Amazing experience in Gazeebo where we met Nazeer Alam he was very professional in our service and made our experience impeccable
He spoke arabic very good to us which was surprising and carried a smooth flow of service

Had Chicken Tikka Masala here for the first time and it was a flavor explosion! The lively atmosphere was perfect for a casual date night. The courteous staff made us feel welcomed, and the reasonable prices ensured we left with happy hearts and satisfied stomachs. Highly recommended for a delicious food experience!

An absolutely horrible experience.
Not sure what was worse, the food or the service.

Ordered two dishes, chicken and paneer. Both dishes were bland and tasteless. Gravy seemed like it wasn’t cooked properly. Told the server the same thing and he took back the dishes and came back 10-15 mins later with just red chilli powder added to it.

Have had food in multiple Gazebo outlets over the years but have never walked out disappointed like this.

I came to this Indian restaurant with my friends, seeking a change from our usual hangout spots, and we were pleasantly surprised! The vibrant and lively ambience instantly uplifted our spirits. The Chicken Tikka Masala was a burst of flavors, and the Hyderabadi Biryani left us craving for more. I took my girlfriend for a surprise date to this restaurant, and it certainly met all our expectations! The ambience and cozy seating, set the perfect mood for the evening. The Cheese Samosa was a unique twist on a classic dish. The Palak Paneer with Roti was a wholesome and flavorsome delight. The attentive staff ensured that our romantic evening went smoothly, creating a truly memorable experience for both of us. We can’t wait to come back and create more beautiful memories at this lovely establishment!

Chicken was not prepared correctly.
There was no salt in paneer.

But the staff were the best

I ordered paneer tikka it came after an hour and that’s so when I asked they brought it cold super cold! I ordered lassi with mint they literally just blended the green chutney and it was hot lassi is supposed to be yoghurt with ice mint nothing like that! So dissapointed

The foods was excellent and everyone enjoyed despite the service was down zero
To get the seat and order need to wait decade in not busy situations. The server was throwing all the glasses and plates on the table He looks very angry and not interested for his job. We were afraid to order more with him and left quickly back

The staff was courteous, unfortunately the food was not great, no wait a minute food was not good.
The seekh kebab were cold and dry and so were the Reshami paratha (I believe they were out of “resham”. They were clueless about the desserts as well. They forgot one of the desserts.
There was no one accountable for the poor show as they couldn’t find the manager/supervisor.

We were 3 of us & the qty of the biryani was awesome that 1 biryani was sufficient for all.

Before we ordered, the waiter said go for 2 biryanis.

One of my favourite places to go to when I'm feeling hungry and looking for a satisfying plate! Never disappointed me, taste never change throughout many years, Kudos!

Butter chicken was good, but lamb shops were not tasty at all, staff were friendly and helpful.

It was great to have the signature Gazebo biriyani. Their taste is amazing, possibly the best biriyani in Dubai.

It’s completely not what I heard, just an average indian restaurant with a below average butter chicken and etc dishes. It was slightly disappointing but if you are a not an indian you might find it 6-7/10 as most of the restaurant in uae doesnt offer ethnic indian or mughal cuisine

Dattatray our server really took good care of us. Not only that because I was allergic he brought the allergy menu to double check and I really appreciate it. Highly recommend

Travelled from Melbourne and wanted some good quality Indian. We ate here 3 times in our 1 week long trip. Service was fab, flavours were authentic and delicious.

The food was good and the service was good but there was some things that wasn’t right like the food portions the rice came in a big portion and the chicken in a small portion but in other restaurants it’s the opposite but overall a great experience

One of the best authentic Indian food restaurants. We visited the branch in Mall of Emirates. We ordered Malai Chicken Baryani and Mashroom with Curry. It was prepared fresh and good quantity and reasonable prices, on top of that it was delicious.
By the way the menu is very diverse and the food options satisfy all tests (especially for those who liked Indiana cousins).
The down side is that staff needs to be more friendly and positive.

Found a long hair in our salad after we all ate from it. I am spending over AED 300 every weekend.
I only heard Sorry from the team.

My favorite Indian restaurant, the food is amazing the staff are very attentive all branches which i visited were really clean and organized.

The food quality was below average; I can’t believe such poor quality still exists in Dubai.it looks like the food was cooked for a long time

We decided to go on a lunch on Friday to gazebo and the experience was really bad Portions were very very less. The food was bland. Biryani had no flavour to it and the staff was not courteous at all. The staff needs really good training for the hospitality.
Butter chicken- 1 (very sweet and portion was too less)
Mutton buna -1 (I felt I am eating brinjal and there were 3 pieces total)
Biryani -0 (bland no spices at all)

The restaurant really need to work on food and staff and atleast train to staff how to greet the customer.

