I ordered a TV unit from 5 Star Home Furniture. The TV unit arrived and the colour was a lot darker than the photos. After 3 months the wood started bowing and bending and after 6 months the unit is looking terrible. I got in touch with the store customer care who initially seemed helpful but was not helpful at all. I have asked them to come and view the unit to which they said they would and on two occasions now just did not arrive as they said they would with absolutely no notification or apology. This becomes difficult as I have to arrange to be at home when they were expected to arrive. After asking for my money back and providing the invoice they said I would need to agree that they would only provide extra struts to try and straighten the bent and bowed wood. This would totally change the look of the unit and would result in it looking different. Not as advertised. Not once have they offered to replace the defected unit. I am extremely disappointed at the poor customer service and will never ever support this store again. If zero stars was an option for this review I would select that.
The shadiest people I’ve ever dealed with, so unprofessional. Low quality products and the experience with the sales team is absolutely horrendous. Shahed is the most unprofessional sales person I’ve ever met. Go spend your money somewhere else, these people and their company don’t deserve any business.
Few months back I got my furniture made from FSH FURNITURE AND MR AWAIS was just great, With his suggestion and detailing. So at the end I literally got the TV unit, bedroomset, curtains, and sofa made from the company. Apart from that I also got my old furniture refurbished. And finally I m very happy with the service and quality of the furniture bought. In future I will use the same company to get my other furniture customise from Mr Awais (FHS FURINITURE). Thanks.

I had a very bad experience. The online shows a very good picture but internally it's all a mess. First, they said that my two beds will take 8-10 days, I requested if they could do it earlier because I needed it urgently, the guy said ok he will try 7-8 days. I had agreed with measurements and agreed with everything, so I waited.
On day 11, no word from them so I called and asked when the beds will be arriving, only to be asked the measurements and that there was a miscommunication between the salesman and factory (this was not mentioned because the WhatsApp number is the same)
So I called and asked to speak with the manager. He apologized and promised me that I would receive the beds on that Monday (it was a Saturday when I called). Upon this promise, I made arrangements for my old beds to be picked up! Big mistake! They called me to please give them one more day, which I did (forcing me to arrange pick up of one bed)
It is now day 18 with the back and forth. Finally the beds arrive and lo and behold, it was the wrong bed size.
They then again apologized and I asked them to return my deposit and cancel the order, they said that they cannot do that. They finally made the beds but it's incomplete. One of the hydraulic bed does not go down after being pulled up. They forgot the mattress (which was ordered on the first day) One has to enter into lengthy chats because no one knows when it will arrive unless one nags with follow ups! On day 25 and still not complete. I was again asked to give one more day.
Upon following up, they now said the mattress is in production! Oh but I had been told that they forgot it previously.
It's is when I got fed up and decided to do the review, after which they promised to deliver today (25th July between 8 and 9 pm they requested that I remove the review I had previously put and would compensate me with a side drawer. They gave me the drivers number to communicate with him, and when I called at 21: 30 pm, he said that he just finished a delivery and he needs to go to warehouse at 21: 30 to collect my things. I had been promised it will be delivered between 8-9 pm (meaning it should have been arranged in the day time). They came at 23: 45 pm and were finishing at 1: 30 am.
The bedside table for compensation, they did not have it and said again tomorrow (the never ending tomorrows). It's day 3 but I now understand it's because they needed me to remove the review, so now no one cares. Customer service service is bad and they never keep their Word.
I now learnt the hard way, to always check online reviews before ordering anything! All the bad reviews are consistent with what I have gone through! Bad thing is that once you pay, you are now in a battle field with them, anyways they already received the money and you are left to deal with it their way. Super sad!
Take my advise and don’t risk and waste your money, scammers and asking customer to not answer and block their suppliers in Ajman. Got the bed damaged+different size and they were fixing the damage in my house with paste. I risked and paid the deposit the i read the comments and it was true comments. You will not get what you want from those SCAMMERS but they will get their money!
It’s always better to use MAKE TO ORDER furniture, and GOTO place is FSH furniture.
They are absolutely professional, custom made furniture with varieties of option in BED, WARDROBE, SOFA and etc to make home lively and super fabulous.
We interacted with Mr. Muhammad Aawais, thorough gentlemen, professional and excellent knowledge on furnitures.
Delivery was also on time as committed at the beginning by FSH team.

FSH Furniture does very good job. Highly recommend them. Made a wooden Mandir and they exactly did it as I wanted. Furniture quality is very good. Mr Shahid and Mr Imran is very professional and understands your need. Keep up the good work
Not worth the money. Finishing on the sofa is not acceptable at all. Customer service is okay they were ready to take it and rectify it, but still the cushions were still not satisfactory. Not worth the money at all.
The worst service ever! It's been a month and the house is a mess with their extremely low-quality work. Their on-and-off attendance with the recorrection of the furniture has no end due to the unprofessionalism of all levels of workers in this company. We are extremely tired and exhausted.
None comes to the phone for solving issues and keep on transferring the responsibility to one another thru Whatsapp!

The company is full filed by unprofessional staffs, they don’t know their job, quality of job and understanding of orders is very low, they can’t provide exact product that requires, and they are really not responsible, not providing customer care, just taking money and the job are not doing properly, I was my worse’s and first and last experiences during my last 28 years leaving in Dubai with them

I saw this piece on their website, but before buying wanted to check first. I first connected with Nihal on Whatapp and than travelled to their shop in Al Nahda. Starting from my queries on chat to the point when I reached their place, he had been helpful and never said anything exaggerated. An honest person, which you do not find usually in this field. I went for sofa only but considering the quality of products and confidence Nihal gave, i did bought couple of more stiff. Timely delivered to what was promised. This photo is from my apartment. Highly recommend to give it a try, you will not be disappointed at all!

I bought corner sofa from FSH furniture. They have some display pieces in the MAI tower. The quality of the furniture was good so we immediately placed order. Mr kashif was handling us. He was kind enough to accommodate some customization we asked for. Mr. Kashif was professional and responded to every call we made after placing the order. Be it a followup for the delivery or any other query. We spent 2 weeks in search of sofas going through many reputed shops but here we got the sofa which is value for money. Those who are searching for the furniture, you may have to keep fish furniture in your bucket list as it offers value for money.
