We recently asked dnata logistics to assist us with our home move, as well as a cargo shipment. We have used them several times before and have always received excellent service. This time was no exception.
The support and service we received was outstanding. From the initial booking, through to packing, and final transportation, the teams involved arrived on time to the appointments, and were professional, so pleasant to work with and very efficient. Each job was completed quickly, and we were able to get everything for our move packed, transported and set up in our new home by early afternoon on the same day.
One of the team, Mr Ranga Ranasingha, must be singled out for the way that he went over and above to assist us with our cargo shipment. He could not have done more to ensure that our goods were handled carefully by the cargo agent, assisting us with organising the unplanned build of a pallet, and personally checking that all documentation was completed and processed correctly.
We have no hesitation in recommending dnata logistics to others, whether for local moves or for international cargo shipments - they really are the best.

My items were delivered promptly without any major issues. I really appreciate all the effort and support provided by the logistic team, specially Krystel Mae Obordo and to the team that came to my home to deliver the items as it was hard work but they managed to do it pretty quick and without any issues.

Zvinaiye Mupanguri was helpful and patient throughout the start and has helped in alot of ways to get the process started when Krystel was away. Rey was friendly when he came to access the items I was sending and packers in Dubai was on time, fast, efficient with their work besides being friendly.
Packers in Malaysia was on time, fast and operations manager Moses Paul was at the site to ensure that packers place item at area requested by me.
All items received in good condition and nothing was found damaged.
Only one box was opened and another torn as customs in Malaysia was opening it to check.

I have used Freightworks on 3 occasions now for shipping my goods and shekels between Dubaï and Australia. On all occasions the shipments arrived on time and in the same condition that they were packed in. If you need to move your cargo by road, by air or by sea, then you will be delighted to hire the services of this freight forwarding and relocation company. They have professional packers as well! The Ramoul and Jebel Ali warehouses are clean and organized!

Big shout out to Zee and Krystel! I spent ages looking for a logistics partner to ship our home from the UAE to the UK and whilst doing my research Freightworks kept coming up. I have to say they were fantastic and supported me through the process fully. They took an estimate on the size, packed everything, assisted me with the paperwork, took out my insurance, and kept in constant communication once my items were received in port in the UK. Really couldn't recommend them more. I also shipped our dog over with them and again, they were fantastic.

Absolutely the worst move I've ever done. 7 months to move from UAE-USA. Custom mattress got "lost". Lies on top of lies. More expensive than their competition for the world's worst service from the admin staff. I regret using them every day. Protected by Emirates umbrella so there's no accountability. Please use anyone else.

I cannot thank Kirsty enough for all her help! She was helpful, informative, friendly and answered all my questions. She kept me informed every step of the way what was required and assured me it would be fine. Kristy did all the formalities and also did the check in procedures so I didn’t have to worry if I had all the paperwork required. Well all went well and our cat is now in Canada! I recently relocated to the USA from UAE and had a 1st hand feel of the services of Freightworks relocation team. The team was extremely friendly and prompt with every information that I required. I would particularly mention Krystel, the Move Coordinator who was on top of the entire process. I wouldnt hesitate recommend them to anyone who needs such services.

I recently relocated from Dubai back to the UK and used Freightworks to manage the entire movement and shipping of all my household goods including a car.
I was dreading the process and was anticipating all sorts of problems, but I can honestly say that Freightworks have done a fantastic job from start to finish.
The team that came to pack and move all my belongings were excellent, arriving on time, they were very quick, very professional, and took great care of all the items packed, even sending me a video of my car being loaded into the container.
From the initial home visit through to final delivery in the UK I was kept informed of progress, and they were very helpful in answering all my questions especially regarding the movement of my car.
A special mention and 'Thank You' to Jherico who managed the team who packed up the household goods, and to Krystel who kept me informed all the way. GREAT JOB!

None of the freight companies in Dubai consider them as a competition, which I feel is bad for any enterprise.

Exceptionally disastrous experience.

1. Poor response time to the extent to no email replies for queries. Have to always call them to get things moving and get clearer information

2. Unclear with message delivery when emailing, lots of back and forth emailing for clarification. Because of this as well, during packing day, lots of items were suddenly restricted and had to be repacked for another courier solution or thrown away.

3. Random selection of freight forwarder in destination country causing further issues down the road

4. Paid for air freight, was supposed to arrive to the door in 10 days. 44 days now, and still have not received the cargo

5. When contacted the “appointed freight forwarder agent” in destination country, agent was surprised that they were appointed and extra delayed caused by coordinating between Freightworks and appointed agent (goods already have arrived destination airport warehouse with no freight forward agent appointed/notified)

6. Delayed payment to freight forwarding company, causing excess costs to holding at Airport Customs Warehouse

7. Now freight forwarding agent said they are using another forwarding company again to send the cargo in the same country, and even more exceptional, that new forwarding agent could not ship my TV to the final destination

8. Was quoted for airfreight delivery from door-to-door, but freight forwarder agent apparently only handles sea delivery at destination country (despite destination address has airport a major airport hub)

Very disappointed with the overall experience despite them claiming to be an expert in logistics. And Dubai having a massive expat community, it’s no excuse to say that Freightworks has no experience delivering to a major city as my destination for the cargo is not to some isolated place.

Keep up the exceptional “service” making money from taking advantage of people’s good times and bad

I have been working with Freightworks for my import and export shipments. I deal with Mr. Sanjeev Kumar. He is very professional and courteous and gets the job done well! I never have to worry about my shipments when Sanjeev handles them. I always look forward to working with Sanjeev and Freightworks should know what a great asset he is to their company. Overpromised and underdelivered.shipment arrived a month later than promised, few items were damaged, local handler could not help with extra incurring payments and Dubai staff reported they have already closed and sent all payment invoices, therefore no refunds were possible.case closed for me as well, but I am discouraging all my friends from using your services.all the best to you in the future.
