I had a wonderful experience with Rona for laser removal, so professional, clean with meticulous handiwork. Will definitely recommend her.

The worst patient facing staff I’ve ever seen, wasted my time, lost my money, after multiple phone calls and promises to be contacted shortly, after multiple emails to send me a claim form and invoice which is normally a basic task I haven’t received anything. Being working mom simply do not have time to go there physically to complain. Never again though it’s a shame as I really appreciated the doctor however my time seems to be more respected in other good hospitals in Dubai

Not a good experience, after 7 hours in the ambulance I did not receive a clear answer about what was wrong with me, but for that there were 3 supposed conclusions, a city scan was carried out, I urgently asked to give all the test results, after not receiving answers, when I went home, the attack happened again and I went to another hospital, I discovered that there is no most important thing, a city scan disk so that other doctors would not waste time and could help me, the negligence of the receptionist is amazing, again it will take a couple of hours to do all the tests and a city scan because radiology is closed, and yes, we paid by cash and not by insurance and they tried to leave me for another day

We had an exceptional experience at Gargash hospital during my wife's labour and delivery. The staff, especially in the obstetrics and gynecology division, were outstanding. From the initial consultation to the birth of our baby, everything was perfect and well-managed the whole time we visited them. I want to give a special mention to Dr. Basel Jallad for his great care, compassion, and high skills in treatment. The hospital has the best doctors, staffs and nurses, and I highly recommend Gargash hospital to anyone in need of excellent healthcare.

I had my gall bladder removed by Dr Ahmer Abkar at Gargash Hospital. My experience with Dr Ahmer was great, he is very professional and humble. All my concerns were addressed. The surgery as well as recovery went very smooth. Extremely satisfied! I would highly recommend Dr Ahmer.

Dr Sudhanshu is the best. I have been going to him for the past 2 yrs. Nurse Jenny is a very good nurse. I overall like the experience of going to Gargash. The hospital is good and offers good service.

Have seen immediate improvement in my acne related issues and have following her prescriptions and advice for past couple of months. We would like to genuinely thank Dr. Aws and team (Hajer, Nurse Seham, Nina, and rest of his team) ; Dr. Sachin and the OR staff; Mr. Mithun; and all the inpatient nurses who took great care of my husband all throughout his stay in the hospital for his cholecystectomy. On 4th of Jan my baby boy was brougt to this world by the truly amazing Dr. Manal Sabbar, the Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology, an artist in delivery, who also took care of me throuhg out my whole pregnancy with professionalism, understanding and compassion, and to whom I owe the most gratitude.
Aprecciation to the nurse Jen on the maternity ward, the nurse Leilany who was outstanding while taking care of my baby and the lactation nurses Zainab and April.
10 out of 10 to Garagash hospital for upholding high standards.

Came here for an emergency as a tourist. Was treated so well and kindly. Nurses and doctors here are lovely. Everyone is so respectful.

As a woman that just turned 40 the big "C" is always a scare. This was my first Mammography and I was nervous. But all the anxiety disappeared, because the Nurses and Doctors here are incredible. Especially Dr. Basel and Nurse Prarthana.
Also the guys at the front desk are super friendly, what is rare. This isn't just a hospital, this is a safe place. Thank you

Actually one of my work colleagues recommended Dr. Sameh Al Qedra very much, so i took an appointment with Dr. Sameh for a check up and lower back pain and couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s an amazingly professional and very caring of his patients. He takes the time to explain the condition, treatment and alternatives.
He listens to your concerns and questions, and is very reassuring.

Nurse Manelle is also an absolute star, she is very friendly and professional. She also takes the time to explain what is the next steps are and when and how to follow up. Appreciated all the help and care, thank you so much.

I gave a birth to my son at this hospital, with Dr Manal, she is the best, i love her, i love how she takes her job so serious and passionate, must say as well that their nurses are so lovely and supportive! In general, great experience!

Went with my sister in law to Gargash for operation with Dr Luis Gavin, stay with her before after at the hospital and how fast she felt much better in her jaw after surgery, without any pain, like magics and nowadays the change has been incredible for what for years no other doctor could short out

A very highly efficient institution- from reception, nurse Marian and nurse Claire and especially to the team headed by Dr Manal -who did there very best to do the procedure and made sure that it was a success. About the dr (Dr Manal Sabbar) I would share my review that she is Very professional very respectful very accurate with very clear plans for pregnancy’s full journey, dr manual is very easy- going with her patients, and very realistic when dealing with patients. Pregnancy journey full of ups and downs and dr manual just make you feel so very optimistic and make you fully ready to the entire processs from day one to last day both physically l and mentally, She answer all questions even if you want to see her urgently she is always trying very well to give proper time to her patients, very easy going. I have all my respect to dr manal and I wish her all the best for ever and ever.

