The worst stuff ever and the worst place ever stuff rude and arrogant such a bad behaviour
Hated the place so much

The staff are extremely rude and very arrogant! The place is ok but not great for the price one pays!

Needs more staff and a actual place for parents to sit rather than pay and dump their kids. More information on timings of attractions as got here at 11, its opens at 10 the climbing walls open at half 1. Very badly managed compared to other places.

With a monthly membership at only AED 130 it's an ideal place for kids to socialize and have fun in the summer.
Keep in mind, it's overwhelmingly packed on the weekend, so best to avoid in the afternoon.

One of the worst place. Staffs are not customer friendly. Waste of money. Paid 60 dhs, not even play for 15 mins, dumping lot of kids. If we given for charity also will be happy. We spent for who looting money. Would not recommend this place

Worse branch ever the staff treat the customer based on their mode. And rules are not making sense at all.

Zero respect to the customers I don't advise anyone to go to this branch
