Not sharing honest feedback regarding some car types that come with engine defects as GLB 250, and give you very low resale price
For them a car of 300’000 AED is low budget economy car, and discrimination is very clear.

When I purchased a brand new GLE I thought the level of customer service would be in line with the Mercedes' brand. So far it’s one of my worst experiences with a car brand. From the beginning the car has had a technical fault preventing it from starting. We put it in for repair, technician failed to record the fault, Gargash failed to repair the fault, returned the car to us faulty and left my family stranded in Abu Dhabi in 40 degree heat. I had to solve it myself that day. To make matters worse Mercedes / Gargash customer service now want us to PROVE that we notified them of the fault at the first service (Their expectation is that we record conversations? I doubt that is legal) …Gargash current position on the issue is that we must rent a car ourselves at our own cost and send the GLE back again for a second service. Regretting this Mercedes / Gargash purchase.

Came in to inquire about a model of a Merc I wanted. Walked in with no one to greet you as you enter. You have to walk towards the corner of the facility to see the employees / sales people sit in their desks. You are not made to feel welcome at all.

As I approached one guy, the first thing he said to me was “Yes? ” They seem to lack any sort of formal sales training.

When i asked about the model I wanted, the guy’s response was “no stock. ”

After that, he didn’t bother cross selling other models, didn’t bother recommending any other vehicle, didn’t ask for my details.

Worst dealership I’ve been in. Non-luxury dealerships treat potential customers 100x better.

Worst sales cycle ever with this Mercedes Benz, first of all very pushy, second delays due to incompetency and lack of market awareness. I had to provide the customer sales the name of the bank to get a good deal and rate.
Finally, non professional sales process with alot of delay

I have recently bought a car from Mercedes and Talal Halawi was the sales representative helping me with my purchase and I have to say, I am so happy with his positive and very respectful response, his professionalism and his very well mannered attitude when dealing with customers.

Talal was amazing. He made my whole experience worth it.

Working with Adil was one of the most peaceful experiences that I have ever had. I purchased my first car from him and he went absolutely above and beyond for everything, matters that did not even include the car, he educated me about everything and truly gained my trust and I think that’s the most important thing about anyone or anything that you purchase, gaining the persons trust.
He is truly one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with in all of UAE.

My husband and I had the best experience ever buying our two new dream cars from Gargash. Gratefully our Salesperson was Marwa AbouZeid.

We decided to buy Mercedes, but we weren’t sure which two models to go for, so we visited the showroom and we were introduced to Marwa as our dedicated Salesperson, and till this day I am still surprised how perfectly Marwa handled both of us, our endless queries, our hesitation and the fact that my husband and I were completely different customers to handle, but Marwa was able to customize her customer handling style and help us in the best way possible. We took a long time to decide which ones, and she was quite informative and most importantly patient all along.

Once we decided on our cars, the process onwards from financing until delivery was phenomenal. Mr. Qudrat was our Business Manager and again we had a seamless experience in getting the financing done.

Registration process was quite smooth and effortless for us.

I particularly enjoyed every single minute of our cars’ delivery, the whole experience was amazing and Marwa made sure to take care of every detail and we felt special at all levels.

We are quite grateful we had Marwa as our Salesperson, it was truly a great experience from the get-go.

For any future cars, Marwa will definitely be our go to person.

I am glad that many people had good experiences with this dealership. I was utterly disappointed when I bought my car. I get a smile when I buy a McDonalds but when I bought my GLE it felt like I am taking a favor from someone. No smile, no effort.take it or leave it.fill your forms.pay the money and you will learn the features of car once you drive it.only effort was done to sell me smart repair policy.which is again a big sham and you realize when you goto the body shop. I complained to Mercedes also, wrote mails but who cares as dubai is booming.sales are good.one more frustrated customers.to sum it. Great Car but frustrating experience to buy it and getting it serviced.

Extremely bad service.
My bad experience started a few months ago with Mr. Talal who never answered my calls and I'm now stuck with the customer service. They aren't answering my calls, nor calling me back as I request.

We all know Mercedes Benz as a quality brand, but when I visited the Gargash distributor in Dubai I realized that’s not only a dealership, it’s hospitality. I was welcomed during my first shy visit by mr TALAL HALAWI, a seller from the showroom that made me feel welcome, accepted and with his enormous patience to several visits of mine and countless silly questions, I had for each car we almost became friends. I also visited BMW, I also visited AUDI, but other dealerships didn’t have someone so polite and so talented like Talal. I will repeat what I said to any “after sales survey” phonecall Mercedes put me through. The seller was the reason I bought my C Class from Gargash. Congrats to whoever hired him, he is a real asset! And I totally recommend Gargash

The worst service ever! It's minus -100 service, I'm talking specially about Dubai branch! I I do services with my other cars Range rover, Rolls Royce but Mercedes is the worst one! And probably those good comments are from the Mercedes employees, not from real car owners.

