Red Velvet cake crumbles with chocolate and white chocolate fondue.

Both were good but Positive gave us that sugar OD feeling.

Pathetic service! Not going to order again! I am regular customer ordering daily from them, a week back I emailed them about their promotion item being out of stock online somebody forgot to update it online because it is available in store i checked so kindly update online menu then i can order it but nobody is intrested in listening till date! There are many more places for great dessert with great offers, great management and excellent customer service but these guys are not worth it! Learn to appreciate and care for your loyal customers thats where your business comes from.you spoilt my experience and lost business

Still a great place for desserts and this time decided to try out the pistachio lava cake with ice cream. The cake was soft, there was decent quantity of pistachio sauce (could have been a little more) and tasted great with the ice cream. Only issue I has with this dish is that evwn though its called lava cake, there was no pistachio lava in the centre and was just a normal cake with pistachio sauce. Still this tasted good but could be improved a little. Pricing is slightly on the higher sixe and service is decent.

For every sweet tooth to satisfy. Just come and be blessed with the sweet treats you always dreamt about. There range of chocolate crepes is awesome. For younger kids and teenagers this is heavenly place. They have cold drinks as well as nice mojito drinks. They do deliver through talabat app as well as while we were sitting there were a bunch of guys waiting for their orders to be prepared so they can deliver. They're dedicated for fresh food and that's what we had freshly baked crepes. We tried brownie and red velvet sushi crepes, they were yummy