The hospital room rates are very high in comparison to the size of the room, the VIP room does not really have very big differences from the normal rooms.

The care giving is amazing from drs and nurses for both mother and child.

Unreliable, booked two appointments, both times I showed up and the appointment was not there anymore. If you are looking for a reliable hospital, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. I am definitely not going back.

I rarely make a review but this time is an exemption. I came with a friend to do a PCR test in Gargash. It was quick as told.
And also I recommend the staff, Ms. April, cause she will provide the assistance you need from start to end. She is very polite.

I got lost in the hospital when I came to do my PCR, found myself in the administration room, then in the IC room. They’re all empty, as if no one gets sick lately. The hospital is quiet and empty of both patients, nurses and doctors. It was my first time here and hopefully it will be my last time.

I just want to share my experience when I came to this hospital with my husband because i have severe stomach pain. The two receptionist guy are so rude and unprofessional. They informed us that we have to pay the consultation fee which is 650aed plus meds because i have no insurance. My husband told them it’s fine, we totally agree & understand that. They repeated it not just twice but thrice. They really eyed us as if we can’t afford the fees. Was it because we are not wearing fancy clothes? Was it because we are just wearing slippers? We didn’t go there to impress anyone, we went there because i want to be treated immediately.

Im always doing my PCR test with you and also recommending you to my friends but i think it’s a big mistake in doing so.

Very disappointed with the process - came for consultation and ultrasound which were scheduled at 11 AM, had consultation and was informed next available ultrasound appointment will be available at 6PM. Are you guys kidding? Why can’t you say it over the phone and offer the timing when I can make it all together.

My family and I have done several PCR tests at Gargash Hospital, whenever needed. Usually the process was quite smooth and results sent on time. Yesterday I experienced a delay for my result which was surprising as my wife and I did the test together
and her result was sent in time. But mine didn’t come through. So, I approached the hospital on telephone and spoke to Mr. Herolito Jr. Blanco Linawan. He was most helpful as he proactively pursued this matter on my behalf and successfully obtained the result which was forwarded to me on email.

I had a procedure at Gargash Hospital with Dr. Aws, he is one of the best surgeons, very passionate and dedicated doctor. He visited me between his surgeries, even on his days off, made sure that my procedure was fine and if I was comfortable.

The nurses are very professional and polite, they made sure my stay was comfortable and made it more like a staycation for me.

The admin manager Bayan and shift doctors all frequently popped in to say hello to check up on me. I felt I was staying in a wellness hotel, as everyone made sure I was healthy and comfortable.

Gargash Hospital is definitely one of the best hospitals in UAE, with amazing facilities, talented and passionate doctors, courteous, polite and professional staff, I will rate it 7 stars.

Dr Luis Gavin is such a good concern doctor for anti-aging and detox with oxygen ozone TMJ jaw and dental problems.with beautiful outcome.
He is very professional and always puts the patient first. Would highly recommend.

My family and I have used Gargash Hospital numerous times for PCR testing. All their testing technicians have been gentle and professional. Special shout out to Nina and Chatra at the Emergency Reception who go out of their way to ensure that each experience is a smooth and seamless one. Thank you so much for your consistently high service.

I was unable to open my jaw and eating was painful. Dr Gavin performed non invasive TMJ surgery and now I am recovering well. It has even helped with my Tinnitus problem. Great doctor with fantastic follow up inquiring regularly about my progress.

Great service from the team over all. I went with my family to do pcr test, the front office team assisted very quickly with the formalities and nurse did a great job.

First time I take my daughter to a hospital and she doesn’t cry! Very professional yet courteous staff and the doctor really took care of my daughter and even calmed my nerves. The hospital itself is state of the art.

حاولت ترتيب موعد بالطرارئ بل للأسف لم يعرني اي انتباه و عند سؤالي عن تغطية التامين بما ان المستشفى جديد اقترح علي التواصل مع احد اخر.
عندما قلت له ليس بمشكلة ولا داعي للتواصل مع احد اخر و سوف التجئ إلى المشفى الذي أتلقى منه العلاج عادة ومرة أخرى سأمر عليكم اذا استدعت الحاجة
للأسف قام بإغلاق الخط بوجهي و لم يبد اي اهتمام بالمساعدة
انصح إدارة المستشفى ان توفر التدريب المناسب للعاملين بتوفير المعلومات قبل وضعهم أمام المرضى و تعيين كوادر تتمتع بذكاء عاطفي لان المريض بحاجة إلى عناية طبية وليس وجبة سريعة
أتصالي تم بعد الساعة ١٢ منتصف الليل مما يعني اختياري للمستشفى كان لقرب المكان من منزلي و العناية الطبية التي احتاجها من قسم الطوارئ
