French Bakery - Al Mamzar

French Bakery's newest branch, located just opposite to Al Mulla Plaza. Nice ambience and calm atmosphere. They have a variety of cakes, sandwiches and buns.
Their Craquiline cake is a must try.

They serve delicious food with good variety for breakfast. From sweet to savoury everything was delicious. I have been a regular customer for their cakes and coffee. Spanish latte and mini cakes are highly recommended.

I was so happy when French bakery opened up close to me as I've been going to the main branch on Sheikh Zayed Road for over 16 years. When this branch first opened up in 2021, I was very happy with the quality of food and service. However, this particular branch has deteriorated in terms of service, food and coffee. I usually drop by to drink a warm cup of coffee or hot chocolate, neither one of which I have lately been enjoying. It was very recently that they changed the staff in this branch or whatever is the reason, they just haven't been able to give me a decent cup of coffee that actually tastes like coffee. I go to Starbucks, I go to Arabica, I go to Tim Horton etc you name it and they're all able to give me a decent cup of coffee. If the coffee is not the issue then they keep experimenting with the recipe ruining the entire experience. Really disappointed. When I asked the staff why it tastes so bad, they said that's just how the recipe is but it is never their fault. They won't accept that they have been messing with the recipe. Sadly they lost a regular customer.

I ordered only (3) breads because they were advertising are made same day and are fresh. When the breads arrive, I found out they were all toasted. Who, on earth, toasts FRESH BREAD? Unless they were stale. So disappointed from that ‘bakery’. I will never order from them again, full of lies.

Ordered Healthy Breakfast Meal is a little expensive for a single person but it's worth it. The quality of egg, fruits, yogurt, and coffee was excellent. I loved the way it was packed and delivered. Kudos toh the delivery guy also.

Very nice cafe and bakery. I visited here with my family and enjoyed delicious sandwiches? And coffee ️ we all loved the food. Sandwiches were very fresh and super yummy. Many healthy options are available here.

We ordered breads through Zomato and clearly stated cooking instructions but nothing was followed and they later confirmed refund but it’s been few days we are following up for our refund and every day they have new excuses. Horrible experience and they are not bothered to professionally handle the complaints. Staff named Daniel very rude and unprofessional and speaks like a automatic robot with same answers and no action. This is not the first time we are experiencing with French bakery but for sure this will be the last time.

Never knew this cute and lovely bakery exisisted despite living around the same area. Nice choice of beverages, pastry and bread. Ample car parking space and friendly Barista.

I loved the carrot cake. Just the right size for a small number of people. Not too sweet and the price is worth it

There wasn't much choice when I visited the bakery The cake is delicious the apple pie is amazing I did not try the drinks on this visit

This branch had a very lousy service. The food took over an hour to get served and the eggs Benedict came without the turkey ham. When asked they provided us with only 2 separate turkey hams whereas we ordered 4 egg Benedict. French bakery has always provided us with their best service and food but this branch needs to be worked on.

I bought a fruit cake for a birthday yesterday because I heard a lot about them, and I really regret my decision. It is neither fresh nor properly set. How could they serve you such a product after charging so much money? It ruined my birthday. I don't recommend anyone to go to them and waste money. I will certainly never go there.

I have ordered a customized cake from Mamzar branch and the cake was out of the world and we got the same cake which we give for the reference, thank you so much to make my son’s day more special and I highly recommend them.

A very good experience, delicious breakfast menu, been there with friends, everyone liked it.
I had Omelette Marsielle, a perfect omelette with mushrooms and capsicum filling, and a cappuccino to go with.

Elegant, delicious and a bit pricey. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Spanish latte was slightly heavy, the cheesecakes were quite unique and the bread was soft and buttery.

Real French bakery, lovely croissant and pastey inside, they also serve good variety of breakfast, hot and cold drinks.
The prices are not the lowest in the market at all, there's a bit of improvement that can be done on this level, otherwise the quality is just superb

Have always enjoyed authentic French desserts and this place lives up to its name!
We ordered a classic cheese cake to welcome the new years and we were definitely not disappointed!

Got a cappucino for my drink, the creaminess of frothed milk and the richness of espresso they used is really splendid
Not a crowded place and friendly happy staff makes my visit and experience in this coffee shop really enjoyable.

I go to this branch almost every morning to finish off work on my laptop. So far I had no complains on their service. However, today morning I was facing trouble connecting to their WiFi and asked them clearly is it working they said yes. The supervisor, John, was too busy to help me with it, claiming that I was interrupting his work by asking to check his router. If you have a problem with your WiFi just come straight out and tell me instead of letting me order and wasting my time.

We came here to satisfy a sugar craving. Bought madeleines and a slice of Vanilla Mille Feuille. Even thought it was at the end of the day, it was super fresh and really delicious.

Just share some positive comments to this store. The Supervisor named John is very kind and accommodating. They also have good customer service. Would recommend to my other colleagues as well.
