We went there to grab sandwiches. While the lady told us it's going to take 5 minutes, it took 15 minutes. We were at our table, they brought the sandwiches with the salad and the fries. We told them, we are in a hurry, it took more time than expected, if they can please pack our lunch. They did while removing the salad and the fries and said we can't give you that on takeaway, it's only for customers who sit here. As absurd as it sounds, we were sitting there and they took more time than what they said. Worst customer experience ever in Dubai. We grabbed our sandwiches and told thenm we will never return back again.

We really enjoyed our coffee here and cakes are good. Shout out to Sameer, Nour and Rachel for taking care of us!

He suggested the right evening snack like Grilled Chicken Caponata, Cappuccino &
Mocha Frappe.

All the dishes were just perfect in taste. It was a wonderful evening. Best of French cuisine Taste … will visit soon again.

French Bakery, branch located inside Dubai Outlet Mall, Dubai Al-Ain road (route 66)
Their bread has been very tasty and so as their breakfast with brewed coffee.
Their lunch and dinner are also very good.
They have a lot of cakes and muffins to choose from.
Highly recommended when visiting Dubai Outlet Mall.

Sabastian cheese cake is amazing. Now became my favourite. Will come to eat regularly. Service from Mr Samer is wonderful. The restaurant has really a great and dedicated staff.

Extremely Poor Service today, aside from it being slow. You can literally hear all the service crew and staff fighting/arguing, the negativity of the team can be felt thru out the restaurant.and the entire time we were dining, there were left and right customer complaints. Unhappy diners. We also had waited long and one of our orders werent even available and we were told its not available half way thru finishing our food.

Had lunch here my party ordered a tuna salad, Mac and cheese and a Brie sandwich, the Brie sandwich was unavailable so we switched it for a steak sandwich that was fine but the salad came out first (it was fine but the lettuce wasn’t very fresh) but none of the the other meals came out my family told me to just start a good decision as it took 10 minutes for them to bring out the steak sandwich, the Mac and cheese came out 20 minutes after that. We all agreed that the food was good but it wasn’t worth the wait and we would have preferred if all the meals had come at once.

After my shopping decided to visit French Bakery Outlet Mall.

Signature salad is simply amazing and so healthy.

Tried as well mushroom soup, but felt it’s not that “mushroomy” as for me, more you can feel cream than mushroom taste.

The staff is very professional and welcoming, fast service even thou full house.

I love the taste of the coffee and dessert, it’s actually good and thank you to Samir who assisted us. He is very accommodating and The dessert he recommended is delicious since it’s our first time to try here. We will definitely comeback.

John Patrick, Louie, Carvin, Leonel and Roy are all accomodated. Upon entering the café they greeted us with an energetic voices which I like the most. The branch is clean with healthy vibe. A definitely "hasta el promixo vez" French Bakery Outlet Mall Branch. Kudos yall!

The food is just so delicious must visit for all food lovers, as there are ample of options to choose and they also have a kids menu, Highly recommended.

Bad coffee. Old very dry macaroons. They do replace it to fresh "not nice" one after I told them it's not fresh.

While this place does have some great selection of desserts and mains, I'm left disappointed by the level of service each time I'm here. Previously I was made to wait at least 15 minutes before a server came to my table to take my order despite my telling them I'm ready and another 15 minutes or so to pay the bill. The same thing happened yet again today. Service was slow and unprofessional. Servers mixed up orders and just lacked organization. Someone needs to assign them tables so they can focus on a select few customers and offer good quality service rather than running around confused. Utterly disappointed.

Last few days me and family eat at your store the food is great and 1 of your waiter name was Leonel give a good service he is friendly he treat us like a family this guy deserve a good position to your company because this guy give a good customer service that we never forget and we will come back i recommend this guy leonel is a good leader to his co-worker and he will good asset to your company dont lose this guy if lose guy its your lost.

French bakery is the best coffee shop. Staffs are very accommodating and they are well trained and friendly. Food are delicious especially the red velvet cake and macaroons, it is very tasty and classy. I can recommend this with some of my friends who loved coffee, pastry and pasta! PERFECT! <3

French Bakery in Dubai outlet mall, one of the finest bakery, I always like visiting them as this mall is quite near to us, it's good for quick hop on hop off, sandwiches, cookies, muffins, coffee, juices, cakes almost everything is served there. Staff is quick and friendly.
Overall always have a great experience visiting them.

