Had car accident. Other party refused to acknowledge fault. Called police. Asked us both to come. As if our cars can be driven on the road. Useless and lazy.

You can find the RTA Customer Happiness Centre here. They're open from Sunday to Thursday 8: 00AM to 7: 30PM. Went here to convert UK to UAE license was very quick (took 20mins) Make sure to check the RTA website for all the requirements for a seamless process.
Note: Due to covid reasons you can only go in if you have business to attend to - so if you bring your partner or your friends with you they'll have to wait outside.
The 2 staff people overseeing users of the online car registration renewal are exemplary. They did not show any sign of weariness in helping the clients no matter how trivial their question or need was. As I navigated between traffic violations dept and the registration renewal area (each in different section of the huge building), they shared my excitement whenever I succeeded in any of the many steps. Very patient and supportive staff. Kudos to both.
I got an bad experience in barsha traffic station, as they not given proper clarifications regarding my concerns of vehicle impound procedure.i have visited 5 time in same place for same concerns.one of public person has given proper guideline by his experience instead of department.i would like to suggest to assigned qualified and well knowledge person on front desk who can assist the public with their enquiries.

Went there Monday afternoon for transfer certificate. Within a minute Process was done. The security guy at the happiness centre is awesome & helpful. But only cash transaction is available which is a bit concerning especially during this pandemic.
I went to the ladies section to pay traffic fines, the 2 ladies who are just busy chatting and had zero clients told me to go to the men's side and pay there. I went there and there were only 2 counters who are entertaining clients while the rest are busy on their mobiles. I hope they do something about this as it doesn't really give a good impression.
Fantastic service. I went to renew my drivers license and the entire experience from arrival to existing the building took no more than 15 minutes that included the eye test. Amazing experience.
Another fantastic experience with traffic department al Barsha. I went there to get a replacement for my lost driving license. The whole process was done in less than 10 minutes. Very organized and you apply for the service and make the payment on an automated teller machine which also prints the driving license for you.
This police station building has all what you need with regards traffic and registration issues and driving license issues and tests.
If you have any problems with your car fines you can simply discuss it with the staff and the managers staff there they will explain everything and you will get all the information in details.
If you looking to apply for new or renew your driving license you can from this building.
If you want to go to public notary you can find there because they have a court branch for customer service in this building too.
If you want to register or renew your car you can because they have the RTA test area just at the back of this building.
Yes you can find shops and cafe where you can eat and drink tea, coffee, juice or water and much more.
Yes they have ATM machines and they accept payment by card.
The building is very clean and staff very helpful and hardworking.
Be positive and stay happy, all staff are responsible and respectful they will help you find your problems and explain to you why you are fined and which mistakes you have done.
Overall, this police department is famous for their quality services and best standards. If you have any suggestions you have the suggestions box in their building the managers they will look at it and they will make sure you are happy.
Horrible customer service, super rude staff. Nobody was willing to look into my query properly. I had to sit down at a random counter and complain about the rudeness of their staff and then I finally got some attention. Right next to these unorganized offices is the ministry of happiness! Was I happy? They ruined my day!
Finally a lady apologized on behalf of that rude staff and helped me out.
Super slow services, you're forced to use a smart machine and there's always a huge queue cause it's just one machine available to all. Ladies at counters cannot do certain services for you so you have to use this machine. Last time I went for the same service in another Rta office they didn't force you to use a smart machine. Either things have changed or this place is just a lower version of where I got my services done previously.
So as a conclusion:
I spent 1 hour and a half searching for the right office, got half of the things done and got treated badly by the staff at the information kiosk.
Why you have to write 7 am on a saturday when its closed! The police just give fines to poor people in areas like satwa where there is no parking and paid parking zones are full. We came yo pay and clear fines but its closed.such a waste!
