Being pretty busy and don't have enough time to visit the store, I called and asked if they had particular sound equipment available. I had spoken to a young lady who said she would call back in 20 minutes to find out. No call-back. Next day I call, and I spoke to the same lady again, whilst clearly remembering me "let me call you back in 15 minutes". You guessed it, no return call. Few days later, I gave it my last shot.same lady, remembered me by name.asked me to email her with my request. I did just that and emailed with my specific request and a few added on questions. I get something completely different and no answer to my questions. Emailing went on for ANOTHER week. Don't waste your time like I did, I spent my 45k somewhere else.
