Got furry friends for the mobile grooming service for my toy poodle and im really happy with the service and friendly staff.

I have been taking my dog for grooming and showers every week and it has been nothing but a great experience to be honest.

Have Been bringing my dog for over a year now and will not look anywhere else. The staff are beyond accommodating and welcoming.

I will not to change to anyone else as I am beyond satisfied. Any issue I've had with my dog these guys have been happy to help

The staff seem to not listen to customers request when it comes to pet grooming preferences, resulting in an unhappy pet. Not brining my cat there any more. I won’t recommend any more, although been using them for a while. Lots of other options in JVC.

It was worth it. I would recommend Furry Friends to everyone. Especially the mobile grooming service.

I was shocked by what I saw.
I brought my cat to them for the first time, the bathtub is dirty from other pet, I ask them to washed, they said after they will do ‍️
When my cat was washed they bring him a towel in someone else's full of hair of course I didn’t let them to touch
I understand they are not clean after each pet, it's not hygienic!

I am very happy with the grooming service provided on Wednesday 6th, April. We experienced fantastic hospitality and lovely approach towards my dogs with free treats and water bowl provided in the waiting area. The staff was friendly and showed great care for my pets.

Been using furry friends for over a year now and will not look anywhere else. The staff are beyond accommodating and welcoming.

Brilliant and Professional Pet Grooming, Pet Food and Pet Accessory shop.
This business offers both pet pickup and drop off (Free if you live in JVC) whilst also having a decent product line they give professional advice and reliable service.
Pricing: $$ moderate

They did accommodate our last min request but they said fill grooming for 9 months old husky would charge 157aed. They did only bath n ear clean. No nails and no reduction in offer then. Sad when you realise you would not be doing something in the package cause may be the dog doesn't need it then you will give some discount. On top it all.there was a guy who was working around 6pm and said if you want I'll cut dogs nail then don't tell me in anger. We said now don't touch our dog with this attitude.you will purposely hurt him now to show us.

So this is what we were so upset about. Our pets are our babies like family if we trust you and leave them to you it's now your responsibility. We understand if there is any change in the plan but there has to be politeness towards customers and patience to explain them right.

Great team. First timer ever my cat came home happy. Reasonable price, great job, friendly.highly recommend!

If you love your pet, do not take there. We took our cat for a haircut some time ago - they did a poor job and didn’t remove the hair clots properly. The cat had bruises from the trim. We got our cat back with its whiskers cut off and it also got a skin disease since we last took there. This place is not hygienic.

The location was confusing as there was construction on going. The guy who answered my call doesn’t know how to direct directions. Moreover, the service was good.

I chose a one star because when we got a cat from them it Cept on knocking thing over in are house

They were hosting a cat adoption day. Dedicated individuals. Clean store despite the amount of furry friends inside. Quite helpful. I totally recommend them

We had gone from mirdiff all the way to jvc ad furry friends had an event by the so called pretense of “adoption” but in reality it is a business. I hail from India and we were told by their staff miss dulani that please fill up a form and we will review your profile and get back to you, with aed 1000 price tag for each cat towards adoption fees. We agreed and filled up the form and when we went to another colleague of miss dulani to sumbit the form, mis gita asked us where are u from, my wife said India and her exact words were “maame u r wasting your time, they do not give it to indians, they will only give it to the europeans, u r wasting ur time” this statement was really racist and derogatory under all circumstances and under the tagline of adopt a pet, these guys are running a money racket where clearly giving preference over racial origin. REALLY DISAPPOINTED and i will put it up on all social platforms here on.

They asking 800AED to 1000AED for a cat and and when I comment on there Facebook bag that I bought lovely healthy cat with full medical service with just 250 AED they blocked my comments so they others people will not see my comments and know that there price is to high and there’s another places sale cheaper price than them I actually prefer not to deal with this people they are not honest at all

The people there generally not friendly. The manager takes 1000 aed for each cat and also doenst know how to talk in a friendly way. There are people who may have some doubts which needs clarification. Instead of clarifying it in a better way she speaks over you loudly. Better keep you attitude to yourself.the cats and dogs itself generally looks well taken care of, but too expensive. Basically you are buying a pet and not adopting

I adopted my first kitty here on Friday's adoption day. The shop is well stocked with high quality products.

We went there for the adoption day.the place was crowded.and since it is small with lots of shelves and cages coming in and out we couldnt see much.every time they bring a cage one lady would jump and take the kitten and hold it till she decide to get it or not.the adoption costs 1000 dhs per cat and there are some kittens that should be adopted togather as couple.

Had a bad experience with the Adoption organizer as she was rude when answering questions about the process. I understand that there are irresponsible owners but the key is to educate interested people in adoption, and not discourage them by insinuating they're just gonna leave the cats anyway.

Fortunately, Natalia, a rescuer, was really nice and approachable. Overall, the cats are well taken care of and the volunteers are really so nice to foster and rescue cats.

We went to adopt 2 cats and dogs and it was too complicated with no support whatsoever. It actually encourage people to buy then to adopt. Very bad service. I would not recommend this place for adoption. There is much better places that assist you in the adoption

They were really good, kind and patient with my nervy cats. They also have a couple of sales every now and then!
