Fun City - Kids Activities Centre

Today we went there to use attached coupon but the refused and said we have to buy AED 50 entry fee.do not trust on their promotions

Fun City at Ibn Battuta Mall is strategically positioned and offers a fantastic play area for kids. The staff is polite and helpful, contributing to a pleasant experience. It is undoubtedly a wonderful place for children to have fun and play.

I really like this place and so does my son!
Price isn't at all ridiculous like so many other playing area's in Dubai and the quality is there.

I wish my son was bigger or maybe that they could have instead of a hight range to have an age range for kids not necessarily be accompanied by their parents or nannies.

Some kids can be bigger but immature as others can be smaller and be more independent. Anyways, I think size shouldn't be the criteria to allow or not a kid to be alone at the playing area.

Don't bring kids during 8.30-9.30 time slot to play indoor in play zone as staff start packing all the ballpit area balls and also from air ball area.

You pay 100% but your kid can only enjoy for 30min instead of 1hr.

It is a great place, however if the kid is to small even if they are with a older sibling or siblings the top management is not allowing it. There are 2 soft play areas not 100m away that are more expensive but you can leave the kids in side, as long as older then 3 years.
Management of Fun City, parents want a coffee, to buy groceries, to use the toilet without kids on their back and we are willing to sing a legal document that will give you waiver from any responsibility but you don't have that, hence I'm going 100m more to pay more and to give business to your competition. We would not leave the kids alone for More than 30minutes but you don't give us any chance at all but to choose some other place. Hopefully your legal and other logistics teams will explain to you that you would have more customers and more profit if you allow for example: above 3 years old with older sibling with a waiver form signed for any incident and only for 30-40 minutes. Seriously should think about this.

Excellent place to have fun with kids, monthly membership also available at 110 aed for kids

We're here almost every weekend. My kid loves the jungle playground and my wife loves how near it is to shopping and grocery areas.

Actually so irritating.example, u buy card for 135 aed for 15 games but most games having period of 2 minutes max? I mean come on

Had a birthday party recently. They are affordable and kids just loved it. Would definitely recommend this. They did decorations and balloons and it was really good.

We celebrated my son’s birthday party at fun city at Ibn battuta mall. The associate Naormila took care of every single thing at the party. We had a spider man theme and she made sure everything was accordingly done. Thank you Naormila and fun city for making his birthday party wonderful.

Nice games and rides but staff behaviour and service very slow. No one at the counter specially when they are going to close

The best place for kids.but if you forget your card they will charge extra money for the same. That's why 4 rating. No wash rooms inside for kids.

Hours of entertainment for kids of all ages. Remember to bring rubber bottom socks for the stay and play zone and get ready to burn some cash at the arcade games. Prices are reasonable and the games have a lot of variety, even a few rides.

The "play zone" in the back was a lot of fun for our 4 and 2 year olds, very reasonable price (remember to bring anti-slip socks for the kids) The arcade hall part was quite expensive, you can buy packages (for example 100 dirham for 12x), but you're going through it fast, because the different machines only work for a short time. They offer a lot of game-machines though, kids enjoyed it!

Play zone ok but getting in is worse than passport control at an airport. It takes 10 minutes per person to get in and god forbid you are a new member, expect to be there for 20 minutes at least whilst your kids are kicking and screaming to get in. The sign up / sign in process, including checking picture, your IDs, signing something whilst staff are tapping away on an iPad makes you wonder whether we are getting into a soft play Centre or Fort Knox. Staff are pretty oblivious and upon questioning why it is taking so long I got a very rude response. I am also concerned that storing my children’s pictures and names is most likely a GDPR breach. Staff generally stand and watch from a far. Not impressed.

Located just opposite to Carrefour, fun city offers play zone and arcade games. You need to purchase a card and top it up to swipe and play. They charge AED 10 per swipe (bit costly i felt). Some games are 2 swipes (AED20). You can also buy 12 swipes for AED 100. This will be valid for 6 months. They also offer Play zone area plans (kids activity play area-but no games/arcades) starting 45/day, 89/month and 149 for 3 months. Area is well maintained and staffs are friendly.

It's a well equipped play place for kids with great incentives for them. It truly lives up to its name.

It's a fun place for kids and adults for good 2 hours, but a bit loud. Glad we had cotton earplugs for our son who attended a birthday party yesterday. The organization by the staff was commendable. All so smooth with their experience. Our son had an awesome time. Though I hoped that the staff could be less robotic and warmer in their attitude towards the guests. We are already contemplating hosting our son's birthday here too.

We went for a birthday party and everyone had a good time. The crew were professional and the party room was big enough for activities. Kids enjoyed the playground with slides and the game center. Food was provided bu the host.

Best place for kids and families. The monthly offers for play area are very economical. They also add Shukran for all recharges. It is costing around 139 AED for 3 months this season in all the branches. The kids play area is very nice and safe. Floor's and corners are cushioned. Kids below 2 years of age need to be accompanied. The video games and rides have also been very interesting.new games Added.

All rides are in 1 Aed only! Kids can enjoy their favorite rides as much as they want. Easily accessible locations all over in UAE.

The place is too crowded and for some reason people that go there never respect queues.they just keep jumping in front of you!

Noisy! Like ultra loud! I've never been to any DISCOTHEQUE as loud as this place.and if this is intended for kids.please, distribute some earplugs at the entrance or else one will leave the place deaf. Definitely not for human beings. The amazing bright casino-like lights were the other over stimulating part of the place. I only kept my 1 year daughter in there for less than 2 min.

Love it. Games are pretty reasonable, A good place to celebrate your kids Birthday. My hubby and son enjoy playing the games together. A variety of gifts can be redeemed from the tickets won at reasonable credit. My son loves it.
