Well, I was greeted and managed by Ms. Laura in the entire process of my car purchase from Gargash. She was always prompt and always ready to provide me answers for my queries even outside business hours. The delivery experience was great and I got my car delivered well before the actual delivery date! Then the Ahmad who greeted me and my family in the showroom and offered his best possible help during the purchase.

Suggestions: maybe we can see a better exposures / marketing from Alfa Romeo. It’s such a beautiful car and brand. The service center is not strategically located and needs to be considered. All these plays important roles in the visibility.

DO NOT buy a car from Gargash! My Alfa is a brilliant car let down by the most awful, unresponsive service I have ever witnessed. Before moving service center and co-locating with Chinese brands these guys were good. Now they are the worst. Continually make promises they don't deliver, damage the car whilst in their possession. The last fix took 3 days for a relay! Please please please do not buy from this operation, you will regret it!

Excellent service reflecting the brand image. Very nice "boutique" experience vs the classic showrooms. Pamela offered an exceptional professional service from 1st visit to the day of the car's delivery.

Cars good, service great however please check where the service center is! It is now a 80km round trip for me to get service/repairs, leaving the car is simple not an option given the location. Now looking at paying another garage to look after the car which is a shame but with no dealer support within sensible drive I have no choice.

I bought a 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio from Gargash and it was a fantastic experience. I recently bought a giulia from the al quoz showroom. They have a wide variety of options to choose from. The cars are all well maintained and most importantly well packed before your delivery. Especially Shabir from gargash helped me in every aspect to pick my first alfa. Very informative, He has better knowledge about the cars and guided me through the entire process step by step so I never had any hassle at any point. Highly recommend!

Purchased a pre-owned GAC GS8 from this showroom last week.

Customer service by sales advisor Shabeerali was praiseworthy. He had very good knowledge about the car specifications. While visiting the showroom, I had no idea about GAC and the GS8. While taking a test drive with him and listening about the specs, instantly fell in love with the car and bought it without thinking twice!

Rest of the staff members and manager were very friendly and welcoming. Overall a pleasant and smooth experience from paperwork to delivery of the car.

I was disappointed with my visit to Alpha romeo i went to look at the Julia it felt like the sales team did not want to help me as I was looking around the car.one guy eventually with hesistent came to show the car around with me he was very knowledgeable on the car, and ok to deal with an as I was discussing I got greated by a sales management but she didn’t know the offer she was offering to me and the price or even about the car itself in the brand wich she was selling wich was uncomfortable experience for me as she just cared about her offer expiring and I had to book now but spoke more highly towards BMW than to alpha. I then decided to think about it due to the experience I had wich changed my mind to buy a car from ANOTHER band (Audi) as to the better service they gave me but not the car I was initially excited to purchase. Big shame on them and gargash is not doing good representing it well at all like this way. Don’t buy from them if you want bad service for the next 5 years

Unbelievably bad service when It comes to picking up the calls. I have tried too many times but no one is there near the phone

Went yesterday to check out the Alfa Romeo Guilia QV and although the showroom was literally empty, the salesman told me they need to schedule the test drive one day in advance (?).

I went today on time and after giving him my driving license salesman told me I’m less than 25 years old so I can’t drive the car. I told him how do you expect someone to buy a car without test driving it, especially a less known car manufacturer. “Bring your brother or anyone you know” was his solution. No thank you.

Solution is simple. I just won’t buy the car. Gargash are renowned for having the worst customer service so that behavior is no surprise, and that’s coming from a family that owns 3 new Mercedes from Gargash.

I wish there was a negative 5 stars rating. One star is too much for them.

Terrible in every possible way. My car breaks after every service. They only care about charging excessive amounts of money for parts and labor. The worst customer experience I've had in Dubai, and they don't even care.

They don't respect the extended warranty and I'll be filing a complaint against them soon.

Gargash service is very expensive and does not stock many parts for Alfas. They lack very specialist knowledge. Recently there have been improvements.their showroom is central and sales staff very friendly.

No wonder why no one buys an alfa romeo! Dont buy an alfa romeo, because the after sale service is much disappointing.been waiting for a very tiny piece to come for 50 days (i have been told it will come in 9 days) apparently when i called no one knew about it! And then they said they forgot what was the interior color of my car.very sad.
