The manager is a very arrogant person. I am a brown person and I went in to obtain information. The way he treated a European client who was before me and the way he treated me was a shame. As if he wanted me to leave their office as soon as possible.

I used Garant Business to open a bank account for me because I they told that they have a very good relationship with the bank and the process would be very smooth. It took more than 2 month before I could make my first transaction. They did not help me at all when I had to sort out document issues with the bank. There would have been no difference me waking straight into the bank and doing it myself.
At least for opening bank accounts 1000 USD for the service was waste of money.
