First time to used their grooming service for our 1-year-old chow chow, and they DID NOT disappoint us! They really take good care of our Blu. Not only for his grooming but for other medical concerns. Very professional, and they also keep updating us.very hands-on! They have pickup and drop-off, and prices are reasonable. We will definitely use their service again. We know our Blu is in safe hands.

Extremely satisfied with the service here. Hatsoff to Nithin and his team who were very professional and had especially nithin who had a vast knowledge with my cat and helped out alot with all the medical issues with Luna. Definitely worth visiting them.

They are extremely gentle with my cat. This is the fifth time I'm getting her groomed. Kikki used to get very furious while grooming. But the way their team handles her is just amazing & she is getting better. They always handle her with so much care & patience. Initially she used to shed badly. I followed their suggestions & the supplement they suggested literally stopped her shedding. Hats off to Nithin & his expertise

Nithin the owner is very professional, helpful and gives a lot of information on how to treat or make your pet's life easier. One example is my cat Chai initially was bloated, and they recommended a good medicine to add to her food & she started eating well the very next day. They offer 3 packages for the grooming session and their prices vary based on your preference. They handled her very well and the products they use are very mild and smell really good. They give you an exact time frame of how long the grooming session will take. Highly recommend

No clear parking and entrance area, the board wasn't clear for me Only Maybe, anyways I didn't find the cat's food and the sizes of my cat's needs

I would say The best place for the Pets. I thank Mr Nithin for his guidance. We have a 3 months old Shih tzu. We were bit afraid of how to train her properly. Nithin is very much dedicated to his service. With him my Dog is safe and sound. Their approach towards the pet is extreamly nice and polite. If you folks are looking out for an extremely pet friendly groomers with genuinely knowledgeable staff then look no further and head out to Fur & Tails which is ideally located and easily accessible. They also offer pretty damn good advice on pet diets and care to all of you - new as well as experienced pet owners out there who are always looking out for the best for their furry companions.

To be honest, I was highly impressed, happy with their service, coz they exceeded my expectations.
They give me full information before picking up my cat, they sent me pictures and videos of my pet while she was getting her grooming and shower, after Dropping her off they explained to me in details about her vaccines and her medicine.
The cat smells wonderful after receiving her.
I highly recommend Fur & Tails, personally I will use only their service as they are very professional and careful about our pets.

The price is reasonable for all the services provided. The staff were all very friendly. They even had a “pick and drop off” which was efficient. Service, price, customer friendliness were all excellent here. Our pet was treated with utmost care. Definitely would recommend.

We have tried quite a few groomers last couple of years and Fur and Tails is one of the best experience we ever had. I would rate them zero for service and mistreatment of my cat.i sent my cat for full grooming service and they brought him back barely walking and limping.
After a check up, a doctor informed me that they injured the soft tissues of his muscles so you can imagine how hard they were doing the service.

I tried contacting them and they denied doing anything wrong. They didn't even try to show any compassion towards my cat.

If you care about your pet don't try their services.

The most bad service I ever seen, they damage the skin of my cat by brushing his hair too hard
And the hair cut was horrible, I really regret taking my cat there

Nithin is a fantastic guy at pet behavior and spends a lot of time clarifying all our doubts.my family was more confident at handling a furry friend for the first time. We believe that people like Nithin make the difference between a pet-seller and a family consultant. He is also a kind person and doesn’t look at money making always. Personally, he is first an animal lover; later only a businessman.

Excellent services provided by them. The best thing is they personally take interest into helping you solve any issue regarding your pet, even if you are unable to or just too busy to get ur pet vaccinated or groomed, they will pick up your pet and get everything done for you!

Visited this place for the first time last Friday when recommended by a friend. Took my lil dog there for a basic grooming and they did a good job. They took great care and attention while grooming and did a good job. It’s a small place but the owner is very knowledgeable and ready to help in whatever way required.

Good and clean place for grooming. I always take my cats here and so far I haven't had any problem with them.

5 stars for excellent service. Nidhin took good care of my chacha very much from grooming and assisting me to make papers for her, he even gave recommendation for better taking care of my cat. From food, medicines almost everything. No doubt they know how to do their works Recommended pet shop and will continue to do grooming etc to them

Yesterday was my first time to take my Cat to Fur & Tail, and the reason that made me go there in the first place was the attitude in responding to my enquiry (must say i have contacted many other pet shops before settling with them). The details given to me be it cost wise or process wise were more than satisfying. While grooming, my cat was bit off the mood and bit particular about her back being touched by anyone.but they were so so so patient with her and gave her breaks to calm down. They also took her to Dubai municipality for her due vaccines so my only task was to bring her to them and they did the rest. Although i must warn that it is a long process as we started from 11: 30 am and only done at 19: 20 you may just drop your pet, leave and get back later as it can be considered as pet day care.
For the cost it was more than reasonable, I paid AED 170 for full grooming, that included trimming, styling, washing, dental care (tooth brushing, dental & gum protection.) nail clipping, filing, etc.at the Dubai municipality, they switched my cat passort with a new one as kind gesture from their end, they gave her her vaccines and the prices were also excellent: De-worming AED 30 / Rabies AED 30 / Tri-Cat vaccine AED 90 / Municiplaity and registration Tag AED 10 / Acknowledgement fee AED 20 (my cat was under The Falcon Hospital in Abu Dhabi) / VAT AED 8.

So, give it a try. Nithin and his assistant will not disappoint you:) Thank you Guys for everything.

Besides grooming services, Nithin also has sufficient medical knowledge and provides services like deworming, pick up and drop off for vet visits, medical advice etc. All at a very affordable price. For any pet owners close to international city, or even slightly further, this is your place.

I have a very scary cat and it was his frist time at a grooming shop. The owner is very knowleagable, passionate and caring with cats.
My cat was picked up and dropped off at my location, they brought him back perfectly groommed.

As a first time pet owner, I take my cats for grooming here because Nittin has good knowledge with cats. One time, he even opened up on a Friday to accomodate me. The service was quite fast and very reliable.

Nitin at Fur and Tails is very knowledgeable and passionate about animals, which reflects on the services that he provides.
The advices I got from Fur and Tails regarding my new pup was so helpful and practical. The pet boarding enclosures are spacious and clean which very good for the pets to move around freely.
The price is also good. I saw good quality grooming materials, and my pup will do her grooming here when she is ready.

Great place to groom your pet, rates are comparatively cheaper and Nithin (who runs the shop is so accommodating with the time) that it tempts me to be back again and again.

This was my 4th visit and I would recommend this place.