Had a very disappointing experience with the sales rep. I agreed with Mina to make my configuration of the EQE and he'll send me the estimated price and then I'll sign the order docs. I've been waiting since over a month for the prixe estimate and have kept reminding him but nothing ever came back. No idea why but if this is how Gargash treats customers, then no thanks. But I hope its just an exception with the sales rep.

Extremely happy with all the help and support provided by Maha throughout all the stages. Maha made me feel like not just a customer, but a real human being. She helped me with so many things that were even outside her responsibilities, showing so much care and compassion. And the delivery of the car was just such a joy.

I’ve heard of terrible after sales services which is very common with this business but bad service before you even purchase something is actually weird!

The lady at the front who is supposed to connect you to the sales team has such an aggressive attitude, never smiles and she kept on saying ‘We don’t have cars’!
She was obviously having a bad day but I guess that shouldn’t be my problem!

I mean seriously can’t Mercedes do better than that? And you call this a luxury brand? Have a look around at all the nearby showrooms and you will find fascinating welcoming staff.

If anyone wants to purchase a car from Gargash in DUBAI, they need to visit the Sheikh Zayed Road branch and ask for Adil. This man is the definition of patient, informative and a great communicator. We literally walked into the showroom just to see some cars and kill some time, we ended up walking out with a deposit to buy a car. The greatest of it all was he was not pushy about it at all, he made us very comfortable in making the decision and made sure we had all the information we needed. On top of that he helped with putting us in touch with someone for the finance and literally did the A to Z for everything with the car. If I were to buy a car again in the near future I would come to Adil. TOP TOP MAN

Although it supposed to be a high customer service but I was there one hour back and no one if the staff available who were sitting and chatting tried to approach me and ask what car I wanted. I just kept seeing the cars myself without any attention from them. Don't know, maybe because I was wearing a t-shirt.

Shame, shame, Shame. Just received car on 28.03, was waiting for more then 1 year! Same day notice that driver seat has problem. Ok was waiting for repairs for a month. Alhamdulillah they change it (fixed), one week only pass and today one of the door doesn’t lock. Called to Mers. They send car to bring it to the work shop. We went there to, to get replacement. But nothing! No manager, to solve our problem! What should I do? Should I rent car? Why? I Bot NEW car, not second hand! No one want to take responsibility! How came we re paying more then 200000$ for the car. And from 2 month all most 2 weeks car was with them. Just wondering? !? ! Who will take responsibility? With whom to follow up?

Went in to the SZR branch on Sunday this week. After being completely ignored for 30 mins, I approached a lady at the front and was clear that I was there to buy a car and put 100k downpayment on the spot. She told me that they only had one sales person on the floor and that i need to wait. After waiting for Almost 45 mins, I see the sales person run after customers he thinks have money and completely ignore other customers. I ask the lady again to which she tells me ‘as you can see he’s busy’ with customers that came in well after me.

She then asks me for my number and tells me I would be contacted which of course didn’t happen. This was by far the worst one experience I’ve had at a car dealership in UAE in over 30 years and this was with a customer who wanted to purchase a car for 1M AED. I’m glad business is going so well for Gargash as it gives them the opportunity to treat their customers disrespectfully and with attitude! PS you just lost a very local Mercedes Customer!

I have never seen so much attitude with any other car brand's sales team in the past decade. You guys seriously need to improve on how to receive and answer to queries for someone who walks in your showroom.
I hardly spent 5 minutes in the showroom but that was more than enough for me to understand never to return back to that place.

Or maybe they want us to beg them so they can help them. I guess u need to learn how to deal with the people who r willing to buy from your showroom. ZERO star out of 5.

There should be a negative 5 star option here. The first time I walked into this showroom in 2014, I just moved to Dubai, I was given the same treatment I got today in 2021 on my second ever visit. I was single in 2014 and looking to buy my first car in the UAE and today I’m looking to get a car for my wife. Yet again I left with the exact same feeling, that I never want to buy Mercedes in Dubai! Why? Cause firstly no one even approaches me despite being clearly available, they just look at me as if I simply do not belong there. I get the impression as if they think I’m not “worthy” of their attention or their cars. Horrific customer service by for more then half a decade. Dare I wonder if it’s a skin color issue or the way I dress, but whatever it is, clearly I am not welcomed there. First time I visited the place, I left dissatisfied and ended up with an Audi that I have been extremely happy with. Today I was looking forward to check out the latest of the highly rated Mercedes compact SUV line and I walked out again with my wife promising to get anything but a Mercedes!

So for future Mercedes owners in Dubai, I hope you get better treatment because the product is excellent as you would know already.