I ordered a Cake For my kids and with the assistance of cashier named rose, she recommend to me the mango coconut and chocolate bar. They are very friendly and they know fully what they are selling.
When i got home i didn't regret what they upsell to me, its so delicious

I had really pleasant experience at French Bakery. It was my first time and i was amazed by the quality of food and how friendly the staff were and especially the waitress who served me Rosaryo and she’s the BEST. I went for an Mexican avocado salad which was so delicious and then I had a coffee latte. Definitely i going to visit again.

I love the ambiance and the food is unbelievably amazing especially the salad taboula quinoa together with the elaichi coffee. And the staff are accomodating, props to their staff Rosario who's very friendly.

Hands up to the french bakery located in outlet mall.they really bring the taste of french pastries in UAE. The waiter thank you Conrad, I asked him which he can recommend and he told us about the quiche and avo chicken salad, was surprise with presebtation of the quiche at first its look like a pie but when you open it you'll be amaze. Hope you have store in Dubai mall will surely return and eat again.

I was in the Dubai outlet.mall yesterday. I went to french bakery. I just want to special mention the lady in cashier her name Rea if I'm not wrong. She do good service to us. And keep up the good service all gave to customers

The food is very good, the prices are reasonable, the service is fast, but the waitresses are probably burnt out, or need more training. I suggest writing the orders, not to forget orders, and nominate waitresses per tables, to avoid unpleasant communication errors.

Excellent espresso, pastries, hot chocolate, location, and ambiance. This coffee shop is indeed a great place to kill your time, do business, and to study as well. The coffees and hot chocolates they had was so delicious. The staff was so welcoming and friendly especially Rowin who serve us. The place was so cozy. Thanks.

I had breakfast there yesterday morning and dinner tonight. All were well beyond my expectations. Everything is so fresh. Best croissant is Dubai! The employees were always accommodating especially to Rhea and Patrick. Carry on.

Food was awful, the quiche taste of only overcooked eggs in a soggy pastry.the coffee signature sandwich is just a disaster. Its like easting toast that fell in your Americano. Nice Ambience but the menu needs work.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Dubai Outlet Mall. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! French Bakery in Dubai Outlet Mall is one of my favorite coffee shops around. The coffee & croissants doesn't even compare to others in the area, and I make special trips JUST to get it! May be a little expensive, but believe me, it's worth it! Staffs are so welcoming as well. You’ll love the place. Trust me.

Worst experience ever at a place that we used to love for its quality of service and products.we were treated with outmost disrespect and indifference from the manager himself who frowned upon serving a family with a baby at 9 (very close to closing time) on 30/12/19. We took names and we're writing a formal compaint letter for the awful behaviour!

The food is horrible, the chicken smells and taste very bad like if its undercooked and the skin hanging on top of the piece in a very disgusting way, the pizza taste like bread in water, and the croissant they serve its cold and taste bad and hard to shew.

Worst and slowest service. Waiters barely check customers sitting outside. I always wait for long before they take my order even if they were not crowded

Went there with a friend.was looked by staff 15 different times and not acknowledged once. After 10 minutes in the cafe and signs made to staff, still nothing. Not even the food menu. Had to leave and could not consume anything. This is a shame. I have never seen this kind of customer service before. They were at least 4 staff and the place was almost empty. I am very disappointed as the products are usually good. Never been treated like this in a French bakery. Not going back.

Serviced the coffee with the food, i asked to get it later but waiter said
no you did't till in the beginning so i had my coffe cold, food is normal.

Great place to catch up with friends and family. We had visited on 2 occasions using the Entertainer app (Zomato Gold doesn't work here).

On the first visit, we had taken coffee. It was decent.

On the latest visit, we tried the pastries. The presentation was very good.

Extremely poor customer service experience. If you want to be treated unpleasantly, go there. The waitresses can’t accept customers comments and go in confrontational mode all the way through the journey there. Not to mention the numerous flies all around. I don’t know who’s idea was to serve food on ardoise plates, but it is not appropriate for a salad and the dressing. Food is good, but the staff’s (in particular one filipina bully/gang leader) attitude ruins it all. You can see the manager is trying to do whatever he cans, but the staff reporting to him don't really care. Spent 1 hour there and i also witnessed at least two other tables complaining about very slow service, while having the waitresses laughing together at the cashier.

The worst French pastries that you can eat.not fresh as if it was 1 week old.the atmosphere is uncomfortable.no going there never again
