All the staff are so rude, arrogant and most especially lazy If the customerpay cash they will just say 'no change' and they will not entertain you hope the management are aware of this. What if everyone's paying cash and they will just say 'NO CHANGE?
Great place for breakfast, cake shops, and tons of bite-size desserts. Love their almond croissant. Delicious cup cakes. Heavenly cakes. They bake fresh bread. You can find many options of pastries in here. They are all fresh and taste great. Great price. Great staff and location.
Used to come here a lot but yesterday my colleague and I ordered a carrot cake and a cupcake and both of us couldn't finish them. The carrot cake was super dry and for both, there was a very strong taste of cheese in the cream. My colleague's cupcake icing was so sticky and thick that it took effort to cut by the fork. It was extremely disappointing. Something has definitely changed in the quality of French bakery. Last time I'm ordering from there.
The customer service is very bad, I just wanted to order 5 things and they didn't answer me for 2 hours, nobody helped me and when I wanted to order it was already too late - horrible customer service
Popped into the Bakery last night at 10.25 pm one before closing time as per your website and the staff was busy cleaning up for the day. I asked if they were closed and they said 'No' and continued with their work. I was just wondering if I was made of glass and invisible.
With that dismal attitude towards customers will never going there again.
We visited french bakery in media city branch twice, ambience is very nice and relaxing, food was nice and delicious. We surely visited and comeback here every friday. Cheers to the staff!
The breakfast was excellent, the baguette and croissant are similar to the ones you would eat in a bakery in Paris. And the employee name Clarissa is really nice and hospitable.
This is my first experience at coffee shop. Appalling service, staff don't seem interested in visiting tables. Too busy talking Tagalog together on the counter.
Ordered an almond croissant - it arrived after 20mins and was clearly microwaved and soggy, furthermore, upon opening up the croissant it had no traditional almond paste and only some dried out almond flakes on top.
Excellent service and excellent food! The breakfast is always amazing and the croissant just made fresh in the early morning! The staff always happy! I recommend this place!
Been here for many times and I can say that they never disappoint me every single time. From their foods to services, probably the best coffee shop that I have been. Thanks to the team of this branch, your supervisor taught you really well to comfort your lovely customers. Ciao!
#bastilleday A lovely cafe with friendly, helpful staff, especially Karen who is always very kind and accommodating to our family. The food is delicious! Thank you, French Bakery.
I love the the special cake i have ordered for my nephew. Thanks to the staffs specially the driver and and Precious who assisted to achieve the same. Well done.
I love their delicious cake and coffee. I want to commend their amazing staff Precious who always been so helpful and go out of her way to ensure the best cake and coffee experience!
As a coffee lover i highly recommend French Bakery Al Sufouh branch i like the coffee and nice place to relax and unwind bonding with friends recommended by the staff Precious who is very accomodating. Thumbs up!
Worst food ever: I tried their chicken spinach. It costs 55 AED. Chicken was undercooked. Looked like they used frozen chicken. I complained about it. Not sure if it was conveyed to the chef. I left half of my food. Waste of time and money. I am not sure about breakfast items but certainly not worth for dinner.
To be honest, they should definitely remove the word "french", it's offensive to french patisserie, I've tried also butter croissant, it felt like i was eating a piece of LURPAK butter covered in some dough, anyway don't recommend it.
“As soon as I brought out the cake to place on the table, my son ran right over. He was speechless and he really likes it. I will never forget his facial expression, I could barely even make out “Is this my cake? ” My guests loved it as well, they even made a line to take pictures. The cake was just so adorable and too pretty to cut. I really appreciate the time and effort and going out of your way to incorporate all the designs that our son wanted.
If your looking for a coffeeshop with good music, coffee and a croissants for breakfast i recommend this place.i like their staff as well for they are really friendly.
Peaceful place with beautiful interiors. Mango Passion Fruit Coriander Yogurt was tasty and refreshing. Mille-Feuille was good, yet didn't taste fresh. The Chocolate Donut was such a disappointment. Staff are friendly and helpful. Average prices.
Ordering online is a disaster, the staff have no idea what they are doing. We ordered 3 items from their online menu, none of it was available, when I asked if they could cancel the order they said the money was already deducted from my account which it wasn't. Rather sit down and dine. Extremely frustrating and wont order again.
