Has delicious food with friendly approach. Mostly busy but service is still top notch. Very fast delivery with smiling faces. Highly recommend for their quick and professional delivery service.

Ameer and Manager Mahamood are Very very really cooperative. I will highly recommend this restaurant. And Sohrab and Mangal also very cooperative.

Giving a rating of 2.0/5. Chicken charcoal was spicy but tasty, porotta was okay. But handi chicken was a total disappointment; a brown colored thick gravy with saltless boiled chicken pieces. We couldn’t eat this curry. Why can’t they add some salt while boiling the chicken? Service staff was good where as the counter person’s attitude was not good.

I often visited this place to eat and one thing i notice is that staff are very helpful specially a guy named Abdullah. He always make sure that i was being attended. He is very polite and nice.

Only MR HANIF worst worst worst worst staff, pls do something for this guy…he don’t know how to talk with the customer…

We love Gate Plus! Always friendly service, and the staff go out of their way to cater to different requests. Fresh naans are a particular highlight!

Over rate and less quandity is the main thing is now seeing in this restaurant. Many things that changed at the time restaurant was started are not here anymore.customer satisfaction is the main thing for a good growth, othervise many customers will look for other places. I rated this shop before with good service. But now.

Super food expecialy green chilly charcoals! We always having food from Gate plus Restaurants such a brilliant experience. I’m residing at barsha south now. I requesting to management please open a branch in this area.

I called for order my dinner.the order taker doesn't listen properly customer requests (not the malabari guy) I requested him to add a few slices of onions with my food.and he replied to me it's chargeable. I feel very bad about his reply. Is this a restaurant? What service you guys are doing for your customers? When a customer who spent more than 50 dhs for one meal, you can't provide a small request? Or you get huge loss?

Ordered chicken charcoal quater but got this. They charge full price of this quality. Never recommend this place to anyone. Zero customer service.

Not good customer service.they are not doing or giving the customer special request like for example i request to make it fry the chicken biryani because i always request like that.and please put chili on the rice so that it make spicy.how many times i request tomput chili or make it fry the chicken.then when I received the food.they are not giving what i request … plss do the active listening.listen to the customer and give what they request. I’m very disappointed.i just throw the food… since i dont like the chicken wet.

Dont order food there, they are super late for delivery. And they don’t resolve any complaints.

Don't believe the bad reviews, I have been to this restaurant 3rd time and this is the best restaurant food I have ever tasted in whole of Dubai.
Say whatever you want, the price is reasonable for tasty food.
I keep going there and enjoy the best tasty food while people spend hell lot of money looking for good restaurant.

Unpleasant experience.
The staff takes the order, I kept repeating that I don't want a specific item. Took 30 mins to make it, then took it back for another 20 mins and gave the food. He kept lying on top of that saying I didn't say so. Anyhow, shame that they can't accept their mistakes.

I had ordered twice from this restaurant. Both the times the food was delivered very late. It took more than one and half hour first time to reach. Second time the food was delivered after 2 hours. The funny part during the second time was they forgot to send the food till I had to call them up after one hour. Service is very poor though the food was ok.

I order the beef biriyani today the beef was so hard and cant eat they didnt boil and and cook well when i call to tell to them regarding this.the staff also dont care i would like to know the mobile number of owner and inform him

Late service, because I ordered one biryani, they told just 10 minutes but they delivered after 1 hr.

Very arrogant staff who shouts at the customers. Many a times seen behaving rudely with customers.
When complained to the person at counter who claims that he is owner he is telling this is the way they are and they are doing the business like this only.
As customers nobody should entertain these arrogant people who thinks that customers will take any rubbish that they do.

One of the most pathetic place for eating fish.provides old refrigerated fishes and half cooked.when asked the staff behaved rude and says this what we have eat it leave it.no wonder their staff eat in other restaurants

Guys.please do not eat anything in this restaurant.they are using everything is short expiry and using very harmful colors and preservatives

This restaurant serves delicious Kerala food at reasonable price.for Parking use carrefour parking which is located next to it

Worst food i have ever had. Muttonwasnot cooked at all. Chicken was like from the freezer snd just boiled. Beef was so spicy that i felt it was dippedin pepper. I willnever order from here. I had guests at home abd i had ordered thefood. Never will I order

Very bad service. 3 times experienced. Very BAD. I working in the same building. Never go again. NO RESPECT. If they continue like this, slow by slow customer coming will decrease.

Worste.false commitment of delivery, i belong to construction industry and had order food for my work force @ 10: 00am, the delivery came at 2: 30pm. All my work force were hungry as those all are hard workers.who is responsible for the hunger, time loss, and mental torture. When ever i call, i was respond with false statement that the delivery boy already left and this was happening for atleast 1 hrs.my work location is harldy 20 min away from restaurant.i think this should not be taken for granted.

Not happy with the service, 1 item was missing from the take away package and took almost 2 hours for delivery and the delivered item was not the ordered item, scored 1 star coz i cant post with 0 star

Gate plus is cheap, Food quality and quantity is good enough.fast service and friendly staffs.
Lots of varieties to choose

We tried a few dishes and it was all good. But the home delivery service was poor. It took 2 hrs, to deliver and there was one order missing. I am still rating 5 star since I am happy with the quality and quantity of the food that they delivered.

The restaurant is very good at this moment. The rates are very cheap compare to other similar restaurants.

Chinese is ok, Grill Chicken is good but south Indian coconut chutney is yuk and it taste more like Hara masala
