Fun City

Good for a little break for kids, when doing shopping there in Mercato, it's small but the games are fun, need to be cleaner especially the water splashing games, there is a bad smell coming from the water.

The worst place ever to send your kids, very DIRTY, smelly and packed, staff with no authority, smells really bad inside the play area (bad hygiene of some people + they allow food inside + they don’t clean properly when kids are urinating in the play area).
My kids got skin bacteria after going there. Also staff at the reception are not friendly at all, especially Princess & Ruskesh Kumar, who would need some intense training on customer experience. When a kid is urinating inside the play area they just take a tissue and clean on the surface (even in the ball pool), no mopping, no disinfection whatsoever. If it’s cheap it’s for a reason.

Very nice space with many activities including climbing, jumping, play area, machines and games.
There is a nice birthday party room as well

Totally worth for money

Very small. Lots of nannies and children sitting around eating and dropping food on the play area. It’s dirty.

I’d rank it -5 or lower. Dirty place, so old and it probably hasnt been upgraded since the mall was build yrs ago, soft play area so dirty and old (practically torn out) and size of a cage.and on top of all rude staff. Im surprised how this place hasn’t been closed down yet.just awful.

It is not as big or wild as other branches. However it's position in mercato mall makes it stylish and the staff there have good costumer service. Not the best of fun city but it's satisfying.

The play options available for toddlers are very limited and entrance fee is expensive for what they are offering.
In addition to 45 AED per person entrance fee, one needs to purchase a 5 AED card and another 5 AED for socks.
The personal are not helpful at all, they are sitting at the counters, and are not involved in watching over the play areas.
So your kids need to have someone to watch over them.
Overall a very disappointing experience.

Very good for kids to play in soft play area but compare to other other fun city this is bit small and congested. Still kids can enjoy the play area. Ice man one of the best game for kids to enjoy. All day access for AED 49/- inside soft play area.

Worst security I have ever seen. Take care of your kids ppl. I had almost lost my 4 years old child because the stuff pushed him out of the gate and didn’t let him in and asked him to go find his mum.

Nice play area for kids the staff are friendly they are nice with kids we visited their twice when we visit dubai area is clean thanks to the staff named angel she knows how to handle kids, she is good with kids

The best part is there is no rush as compared to other fun cities. Take your children there and they will enjoy the rides.
