One of the staff ladies just let my son out of the park without my permission. He was released in the machine room, where they can go directly to the street and when he got on one of the motorcycles he fell to the ground, hurting his face. Very bad!

Amazing staff, affordable prices, 125 per month for the soft play area is amazing, for a whole month, your kids will be secured and having lots of fun, but it's been 2 month the AC is not working properly, please fix the AC problem.me and alot of parents were complaining about it to the staff so many times, no.action has been taken till now, 23rd of July 2023

The children loved it. It was very busy on Friday afternoon and there was no supervision from staff. So bigger kids were running around like loons, climbing on the air guns and climbing up the slides the wrong way. The smaller kids were constantly being pushed out of the way

So rude and unprofessional team they didn't even took care of the girl feelings who her height is 107 cm and she is 5 years old because of some height deficiency they made the girl cry without any mercy and this same making a bullying for the girl.
We will never come here again and i dont suggest to parents who their kids have some issues with height even if they are more than the normal age shame on such kids area

Its my go to place. There packages are very good, especially if you are planning to bring your kids more often to play area.

VERY POOR EXPERIENCE, yesterday my daughter and her friends were playing in the kids area and while she was going to stairs, they were cleaning the stairs and no caution sign were in the place, she slipt and cut her upper lip and intruted her upper teeth, I took her to the emergency and I was expecting from the management to apologise on the incident however no one called or apologised, very poor safety procedure and zero customer service.

2 years old kids are playing in the same playground with the 7 & 8 years old and a lot of accidents happened and the staff doesn't really care about it. I don't recommend this place for kids safety specially for little ones.

Over priced. Entertainer didn't work for the play area its can only be used for games. We only got to know once we were there and obviously kids didn't want to leave. So had to pay full price for the play area

The worst place ever today I went there in motor city branch the place was full of people! Also they were extremely not organized. And the most important thing they hurt my son emotionally they didn't let him enter the trampoline as they said it's not allowed if he is under 110 height however there were so many kids who are shorter than him inside.and when I talked to the manager she was extremely rude.and didn't understand my point of view.my son was
disappointed. If they are really following rules they have to apply them on all people equally!

Perfect place for kids to have fun. There is a soft play area with slides, climbing walls, games, and a waiting area for adults while kids enjoy. Another best thing is that they frequently sanitize the area.

Great Summer club deal for kids monthly access. Not very large but keeps kids happy for 3-4 hrs. Good staff. Taking extra precautions for COVID. Highly Recommended

The most unfriendly staff I’ve dealt with in my life. So rude and they treat you like they owe you a favor by letting you in. I hate this place

I had one of the worst experiences at this place, one staff member was so rude and called me with a bad name when I asked her to let my 11 years old daughter to go to pickup my 2 years old daughter from the soft area.
She refused and asked me to purchase a ticket, which she already had but for the climbing area, and it was time to go home, all I wanted is only for my 11 year old daughter to pickup her younger sister from the soft area but unfortunately it was rejected with a very bad attitude by this particular staff member.

The most amazing staff, so friendly and on top of everything. We get the 3 month package and its amazing value for money.

It's nice place for kids to spend a quality and fun time. The place is hygienic and safe.
Friendly staff. And also its good place for kids birthday's celebration.
Free Parking available for 3 hours.
The rates are good specially once you take 1 month membership.
Also there is a small coffee shop and setting area for parents to chill out while their kids enjoying their time playing.

Great place for kids up to 5 years! Good for parents who can sit and enjoy snacks or do nothing also a great value for money if you buy the membership.

They sell over priced socks and you have to deal with finding a reasonable price in 3rd party apps. I don’t want a membership or socks.

The problem with the place is that the doors are open so anyone can walk in or walk out without any monitoring. So the kids can go out or an adult would take Any child without anyone noticing. There is a small seating area with table good for children to sit and have food however you never find an empty table because people reserve these few tables by putting their stuff on them for the whole time the kids are playing, when I complained to the manager her answer was we can't do anything (she didn't say sorry for that and we will try to add some more tables) I told her just start charging for these tables per 30 min and people will stop abusing them and reserving them for the whole day.

1. Do not accept Fun City cards.
2. Force you to purchase their sticky socks- the only play area where sticky socks is mandatory.
3. Rude staff
4.soft play area lacks proper lighting.
5. Do not sell drinks or snacks.
6. Average soft play area.
7. Nannies sitting around in groups inside the softplay area while the kids run around. Staff insist on monitoring your kids but do not enforce the same rule on the nannies.
8. Never visiting again. What a mess!

Totally don’t recommend this branch! I went upon reading the reviews however the staff were very unfriendly, I found it to be the worst experience in dubai and the manager replied in a sarcastic way from my point of view unfriendly staff= unfriendly environment!

I spent good one and half hour with my 8 years old daughter and 2 years old son in fun block yesterday. Met amazing staff specially Rim and her team. Rim such a friendly, helpful and professional at all times. The games are new and clean. Climbing, bouncing, and I can tell kids loved the play area toowe absolutely will be back again#highly recommend

We spend a few hours here with our daughters (3 and 5 years old) and we had a great time. The have a climbing wall area with different types of walls, a large bouncing area and a playground equipped with all what the kids like. We paid 120 dirhams/child for 30 minutes wall climbing, 30 minutes bouncing and unlimited time playground usage. Being recently open everything is new and shining. The personnel is well trained, smiling and helpful. In the middle of the shop the parents have an area with tables and chairs from where they can monitor their kids playing. It is advisable to have water and snacks with you otherwise you can buy from the near shops (5 dhs for a small water). Good ventilation, clean washrooms, nice music. Congratulations to the management / owners.good job. We will definitely come back
