Worst ever! Their store is so far away. They NEVER answer their phone. They make promises they can’t keep just awful all around.
They took my broken watch. Promised I would have my new one in two days and here we are two weeks later with no one answering my calls or messages and I am just so annoyed I have to drive all the way to the gold souk to get an answer.
Found all my Garmin gadgets and acessories in one store. Owner was super-knowledgable about the technical aspects of the product which was absolutely delightful. Practically a candy store for Garmin fans!
The team is so professional, the tacx was delivered to me to al ain in one day, I always have questions and need help because i am new in indoor training, Mr jerico catapang always ready to help and to guide, and never to late or hesitant to answers all my questions, thanks Garmin UAE
Customer service needs serious improvements. My Fenix 6 watch broke (one button not responding), so at first I tried to phone them. No one answered the phone for 2 days.
Then I drove all the way from Marina to their shop named “Amit”, waited for their technician to finish his lunch… all of this only to find out that they have NO SERVICE CENTRE. Was kindly offered to trade-in my watch, but trading for Fenix 7 model was not an option. Only 6.
Left my watch there, because they said they have to apply for trade-in and it will take time. Was going to leave this place, but they assured me that new watch will be delivered before lunch, and that I can pay remotely, so no need to wait.
Some hour after I drove away, I received a link for payment. Made three attempts to pay online with some strange error messages like “User unexpected behavior”, whatever this means. Later guy texted me that he works remotely today and since the payment did not went through in time, I cannot get my delivery in promised time (!). I asked to return my watch in the morning, and they said they will charge me cost of delivery.
Incredible range of Garmin products. Staff know there stuff when it comes to everything in the store. Definitely will be back soon for my next purchase
The store has got a Good collection of variety of gadgets for most of the adventurous activities. Mr. Akhil Sasidharan was very helpful and quite a knowledgeable staff who actually got to know my requirement (Gadget with required features within a limited budget). Parking is a big issue.
Recently went to purchase a replacement watch strap for my Fenix 5. While the store has all the accessories you would expect for their brands the social distancing and mask wearing was terrible and since I was with my 4yr old daughter I was not impressed how relaxed they were.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, They helped me to choose the right running watch for my requirements. The only issue is with parking, it's very difficult to find the parking.
You get all your fitness tracking needs here. Garmin are pioneers in the field of GPS and have a range of GPS options for your Cars, Bikes, Offshore, flying, hiking, +. The staff here are very friendly and offer to good information on the products. My experience here was very good and I will always prefer Garmin for my fitness tracking and GPS needs.

I had contacted Garmin with a grievance relating to my watch. People make up any company as they say. I was really impressed at the care and genuine support given by Mark Angelo; top companies keep great staff!

Great stuff if you are looking for GPS for road n marine. They have great accessories too. Besides they hv diving costumes n accessories. Watches for diving n some marine related motors n gadgets. Staff is knowledgeable n friendly.
The 7 days return policy is useless. It does sound very pleasing, but if you use the watch or remove any sticker they won’t return. Whats the point of 7 days return? I just buy and keep it in my locker? 7 day return policy is best at Apple, no questions asked. Its a simple customer experience, if the customer is not satisfied with the product you can’t force them to buy it. I even got charged for delivery return. A very bad customer experience. I will not recommend this, customer service is first. If I love the product I would buy paying whatever costs. Think ten times before you buy. It would be better if they just say no return. Simple as that.
AMIT is the best store where you can find range of Garmin products. Staff is very courteous and well aware of the product range. I would recommend all of you looking for any Garmin products to visit this store for better visibility of products rather than online purchase
First I bought my 5x then got my wife the 5s! The sales consultant twisted my arm to by straps and so I did! Haven’t looked back once! Great team at garmin thought the uae and especially the guys in Dubai! Always have had awesome after sales services (watch been frozen and broken straps, but all was fixed right away!) the garmin team matches up to the top products they sell!
Great experience of staff and choices of Garmin products such as for navigation and wearables. Staff were friendly and had good discussion about navigation devices. I bought the forerunner 945 which I had pre booked. So staff knew when I arrived. This is arguably the biggest Garmin store in the UAE. Is also has professional diving gear and equipments.
