Gazebo Restaurant

Worst fine dine restaurant with worst customer service. I ordered nalli ka salaan and it came without any nalli in it. Tandoori roti was burnt and was not edible. When i called and complained the manager said we will not be able to change it.
Stop calling yourself premium or fine dine restaurant. There are many small restaurants which are much better in taste and if not atleast in service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gazebo Indian Restaurant (JLT Branch) and it was an absolute delight. I'm delivery rider. This branch taking too much time for take away. Customer also complaimt me why u taking too much time.that sheif too much lazy. And they didn't tolde how longer that order.

One of the best Indian restaurants in Dubai. Every time we visit Dubai we have to order from here at least once.

We went to have falooda as we asked the waiter for the specific falooda which we want.due to lack of waiter he suggest us wrong option when they deliver we asked for the correct one but they didn't xchange we even asked the manager that we are your regular customer but they refused to help us out.wastage of money and they ruined our mood too

I am a regular customer from Gazebo JLT. But whenever I call them to order food, they try to direct me to order from Deliveroo/Talabat etc. Their excuse is no available delivery people.

What kind of customer response is this. You cannot have the same excuse everytime and should have atleast 1 rider that is always available. Their manager Mr. Phulak gave me an empty response today which made me question my loyalty and love for Gazebo.

Variety of delicious moghlai, veg and non veg food. Good place to invite guests for lunch or dinner.

The food was great, the atmosphere very friendly, and the waiter sajjad made our experience really memorable.

This place is average for vegetarian food in terms of taste. But with respect to service and ambience, the place is really good.

When i got there i got a table immediately there was no waiting time for a table, my waiter was very friendly and gave me good recommendations.the restaurant atmosphere was very pleasant and classy, the food was absolutely divine the reshmi kabab which the waiter recommended was brilliant it was completely worth it, all the food arrived in good time and was worthwhile.the staff was very understanding and hospitable as i was with children, i made sure to leave a good tip.my total experience was delightful, i look forward to coming back here again and suggest others to come too with their family friends or colleagues and impress them with their selections.

Most disgusting outlet and people.order food for family today and after nearly two hours called and they said it is coming and then they cancelled the order. They are nothing but thieves and liars and should be boycotted by all decent people.

Hello.myself Gaurav from India. Here to explore Dubai. I am very choosy in food. Was concerned alot for good & tasty indian (non-vegetarian) food in dubai. Gazebo completed it perfectly! Will like to visit again!

Stunning North Indian food. Highly recommended. Naan is out of this world - curries are to die for!

Biryani preparation is awesome & packaging is super hygienic while causing no harm to the environment. Keep at it Gazebo

I tried Royal falooda as well. But it was missing the taste Crux of falooda and was missing nuts as well

Had visited the JLT Gazebo. The view and the ambience was really good. The food as well is really good. I felt the quantity is little less. But the taste is really good.

We love Gazebo. We have a collection of the clay pots from all the times we've ordered their biryani, and the butter chicken is the best!

. Kept me waiting for over one hour outside the JLT branch. Kept lying that the foid is ready. Pathetic service ZERO STARS.

I would not call it the best restaurant, our food was late. Then server forgot to punch the extra item (roti) in the kitchen ticket. Then the tissue paper was not there at the table. We had to get up and get it from another table. After the bill was done even he had to ask for the wet tissue to be given. If you so call it a good restaurant, then you need to maintain the service for it. To talk about the food it was fine. No complaints as such, but have eaten better Indian than here.

Excellent experience. Biryani was a bit ordinary. Chicken chettinadi and resuming kadai excellent.

Really delicious food! Nice indian food, tastes uou may have had begore bu than in a very chic and luxurous entourage and above all extremely well prepared!

Terrible food, menu of over 50 items only 2 were vegan and vegetarian option was non good. Vegetarian options was always paneer or feta cheese when there are so many they could have made, example chickpeas curry, vegetable curry and the dal was not tradition. The olive salad looked like vomit and had to be sent back and just requested fresh salad after that and thier only vegan option of dal dish not taste nice at all. I went to a traditional pakistani restaurant in Diera and was 10/10. The Asian food in diera is far better anywhere else in dubai.all the restaurants around are badly executed but not too expensive. The staff here are lovely and did take the vomit salad off my bill and I thank them for that and the atmosphere in there is nice.

Food was good. But felt the portions could have been bigger. And some of the menu options were not available.

Great indian food. I went there with friends and it was really an enjoyable experience. I wasn't expecting much from an Indian restaurant in a mall but I was proven wrong! Thank you Gazebo Resto!

We ordered through Zomato, and the quantity of the food was not even half of what is served in the restaurant. Infact we were shocked to see a half empty box of the starter. Not expected from GAZEBO.would not recommend ever

Awesome place.had office team lunch there and we got a good table to be able to talk. Not too noisy and service was very quick too as we did our lunch within our break time which is usually not the case with most of the restaurants in Dubai specially with a big group coming in
The mutton biryani is always taking away the prize for its mind blowing taste.
Suggestion to serve papad as complimentary

We had a lunch for office colleague. Food was very nice, and all the invitees liked the prawn, mutton and salmon kebab. Mutton Biryani is undoubtedly the best. Value for money and good food with nice ambiance.

One of the best restaurants in dubai serving authentic Indian food. At the same time, patrons not used to spicy food can request for the same dishes to be prepared mild. A vast selection of vegetarian & non-vegetarian dishes. Good ambience & service plus the option of privacy rooms.

they brought for me the wrong order 2 times and they take long time to deliver food even though my building is just in front of the restaurant

This place serves Authentic Indian food, much to your heart's content. The service, hospitality and quality of food are maintained in all their branches. They have some amazing veg and non-veg dishes. Their tikka / kabab are amongst my favourites along with their uniquely amazing Saffron Chicken Biriyani / Hyderabadi Biriyani. The food prices are comparatively expensive, bit its worth a try.

Now that I have gotten to know Gazebo I am glad that they deliver.

We had the cheese naan yesterday, which I wish had more cheese in it.
We also ordered the mutton korma which was fantastic

The taste was heavenly. Each and every spice was given it's own importance while preparing the dish. Awesome restaurant

This restaurant is one of a kind. The best Indian restaurant for me. I love their nans and masala dishes. Not only that but they also have a good service frkm the moment you enter the restaurant till you leave their doors.

Loved the ambience. The service was great with warm staff members. Food was indeed the best part. Good options for vegetarians as well.

Great taste, friendly staff, great serving style, sitting is great, environment is family friendly.
