My wife obtained a job from a company in DMCC Freezone, and they issued an e-visa for her entry. Unfortunately, her travel has been denied by the airline and immigration authority in Kerala, India due to the absence of her visa details on the ICP website (smartservices.icp.gov.ae). I am seeking guidance on the possibility of updating her details on the ICP website. The Indian immigration authority stipulates that her travel is permissible only if her details are available on the ICP website. What steps can be taken to rectify this situation promptly?

Totally unuseful and non helpful place. I don't know what they are there for. Just sitting using their mobile phones. The person from the reception till the counter were all harsh and not helpful. Jaffiliya asks us to go to airport office. They ask us to go to Awir. No one there to guide properly. I'm sorry to say but we don't need so many immigration offices and nothing is centralized.

Very bad experience,
I was waiting for my wife entry permit, more then 3 days is already done, but still not received, i was came immigration dubai office terminal 3, officer is told me you must pay 3000 security for entry permit, why like this, i have employment visa, not a partner, I informed 2 officers but no body to help me, after 1 hr, pro talk in immigration then i will received entry permit, one officer telling me, why ask again again, because this is my rights
If any person set in good position, so please help nation,

Received family entry permit in 13hrs. Applied in the late evening and received in early morning. Amer center here is awesome, helpful people and swift response.

Highly recommended for all visa servcies.

I did some few transactions in Terminal 3 immig. From what I experienced ladies are smiling and helpful but guys dont smile. Just recently one guy from reception was rude shouting at my kids.

Met officer Mr. Saeed A Al Suwaidi in terminal 3 immigration. He did excellent job and fixed the problem with entry permit. He's having amazing knowledge about the process, I give him 5 star.

I want to give a big thank you to Hanan Al Suwadi for her attentive, helpful, and polite service. The officer at the reception was also welcoming and attentive. I visited in the evening on May 30,2023, after 7: 30 PM. Their outstanding service deserves recognition.

Omg they did visa entry permit with in 25 minutes for family and I received email approved visa

I was trying with amer 24/7 center from last week some time they guys putting wrong nationality some time miss data

Once I Visted direct GDFRA and explain them all the situation they ask me to apply new application there amer office same time airport and the give approved visa with in 15 minutes

What a joke to put up a big sign that says “Customer Happiness Center”!

The guy with police uniforms at reception desk didn’t even give me the slightest sign of interest to assist or provide service to me. In fact, he didn’t even look at me when I was in front of him and greeted him. He completely shut me off without even looking at the document I was showing him and kept talking with his 2 colleagues in front of me. Forget about empathy, so rude. They don’t care most people who go all the way there, spending their time and energy, are with visa problems or worries.

مركز الاتصال كلهم اجانب ومايعرفون يردون غير الرد المتداول بمراكز الاتصال لكن بدون مضمون يرجى توفير مواطنين يجيدون الرد مع الخدمه المطلوبه حيث انهم فقط يردون كالرد الآلي بدون معرفة وجواب العميل والحل المطلوب للمتصل المتصل لايتصل ليسمع اي كلمة خدمه فقط بدون جواب

Very rude and insensitive behavior. All these reviews are fake. No one bother to listen even. Either a matter is solved or not is far from discussion if you’re not even allowed to be heard. Don’t bother these fake views. You have work and you have to face them and their insensitive behaviors thats all. Same as faced in Al-Manara mall office.

كنت في امس الحاجة لجوازات مطار دبي الصالة 2 في مسألة تأشيرة دخول للأهل والكل كان رافض التعامل بس الحمد لله وبفضل الله تم حل القضية في أسرع وقت ولله الحمد من قبل الضابط جاسم.

I have a serious problem with my visa, they noticed the error in the system and said that due to an error I'm full of fines, I can't apply for my visa process, I've already been to several Amer, general directorare and immigration terminal 3, me They guided me and I also called 805111, they said they don't solve it over the phone and told me to go back to the airport again.what do I do now?: (

Amazing people, my complicated work was done efficiently with minimum time. Met some warm people at the emigration, they are ready to help you with a smile. Highly recommended center for Amer and emigration work.

They are really Good officers in this place. It feels scarry reach them but once you talk to them you get to know that they are here to help any one stranded. I give them a five start. All my questions to them got answered. I'm a black but I was treated do nicely by these officers. Kudos to the immigration officers at terminal 3 Dubai.

The best ever goverment service avaialable in UAE, they are working 24hours and the staffs are so helpfull and friendly, recently i have visited them for an urgent immigration service and they had helped in few minutes and i was able to go on the same flight. So thankful to the people overe there and the goverment.

Worst service pathetic behavior no help at all. I went there for an emergency case as my nephew is still stuck as his tourist visa is still pending to receive from long but no one helped there. It is a very bad experience and there is no help at all

It's called customer happiness center, but staff there are rude, impatient, they even don't know how to smile! They ask what issue you are facing with a judgemental attitude and face. Did they even receive training before starting the job? !

