Worst service ever! Don't the mistake of ordering online. Poor customer service and very long delivery times

It's a shame what used to be a trusted brand has turned into scammers.
DO NOT trust Geekay games with any digital or pre-order purchases.
I had two consecutive scamming experiences. They provided a digital key for Xbox Live that had already been redeemed. The second time I pre-ordered a game that never came and after multiple calls and trips to the store they gave me credit after the game had been released!
Support will ignore you and only answer if your query is to buy something, once the sale is done they have nothing to do with you.
What a shame!
