الاكل لذيذ لكن الخدمه جداً سيئه…. الموظفون جداً مشغولون ولا يستحيبون للعملاء للعلم تم مناداتهم اكثر من مره ولكن بدون استجابه

We always love the food here. The manager, Dondie, is really hands-on. He personally served us since his staff are too busy. Their sandwiches are delectable as well as their salads. Their cakes are really good, but they could be improved.

We sent a driver to pick up croissants and when they arrived to us (2 minutes away) they were hot and mushy because they were heated before packaging!

In France croissants are served at room temperature. Heating croissants is a culinary crime. Had to throw them in the garbage.

I have been a loyal customer to this specific branch for years. I usually visit once a month and I must say over the years, their franchise has really deteriorated. In my last visit, I witnessed extremely poor service offered by people behind the counter.

Firstly, no one came by my table, despite sitting just a stone's throw away in front of the cashier. I always have to go the cashier to give my order. I have have done this in my last 3 visits now.
Secondly, I ordered a regular black coffee and waited for 15 min. -no response (THIS IS NOT THEIR FIRST TIME. I usually say nothing if they look busy)
-Wifi didnt work and upon requesting assistance they were looking at me for answers. Got an extremely poor response and they didnt do or say anything.it was bizarre.

Management need to fix their work culture. Its disheartening to see such a place go to thrash.

Quiche with chicken and mushrooms - top, cupcake - also very tasty! Although we waited quite a long time for the order, I will not take away a single star, because everything was great!

The food and staff were amazing! But a place like French bakery should know how to choose a professional manager! He started to shout and yell on the employees infront of all the costumers where they were doing their maximum to serve the crowd instead of helping them and being so supportive.
He is very unprofessional and irrespectiv, an action needs to be taken from your sude. This was in the main branch al satwa.

I tasted a perfect new option of cold coffee, the watermelon iced latte! It is a good choice for the very hot temperature here in Dubai. Also, the customer service and food quality is amazing.it’s worth it to comeback again and it’s definitely recommendable. Food is good but the worst service ever, my wife’s meal came 30 minutes before mine & she had to wait for mine.we came to have breakfast together! This happened in Al wasl & Al silicon branch which is really bad! & not acceptable

My teammate recently visited the French Bakery to order NEW YEAR CAKE for our Office Party, and was extremely disappointed with their customer service. My teammate traveled 40 minutes to the bakery to place an order for a New Year's cake, and after discussing the details with the staff, he was told that the order was finalized. However, later we received a call from another staff member later on, who informed us that they were unable to provide the cake design that had agreed upon, and that the price had changed.

When we tried to speak to the bakery about these issues, they were not willing to apologize or make any effort to resolve the situation. Our complete team were extremely frustrated and felt that our time and effort were wasted.

We do not recommend the French Bakery to anyone due to their poor customer service and lack of professionalism.

I have bought baguette today with several other cakes. I have asked 2 times if the baguette was freshly made and the answer was "yes". The baguette is not freshly made you have not been honest. I have not tasted the cakes yet but will never come back. 20D for a stale baguette. You give a bad image of French patisserie.

Extremely disappointed.

I recently visited the French Bakery to order a cake for the new year and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The staff changed the order I had previously discussed with them, and when I questioned the price change, they were not willing to apologize or make any accommodations. I wasted 40 minutes traveling to the bakery and discussing the order, only to receive a call from another staff member asking about the design, which had already been finalized. The bakery was not willing to honor the price we had agreed upon and refused to add the extra layer I had requested. Overall, I had a very frustrating and unsatisfying experience with the French Bakery and would not recommend them to others. Their poor customer service and lack of professionalism was unacceptable.

The place has a great vide. Is open 24 hours. Well priced and the items are fantastic flavour. Ordered the butter croissant and the craquiline pastry. Superb is an understatement and service by Patrick was wonderful (at midnight)! Well done and count on me returning soon to enjoy the rest of the goodies!

They are the best bakery in Dubai. I will always patronize a French bakery if I can find one where my travels take me but this time i wanted to do something special for my boyfriend and they helped me alot. Absolutely a must eat at establishment! The manager was very kind, the staff are very courteous. Cakes is outstanding. And they delivered to the hotel which was a bonus. I had to try so many places online before i picked this one. Very easy process to place order and i was able to use my international credit car. The absolute best place to get pastries and bread! Delicious! This bakery is a slice of haven! Thank you tons

I ordered sandwich with your restaurant through Talabat but I received incomplete items. French fries and salad are missing.

