DISAPPOINTED, Premium pricing for NON premium service. Team was late nearly 2 hours to start a 1 day move… don’t worry I still tipped the team…I later found several damages to my items (Picture frames, Artwork, Furniture, Cushions etc) caused by the careless use of a box cutter while opening my packed items, several chips in my new walls, and not to mention several unnecessary chips in my crockery. To top it off they didn’t unpack my items well either, almost looked like they tipped the boxes over! And I was also left with several unopened boxes that they stacked so tall it was hard to remove. My advice…If you get a quote from another professional company go with it, the extra 200/300AED even 500AED you will pay is worth it!

My experience with Fusion was perfect. From the moment my relocation process was handed to them they kept an open line of communication, always advising on timelines and any delays.
Once they were ready to deliver my belongings, their moving team was very professional, arriving on time, moving each piece with care to the right areas of the house and when finishing the job, making sure there was no rubbish left.

Warning ️ Really bad company. If there is anything below one star I would give them. I shipped my stuff with them in January 2022 and received it in June missing 2 boxes. I chased them for another three months to get the boxes but at the end they said they will compensate me with 150USD which is crazy because I even bought a shipment insurance for over 2000 from them. They don't care about customers they throw you to 3rd party companies that they don't know what they are doing. Go for different company this one is not worth the time or the money.

I contacted Fusion in April and had sent them few emails/texts inquiring about sending a box to Norway from UAE and Benson was very accommodating from start to finish despite of me cancelling the service in the end due to change in plans. I am horrified by the experience that I have got from this company shipping my stuff from Dubai to Dehradun India.

The worst company for shipment. The company sales person Mr Georgy came and promised that book shipment on 23rd sep 2020 as the ship is sailing on 1st Oct as we had shared container and the stuff will reach your home by 30th Oct.

There was also a overbilling of 1k Aed on agreed rates ignoring that they don't pack correctly and fill the cartons with paper and do not utilise the space efficiently. Be careful they are thief's.when I objected to this they sd not a glass will be broken?

My stuff reached on 2nd December. Broken 4 box fully.and still 3 cartons missing not reached till now. No one responds they are not interested. My loss more than the money paid

This is really a top notch freight forwarder in Dubai and can handle both complex and delicate shipments. Gerro who runs the logistics has built up a pleasant and conscientious team. He made sure they were aware of how to handle certain antique pieces for which we are most grateful. Also, he kept us informed at every stage where our shipment was and did a thorough followup. Everything arrived (almost 200 boxes plus a car). There is no doubt we would use Gerro / Fusion again.

Highly recommendable moving company
We organised our move from Munich, Germany to Dubai. Fusion organised everything for us, from packing and wrapping our household goods to unpacking and assembling furniture in our new home in Dubai. We did not have to take care of any administrative issues (e.g. Customs), all we had to do, is being present and telling the highly efficient and fast workers where our stuff belonged.
The transport in a 20' container (FULL!) was reasonably priced and packing was so careful that only 1 plate broke! That was the only damage! Absolutely amazing.
The gentleman in charge, Gerro, not only informed us about every next step, he was also there for us whenever we had any additional questions. Thank you very, very much, Gerro, very appreciated.
On top of all that: the delivery to our home was dead on time. They spoke of "between 09: 30 to 10: 00 am" and the doorbell rang at 09: 03h.

Excellent shipping rate to the U. K. Excellent communication throughout the entire shipping from requesting quotes to my delivery in the U. K. Cathy is a superstar, she explained all the quotes, time frame for arrival and the process from collection onwards. I was sent empty packing boxes, tapes for my packing. Cathy and her team came all the way to Al Ruwais for my items. Arnold was a star in repacking some of my items and ensure that all my items were secured. When my items arrived in the U. K. A great company. Staff very professional and helpful. Shipped 248 boxes of household items and one BMW motorbike to UK. All arrived safely and on time. Benson, Cathy and Jocelyn were a great help, and the whole move was very reasonably priced. I used them on recommendation from a colleague had used them previously and I will quite happily recommend them to anybody looking for a first class reliable shipping company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We used Fusion for our move from Dubai to KSA. This included moving our car. After much assurance from Benson Davis at Fusion that the car could be moved to KSA, we agreed to engage Fusion to do this, and not sell the car before leaving. 10 months later, we still do not have our car cleared! It has been an absolute comedy of errors. It is clear Benson and his team are now determined to simply wash their hands of the whole mess - referring us to their local agent, who is equally unable to help. Customer satisfaction could not be lower, with the matter likely progressing to litigation in the UAE.