كنت مسافر من مطار دبي وقالولي لازم تكون صلاحية الجواز للدوله الي اريد اسافرها لاتقل عن ستة شهور، ودلوني على مقر الادارة العامة للاقامة ، لم اكمل عشرة دقائق (لم أكمل عشرة دقائق) من استقبل الموظفين بكل احترام و تعامل بكل احترافيه و اخذ صوره شخصيه ثم الانتظار لدقائق وأتفاجأ ان الجواز اصبح بيدي … شكرا لكل العاملين هناك شكرا لمطار دبي شكرا لدبي من القلب

Unbelievably rude and ignorant service, not even looking at me while addressing for a simple error for visa hold (that too from their end) which I had gone for the dependent visa, they made me wait for 30 mins and said to me that I would need to check in the system, then I went to al manara immigration center and they did it in 2 mins, first time I’ve had this experience in Dubai

In the time where Dubai is highly moving towards a digital future, GDRFA digital services are worst. Using outdated technologies and building worst customer experience.

If you are from india and missing your country, visit them for a dose of nostalgia. For a simple issue in their system (visa cancellation from Abu dhabi not showing up in their system but showing correctly on the federal website), they made me run around for 2.5 hours. And the funny part is that finally the same officer whom i spoke to first, said oh visa status update yes go to counter number 2. And i am wondering, buddy we have had the same conversation 3 times then why did you tell me this on my 4th attempt.

If you are looking for urgent visa stamping then read below carefully.

There is lack of clear information regarding the locations where urgent visa stamping is done.
In the Terminal 3 only Visa Stamping for emergency cases is done where your flight is booked for travelling but you are still waiting for visa. In that case you have to take the copy of your flight ticket, along with approved application then only they would do the visa stamping.

For all other cases you have to go to Bin Sougat Centre in Rashidya (open till 5: 30pm) or Immigration at DAFZA (open till 6pm)

Supper professional and helpful, the officer at the duty have an amazing approach and ready to help as much as he can, the issue he did solve I wasn’t even expected that it can be solved, even while I was waiting, the amount of repetitive people that passed by the counter uncountable and all they was helped in the best way possible, really hands up for you guys, you are a great example.

Very Bitter Experience.

There was a Indian guy in Danata Uniform who was not the staff of General Directorate of residencies but he was assisting rudely to queue, Literally asking everyone try some-other place.

The receptionist was not even bothering himself to look into the matter.

Very helpful officers. Went to correct the name in visa. Got it done in 20 mins. Had an issue 4 years back also which was sorted out without any hassle.

During lockdown period, i went up there 2 times but disappointed. I went for my newborn childs, who are not appearing in my file. Only GDRF can do it. I tried explaining the Gentleman my case. But he did not even listen and went back inside. So disappointed.

They restarted to work from today onwards after long period of lockdown. I went to hold my family visa. They're very friendly and approachable attitude. My work was completed within 20 minutes. Not much waiting period.

Is it because of Ramadan that's why staffs don't provide proper interaction to customers? All my efforts, waiting, time, and money to go with head office & airport branches just gave instructions differently to skip work instead of making it easier for us? As an employee & a single mom, time and money is very valuable but I didn't even feel a little of the Customer Happiness the govt is promoting. I thought they are very friendly and approachable but I lost my trust. Staff even talking to phone while attending inattentively to me. So disappointing.

Pfui. Einreise wurde uns verweigert in Dubai. Unfreundliche und arrogante Einheimische Menschen dort. Besonders Passkontrolle und die Behandlung dort danach von den 5 Sicherheitsbeamte/ Mitarbeiter in der Visa Stelle / Abschiebehaft- Stelle, unter aller Sau. (Neben der Passkontrolle und Emirates schalter) Uns wie verbrecher behandelt. 8 Stunden dort gesessen und mit der nächste Maschine abgeschoben. Als Deutscher ist man wohl dreck in Dubai? Geld für Reisebuchung weg! Hotel nicht genutzt! Keine Hotelkosten zurück. Und in so einem Land findet 2020 die Expo statt? Zum Glück bekommt dieses Land von mir nicht noch für 14 Tage die Zimmersteuer vor Ort. Eines Tages so wünsche ich es mir, wird diese Land wieder im Dreck und Armut verfallen. Unmöglich sowas.

Be very careful about the information you’re getting. I caught an officer either purposely lying about procedures, or not knowing official immigration rules, in both cases such people shouldn’t be allowed to work for the public in such departments. Always get a second opinion. Majority of the officers are not willing to solve anything, they’ll regard you to the next shift instead to get rid of you. One officer was helpful, typing person was very pleasant.