Avid supporter and loyal owner of Mercedes automobiles since the last 12 years but the sales representatives at this branch need to pull up their socks. Have tried twice to book a test drive, both times I was promised by the head office that somebody from the SZR branch will get in touch. First time nobody contacted, second time one guy got in touch and said that he’ll confirm the test drive appointment within two days. Well guess what, nobody got back in touch ever since then, and my requested date has already passed. Such a pity!

Bad customer service. Ordered G-class and knowing I’m dealing with AMG certified salesman just baffles how they treat their customer.
They do not reply to my calls, nor did the call center have an impact as well when I shared my concerns that the salesmen didn’t pick my call. Knowing I’m going to pick my car next week, I’m eager to end my experience the soonest and hopefully never visit the showroom again.

2017 I visited and asked for an S Class but the sales guy was too busy to attend to my request. Same day ended up buying a BMW 7. Yesterday visited Mercedes thinking they would have improved. Waited for an hour finally sales woman attended and was more interested to end the conversation and then disappeared. We were told it is Friday so low staff by the tea server (she was well. Behaved). On Saturday we were again directed to the same sales lady and the story repeated. She would say this is the model we have if you want to have a look on other then I will need to book (literally reserve it). Or maybe I can visit other branch. Seems the COVid slump has no impact. Now I have sent them an online request for the MODEL i am interested in and let us see how the story continues.

This is the sort of service you expect from Mercedes Benz and Gargash

The whole team is amazing from the Reception Supervisor Viswanath Chenna to the Coffee Bar Guy Mohammed Kokkan who welcomes each and every customer with a smile and knows even that I take sweetener instead of sugar in my cappuccino Now that is attention to detail.

I love coming here and the beauty is that they take such good care of my pride and joy!

I have a service contract with my car and so the feeling is better still when they service or fix anything.theres no bill to pay!

Location is so easy too just off SZR
and they even try to drop every customer back to home or office if a driver and car is available

I dont think I would ever buy any other brand of car but Merc if this is the service we get

Horrible sales assistance, they basically don’t care, I ordered my car 7 months ago, they told me it will take 4 months to arrive, I put a large down payment, and I have been patiently waiting.and here we are! 7 months later and they wouldn’t tell me when my car would arrive.they wouldn’t give me any paper confirming my car’s order. I am not sure now whether they put the order altogether or they sold my car to someone else! I had sold my old car in expectation that I would be receiving my new car on time.
The disrespect and arrogant attitude I saw from the sales rep “Mansour” makes me disgusted. I would never order a car again from them, and certainly not from “ Mansour “, it has been a horrible experience.

Tried to call them 5 times today to find out when my car would be ready but never managed to get through to a human. Now sitting in reception for 30 minutes and no answer. Very poorly organised. The ruler of Dubai would not be impressed, considering his vision of service delivery for the next few years. Shameful Mercedes and Gargash!

I went there to check out a car, with the genuine intention of buying one. The sales rep seem to be least interested in and wasn’t very convincing. She seemed rather upset that I wasn’t going for the high end models. I felt a genuine discrimination on the basis of me not being a local.
I changed my mind and decided to go for a different car maker.

Worst customer service, you wont get an options in car as the only excuse is the ordering department is not having the option in their system where EMC are willing to order the car with any option possible even its not in Mercedes Benz middle east they are willing to listening to voice of customer so, dont waste your time.
Note: - you wont get an extended warranty in Dubai but only in abudhabi up to 150k or 200k so better not to risk it with Dubai, unless they change to better which seems impossible.

Worst customer service i called 4 times to speak to sales person to buy S Class for 3 days. No one replied back. No one picks up the call I eventually called EMC (ABU DHABI). Sales person spoke to me immediatly and gave me time with price and specs. Sales team should be ashamed of this kind of service.

Really bad experience, non comparable with EMC Abu Dhabi, service Advisor and sale team are not to expectations, Mercedes Abu Dhabi offers great experience in service and sale and they super friendly.

Dubai Gergash refers everything to company policy sorry, (we all respect company policy, but suppose company policy support customer experience.if u need to call any service advisor, I have to keep calling their reception and it is
Not easy to reach service advisor. Abu Dubai they have mobile phone where they answer any customer instantly.

Last time Dubai gergash, they sold me battery without warranty. I called them as my battery was down and they advised me to come to purchase battery for spare part department, after I paid, I discovered that no warranty, because I got it directly from spare pat not installed at their workshop. Then I requested to take the car and install it their workshop, they refused and said u already purchased it. And after complaining they did sorry we cannot do not anything. It is company policy.

Really love Abu Dhabi EMC!

One of the better outlets of Gargash in Dubai. The staff are courteous and well mannered. You can see a variety of models. It's right next to times square. Parking is not a problem here.
