French bakery in Oud metha area, is an amazing place for Breakfast and coffee.
Even the pastries and breads they make are so fresh and delicious. You just can't miss having a hot almond cranberry bread with the coffee.
Staff are very professional.
Ambience is great and clean.
Perfect place to spend time during weekends.
Definitely recommend this place.

I recently ordered a cup cake and an orange juice from French Bakery Dubai Healthcare City branch to gift my friend this Christmas, and while I appreciate the punctuality of the delivery, I am disappointed with the customization of the accompanying message. The text was written in large fonts, lacking aesthetic appeal and appeared condensed in a box. Considering that this is a well-known patisserie/cafe company, I was very disappointed with how they handled my order in terms of customization. Furthermore, there were missing parts of the message (which no longer gave sense to the message), shortening the word (which is one of my pet peeves - i.e. From you to u and from take care to tc) and an emoji was added PLUS placed incorrectly (better not to add it if you don't know where to place it, and obviously not included in my original message), resulting in grammatical errors. While the timely delivery to my friend was commendable, I hope the bakery pays attention to these small yet significant details in the future, as they impact the overall customer service reputation.

The Oud metha branch one used to be our favourite cafe where we would visit almost every weekend. Yesterday something weird happened when we went there. When we were on our way back to our car there was a staff that was standing far away from the cafe, he stopped us on the way and asked, " sorry to ask, have you paid? " Never ever in 4 years in Dubai have we gotten asked like this. It felt bad that they treat their regular customers like this. Once we went in and confronted why do have such doubts, instead of apologising all they did was justifying the question. I am still wondering if there are such insecurities, why not start token system like Costa. Is it normal of french bakery to explicitly ask customers on the road if they have paid?
This has spoiled the evening for us. Feeling sad to say that never going back here again where you don't get treated with respect

As regular customer I will say that lately staff became not kind at all.
Food is ok. Standards with nice cakes but staff should work on their skills.

It was in the Outlet mall where in the staff wasn’t accommodating and they instead prioritized the ‘white’ guys than us. We waited for long time, the food is nice but not coming back on that branch.

Lovely and bright place. Food is very fresh and deliciois. Staff is nice and professional.

I ordered assorted chocolates, brownie and macaroons for Eid. Delivery was right on time, packaging and quality was extremely satisfying. Chocolates were delicious and brownie too. Macaroons were too sweet for me and felt not so fresh. Also pricing are quite high.

Nice one for a quick bite during lunch break as it is located in the same building of my office.

I would go to Albarsha branch for a morning coffee or proper breakfast.
