It was wonderful to deal with Galaxy Kitchens . They were prompt and punctual . Their work had a good finish . Asha was very polite and as a client I would highly recommend her and Galaxy Kitchens.

After driving across Dubai following booking an appointment to discuss modular kitchen work for my home, when I arrived at the appointed time and before the closing time on a Saturday (with 25 mins to spare), I was told that all are on lunch break and come back later, which given the timing meant next weekend only.

That was a wasted journey. Perhaps for them customers time is dispensable.

We were making a full renovation of our house and we contacted Galaxy Design to do our kitchen. We met with Asha who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She gave us great ideas and helped us with the design of the kitchen. We were very impressed and asked her to also design the bathrooms vanities and utility area. Finally everything was delivered on time and with great quality as well as production looked exactly as the initial design. We are very thankful to how Asha has managed the whole process and would recommend Galaxy Design to anyone starting their own renovations.

Would highly recommend Galaxy Kitchens, the result is stunning. We stayed within budget, yet did not compromise on look, quality and usability. I would definitely go with them again for my next kitchen. Even post installation, they remain available for advice and support, which was much appreciated.

Worst customer service. I asked for a small job for some exposed shelving in our kitchen, they invited me to the showroom to choose the wood which we did, once we chose they mentioned all 3 we choose were not in stock, I asked them to send me what they have in stock as we were in a rush and they never replied, two weeks of back and fourth (still no samples sent that were in stock) they advised they don't do small jobs and to check with another company. They don't care and I would advise to use other companies if your job is big or small.

Having worked with Asha on many of my projects I can highly recommend Galaxy Kitchen. They offer a nice, clean product which could easily be mistaken for a European kitchen yet made locally benefitting from shorter lead times. The team is very professional, efficient and quick to solve any issues. Highly recommend, in particular Asha one of the designers.

They were on time, their work was clean without any problem, if ask them to do something else they quickly do and finish their work without any time wasting. I did not work with any company that was as clean and as efficient, not even German companies once again I’m very pleased with them.

Our experience with Galaxy Kitchen have been extraordinary and we are very grateful to have found this company during our villa renovation.

Their customer service (special thanks to Santosh and Asha) was great, the drawings and the installation process were really smooth and they were extremely professional even after everything was installed - for example when we wanted to do small changes such as changing the sides of the cabinet doors.

It has been almost two years since our kitchen is installed and we can tell you that it looks and feels completely brand new. Their prices are quite affordable too, compared to their competitors.

Galaxy Kitchen did my kitchen 3yrs ago and they're very attentive and efficient. Normally I'm not satisfied with service quality in UAE but, the owner and all staffs do their best to provide quality service for sure.

From the beginning, Galaxy kitchen guy make a practical and also beautiful design of kitchen and quality of work is very satisfied.
