Fruitful Day

Order placed at 2pm, delivered almost 9pm. When reaching out to support, I was requested to call back in 2 minutes as they needed to ascertain where driver was. Called back later. Phone was not answered at all. All attempts to contact support subsequently failed or ignored. Eventually received a whatapp at almost 9pm to advise delivery happened. Frustrating to say the least!

Following my comments and review, the support manager made every effort to rectify the situation. I received a personal call. Situation explained and this was followed up by an unexpected gesture of goodwill, including calling me abroad. Thank you!
This type of support and action was impressive. 5 star earned !

The watermelon cake tasted good but I would rather that it’s seedless watermelon! The taste of the other arrangements around the cake was ok, I expected higher quality fruit specifically the strawberries

The most amazing service and the best idea to replace a ‘traditional’ cake. Normally never see cakes get finished at parties, but the fruitful ones always get wiped out! The fruits, particularly the berries’ quality is always so fresh, sweet and flavourful.

Excellent company! Communication is clear, service is fast and they are very accommodating! Everything from enquiry to pick up was completed within an hour and they gave us free, delicious fruit popsicles on top!

I don't often find fresh fruit that tastes delicious and is affordable, this has made them my one-stop-shop if I want to buy fresh juice that actually tastes fresh or even gift someone their sunshine box, and their packaging is really nice which indicates that their team cares about details.

So happy to have found a healthy alternative to traditional birthday cake. The fruits are fresh & delicious & the arrangement was well made & well packaged. Fruit is delicious and customer support is very accommodating however the platter is too small as claimed that it is good for almost 8 people.

I ordered a few times from Fruitful Day. The quality of the fruit is very good especially the Juicy Joy fruit platter. I also ordered one of the trial corporate boxes for my office which was very well received.

I ordered a watermelon 3 tier which was exactly as per the photo on website. Prompt response to inquiry, courteous and heplful staff, considered a special request for delivery and delivered on time.

Was looking for a centrepiece for our party that people could both enjoy looking at and consuming. Fruitful Day duly delivered with their large food platter on slate, and did so in a pleasant manner with great communications giving me confidence.