It is understandable that their are challenges when shipping goods between jurisdictions. The disappointment with Fusion is that they simply did not know what they were doing. Once it became apparent it was a complete mess - they will leave you high and dry.

I strongly suggest you do not use Fusion for anything, and welcome any request to expand on our awful experience (which continues).

The best moving company that I have ever experienced. The friendly staff was highly efficient and professional, very well organized and reliable. Not one single item was broken or damaged when the container arrived at its destination.

We used Fusion Shipping and Logistics last year when we were relocating to Sydney. We did a lot of research and identified few logistics companies in the UAE who could do the job. We decided on Fusion after seeing their reviews and after talking to their representative named Benson. Talking to him gave us to confidence to sign up with them.

Now when moving there are three things to consider.a) Packing from the current location, b) The time during transit and c) Unloading at the new location.

Fusion handles part a and b and uses a third party company called Palmers for part c.

Part a) Packing and Part b) Transit - This was a totally seamless experience. They were thorough in packaging and took great care of all the things at home. The transit time was also as promised and the best part of the process was that not even a small scratch was there in anything we shifted. We are grateful to them to take such care of our belongings.

Part c) This is the part where they use a third party to unload at the new location. I experienced a one week delay here because Palmers didn't have the free resource needed to transport and unload the goods at our new place. However when they delivered they were efficient and did everything quite well.

Overall a very good experience and I would surely recommend Fusion for any relocation overseas. I wish them the very best.

We recently used Fusion to move house from Downtown Dubai to Al Bad'aa area. The guys were fast, careful, and helpful. At one point they had to carry 3 huge cupboards up two flights of stairs because they didn't fit in the lift, but there was no complaint at all. We felt that Willy and his team were really hard working, and listened to us in terms of where to put things and for unpacking. Ben and Cathy managed the process smoothly for us. I recommend them, and will use again in future.

The act of moving houses is always stressful and relocating to another country even more challenging. So I was pleasantly surprised when liaising with Fusion for my relocation move to Germany. The entire handling so far has been hassle free and smooth, very accommodating. The actual moving crew from packing and loading on to my container were so fast and efficient and so far nothing has been broken or damaged. We selected Fusion for our move from Abu Dhabi to The Netherlands with a 40 ft container containing our car and 30 m3 of furniture and personal effects. We were very happy with the overall service and would recommend them. From about 6 quotes, they were not the cheapest but somewhere to the lower end of the middle, and we were swayed by their good reviews. Communication from beginning to end was excellent - thank you Benson! The packing crew were one of the best we have had, and this was about our 10th big international move. They packed everything extremely thoroughly and carefully and nothing was broken when we came to unpack, which is a great achievement. Unfortunately the ship was delayed, but this was no fault of Fusion. They used Unimove as their partner in NL, and also the arrival and unpacking went very smoothly, despite the problems with the shipping company Cosco All in all I have no real complaints and would recommend them.

Perfect job from beginning to end and door to door! Stress-free packing and shipping from Dubai to UK. The packers did an awesome job packing and labeling everything for 2 days! Most items were packed whole and any disassembled items were reassembled at our destination.and on our time-scale! The team had kept in touch with me for one year since my initial enquiry.so it was reassurance enough for me!

Ok it cost a bit, but it was done with no worries. A little lack of communication from the UK haulage receiver end, so no updates like “container arrived”, “container unpacked” or “truck packed ready for delivery”, but guess that will improve? Be ready to cross off the boxes on your shipping sheets, which was a little crazy! (Better to ask the delivery guys to explain their paperwork and use their Bingo style check sheet instead! We got this at the end of the delivery!). Most of our stuff still to unpack as house wasn’t really ready.but the written labeling done helps a great deal!