While walking in Mall of Emirates we stopped by Gazebo and saw their menu so thought to try it and here we go, the best Seekh kebabs and such tender n soft kasturi chicken boti we ever had. No Brainer! Order came in 20mins Manager asked us to try desserts so we went with his recommendation of Rabri Kheer and Rasmalai and to our surprise Rabri was a killer. Food 10/10, Service 10/10 and Taste 10/10.

Butter chicken: 3/5 small portion and too sweet
Dhal makani: 2/5 no flavor no taste
Paneer cheese: 4/5: good
Lamb: 4/5 good
Saffron desert: 3/5 good

The food can be ok but they served not hot and the portions are a bit small.

Big banners of SZR attracted me to go and try Gazebo at MOE

MICRO portions of food, ordered Mutton Roganjosh AED 40, literally had 3 very small pecies of mutton in it. Not even good for one.

Dough sealed Birynai has been there USP, Ordered one which was bombay style, no taste at all, it was totally bland. As per staff masala comes ready made from India and taste the same always.

The good part for fresh Taftan bread.

I would rather prefer to go any 4 or 5 star hotel may pay double the price but enjoy better portions, excellent quality of meats, full of taste and an outstanding ambience.

Experience heaven of good if you are a North Indian. Hospitality and food are A class. You may have to wait for a while as the outlet is in huge demand but worth waiting for. I travel all the way from RAK to MOE just for this awesome place to eat. Taste is promising so is the service.

Waiter was very good and nice. Food was amazing. Service was also very good. But, it took longer than expected for the food to finish. Overall, amazing restaurant.

Terrible experience. Ordered Gosht Hyderabadi Biryani for take away and was told that it will take 25 min for preparation. I came back after an hour just to be informed that they haven’t started the preparation as they are out of spices. Never heard of this excuse. Then they had to retake the order which means another 25 min. For a simple Biryani it takes 1.5 hours.

Good food as always! The standard on their cuisine is maintained.
First time in this branch though - the waiting time is long even though we were there at 2: 30pm, and the staff service is mediocre. Slow to attend but eager to get a review on zomato.

There is totally no problem with the food, the main problem is with the service they always take so Long and we have ordered coke with the main food they and didn’t bring, we asked again and still. When we finished our food they still didn’t bring the coke, thank you

مضت نص ساعة ونحن ننتظر. حتى الخبز المقرمش الذي تقدمة جميع المطاعم الهندية كضيافة لم يقدموه لنا. طلبنا ثلاث وجبات برياني دجاج. وأحضروا لنا معها زبادي واحد. كما هو واضح في الصورة. الصدمة الأكبر يقللون كمية الدجاج ويضعون مكانها بطاطس تفسد الطعم. لن أكرر الزيارة

Service is very poor and waiters are very baised on service delivery.had to wait for more than 20 mins even after calling to place order. Not at all happy with over all experience and worth for the money spent.
Expressed the service failure to manager still no improvement. Better options available on same floor.

Bad Experience, more specifically I can say the service is worst, we ordered their butter-naan and it took around 50mins to serve.

Unfortunately the service, the food and also beverages were VERY unprofessional. While serving he crossed my face. Normally you have to serve from the other side without touching the guest. They served chicken and we had to wait 4min.until the sides were served. Until that time the chicken was cold. The taste of the food was not good. I did not like the taste and the spices. Overall I would not recommend this location. There are so much better Indian restaurants in dubai!

Horrible place the waiters are not at all friendly and they are very non cooperative.i will not go to this place at all it has too much waiting time because jt had a very bad seating.we cannot call the place for booking because they dont have a phone and when we go there to book he doesnt have any seating and we cannot pre order either and it takes at least one hour to get your food on the table.i am not going tk this place it is very bad? I often ordered from Gazebo but this time I went to the restaurant at Mall of the Emirates as a friend was visiting from France. Our diner was delicious, the staff service was excellent, efficient and discreet. All in all a pleasant experience. Gazebo is highly recommended for a laidback and pleasant diner.

The experience was amazing. Staff was very kind and food came very very fast. Very much recommend to visit Gazebo-MOE.

The experience wasn’t that great, the service was horrible, they kept bringing starters separate and took longer to bring drinks than our food. We also ordered Arabic salad and it didn’t have tomato and had carrots like? And when we asked he goes like the picture this way, we told him we read the description and it wasn’t? It’s disappointing for gazebo in emirates mall to have such a bad service compare to the one in Sharjah.

The food is great, the location is perfect and the price is right. The only place to eat a good Indian.

The standard of this outlet is not at par with the other Gazebo outlets. The food served was kept for a long time and served cold, and the outlet didn't consider it's mistake too

That was my second visit to Gazebo. Wasn’t very impressed. Half the dishes in the pics were tasty and the other half were a bit less than normal. Service was a bit slow. Overall.gets an OK.