Had an amazing dine in experience here! Team are all welcoming and energetic. Will be back here for sure! Marble cake is my new favourite.

The bakery place was awesome. Me and my friend enjoyed it fully). The food was delicious. The starters were nice and the salad was fresh and greeny. It was fantastic!
Definitely it will be one of my "often visit" places.

Brilliant first time dine in experience. Though have ordered from them multiple times through different platforms, the dine in experience was completely worth it. Approximately AED 200/- or lesser for 4 people. The food came in within 10-12 mins and it was superbly cooked and prepared and it was healthy and delicious. The cakes and pastries look like a delight.

placed my order and waited for 20 min exactly, than waiter came to appologize that they dont have stock anymore

Pathetic customer service, had ordered breakfast online today. They accepted the order and after 30 minutes i got call from the restuarant, saying driver is off today, so the order will be delayed further 45 minutes

Very frustrating response

Terrible experience, customer service is at its worst. There were 7 staff at the register talking and we were the only customers. They asked us to wait, when only one girl was busy in the laptop. We waited and when we insisted, the girl told her colleague to take an order and this guy didn’t understand English properly. In the end I had to ask for my drink and the bill wasn’t correct. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was informed that manager is already gone.
The food was good, customer service - the worst I’ve ever experienced in Dubai.

Since long time I used to go every while for coffee and bakery, today was the worst experience with the baguette, the issue is not the bad quality or it was being old or not fresh, when I informed them no body even bothered to get back to me or check on my comments although I have stayed for almost 1 hour having my coffee, very poor client experience and interactin

I ordered a carrot cake for my neice's birthday. They delivered the same day, on time and the polite driver had both a machine and exact change! So impressed!

Decent food options however the place is not up to standard, the toilets are a disaster, the A/C is weak and the WiFi doesn't work most of the time - better options can be found elsewhere

Been ordering cakes for occasions from here for years and always been satisfied. They have new and interesting flavours as well as the classics. Their sandwiches and pastries are great too.

Popped in for an afternoon snack. There were quite alot of options. Food was tasty and staff were friendly.

I would love to give this place 5-stars, but I haven’t visited the venue. I ordered food from the French Bakery through the NOWNOW app and was thoroughly impressed.
The food was just incredible, my favourite items were the Salted French Toast and the Chicken and Cheese Quiche.

We expected so much more from this place. We had breakfast and the food was ok. The omelets was dry and didn’t have any seasoning not even a pinch of salt.
You expect to fine French toast in a “French” bakery but they don’t. What a bummer. The only good thing was the fresh orange juice and the ambience. Although the service was not too bad but the cleanliness of the place was zero. The tables had left over croissants and all over the floor were they had their best seating area. The cafe is empty I would at least expect it to be clean!

As I pass by this morning in French Bakery, I was amazed by the shop for having so many option of cakes and pastry. The staff named Lady was friendly and approachable, she even suggest what pastry should I try for. I didn't leave the shop empty handed. Freshly baked croissants was really good and definitely will tell my family and friends to visit French Bakery.

We were there for Friday night we had dinner we was 5 family members the service and the food was excellent! The staff there was very friendly and corporative. A special thanks to yassin.

My husband, two friends and I came to dinner at French bakery on Friday. What a find! Cosy and friendly, good atmosphere and super food (especially apple crumble) which has gone to the top of my list! Amazing experience, absolutely loved my sandwich and milkshake! Fast delivery and delicious food!

The shop exists for many years and they have their regular customers. The space is not small and they have nice balcony. They have a good selection of pastry, cakes and sandwiches. I tried hot chocolate, mont blanc cake and different types of cakes and they were all good. I recommended for the sweet lovers.

I had a great breakfast with my wife about a month ago and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. Their cupcakes are also good. I need to test the pastries soon and will update the review.

Never did i expect a very bad approach! I was asking for the menu so i could choose what to eat, and the black guy waiter said ARE YOU GONNA EAT HERE? ! I said yes, he replied to me "ARE YOU SURE" i was shocked, his attitude towards me is very bad and horrible, sarcastic at a very inappropriate time.they have a nice food but as a customer, respect comes before anything else.
