Ms. Keerti was very helpful in arranging the attested copies of Birth Certificate as it was lost in courier. They managed to avail certificate from the Govt.directly and process it. Though delayed and lost in courier was an exception for which 1 * is reduced other wise it is 5 *

The Customer support was very good. They brief on all processes correctly. The best thing was they genuinely told the time for process and they didn`t give any false promises.

This is probably the worst and most expensive service I have used. The customer service is not giving proper information, only broken promises, which becomes frustrating, especially since they don’t respect any promised timeframe. The tone of voice is disrespectful. Overall experience is very bad - price, customer service, deadline. They basically failed to deliver what they promised. I received my diploma months later - I wasted the money and they won’t give refund. Simply put, terrible

If there was an option for no start, I would give it. No matter what you need done, you are better off traveling and attesting it yourself.

My document took 4 months to get back to me. The committment was 1.5 to 2 months.

To top it up, the original document is now full of stamps and signatures. No clue why they didnt make an original copy and then attest that.

The contact number/whatsapp is totally useless, they read for you the update from the website.no value there.

After 3 months, they managed to connect me to the sales manager who gave me better updates, but again. 4 month.

I was literally better off traveling and doing the attestation myself and back here in 2 days.

Great experience, definite five star to Nikhat my case manager who has been an absolute professional, clearly understood the sensitivity, urgency and the importance of my request. Nikhat has been very prompt with responses. Thank you Nikhat for all your help and keep doing what you are doing because that is what the best do.

Very poor service. Received my document after 30 working days, when I was promised 17 working days. While delivering they only gave my translation and did not give my original. I had to make numerous calls to get my original certificate. When I refused to pay the balance without receiving my original certificate, the delivery boy threatens me to take me to police. Not giving my next certificate for attestation to them.

I used Genius Attestation service for attestation of my Degree certificates. I found them professional and really helpful. Thanks Ramees for your support and prompt response to all my queries. Also thanks to Keerthi for your assistance.

UPDATE on my EXPERIENCE as of 18-Apr-2022:
It’s been a month now and the promise of my AED200 refund is still pending. The staff named Keerti is the one I am dealing with and the initial 5-working days promise has now turned into a month and who knows might still drag for a long time.
This is considering that my other documents that they certified for AED600 were never accepted by the international entity I sent to. I told them about these documents but never offered any further assistance to help.

REVIEW ON 13-Apr-2022:
Their office is not very accommodating and they did not even try to help me obtain the correct person to certify my documents.

I even paid for a service that they have not provided and it’s been a month now but they still haven’t sent me my refund.

My experience is really horrible and I will definitely not recommend this company if you need any legal professional service for your documents.

Got in touch with them for my Degree & Marriage Certificate attestation. The Process was extremely smooth, hassle free and most importantly Quick. Ramees, the person who was just a call away for all my queries and answered all of them patiently. Kudos to the whole team.

I made the mistake of entrusting my documents for attestation with Genius attestation services at Dubai, UAE office, Their representative promised me that they will give the attested documents back in 15 working days but I haven't and even they are not able to update me regarding the same. Very bad experience and please stay away from them. Supervisors are not ready to talk with me.

FRAUD PEOPLE
They are cheaters. No proper communication. They took my friends money and not giving her back her documents. They do not have proper proof to back up their story. Please do not use their services. Employees vanish when they are needed to follow up for your document and when its time for payment they come up with excuses. They are not giving back the money or document. They will first agree on one payment and later keep increasing the payment. Do not trust anyone there. Please be aware of them.

Had my marriage and educational certificates attested from them. Received all the certificates attested on time (15 days). Customer service representative Salma was efficient in coordinating and reverting to all calls and email queries.

Very disappointed with their service. I had opted for express service to get a document attested. They were suppose to deliver the document within 7-10 days. It has been over 2 weeks still not received the document. Their customer service is even worse! The staff promise to call you back with an update but never bother to call you back. Spoke to the manager Mr. VIPIN, and he doesn't bother about the delay and inconvenience caused, instead blaming a reputed firm like DHL for their inefficient service. I have made several calls and every time they have an excuse ready for their incompetent service. Not to mention their charges are high too and in return you don't even get the service! My Overall experience with genius attestation has been pathetic. They will do multiple follow up if they feel there is a potential customer and after that we can expect excuses like 1) Embassy issue 2) Flood 3) Strikes etc for the same there is a delay in the service. I opted for express delivery and I got the attested copy after 2 weeks which is not within express delivery package. Now for past 2 weeks I'm following up with the team for reimbursement since I have paid additional payment for express delivery and pin drop silence from genius attestation so far. My advice to people who are trying for attestation is
1) Don't pay full amount in advance
2) Don't believe that express delivery will be super fast, their excuses lists are long to justify why there is a delay.
3) Don't expect reply to your emails, have to call them and they will promise a call which will be also delayed.
4) Don't check your tracking number, its of no use. It will never show the correct status
5) Document will certainly be attested and they do delivery at home/office location as well which is appreciated.

Trying to reach them for over 2 weeks just to get a quotation of documents attestation. Have emailed, wats app message and also chat message through their website with no proper response. Extremely pathetic service.

The document gave on 7th April and promised to give back in two weeks.
Today its 23rd July. Till now did not get the document. Misguiding customer support always you will get it next week.: - (

I got it in three months. I asked Mr Kadeer to compensate for the loses but he is not bothered to call or revert me and had not given me any help. He took action only when i posted the problem on all the social media of Genius attestation. Never ever give them your documents. The worst service I had witnessed. Not worthy of negative stars. If you people are getting problem with them write them on thr social media account then only they listen. I got so many problem because of these people.

This company does not even deserve a single star. They call themselves as the best attestation service provider in the world but the reality is far from that. They have no respect for their customers and just want to loot us of our money. They make fake promises and their customer service agents are experts in misleading the customers. I made a mistake by choosing them and would never ever recommend them to anyone else.

I submitted my Master degree (Bharathiyar University) certificate for attestation on 9th March 2019, till now I didn’t receive my certificate back. I am calling almost every week and call center agent is giving me same answer. I ask them to give at least some reference or details, they are saying they don’t know anything it’s with embassy.

Last week I had bad experience with call center agent, he was shouting at me. This is unacceptable. Don’t give any certificate here for attestation.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! TERRIBLE STAFF!
I submitted my degree certificate two months back, n i don't receive any kind of updates be it text messages or emails, nothing, about where my certificate is, why the delay occurred, or when I am getting it back. I have had to contact the staff every single time to receive an update about the status of my certificate for atleast about 5 to 6 times now. I happened to speak to the manager, Mr. MOHAMMED KADEER who was extremely impolite and harsh who started questioning me back about the delay that was caused by their company. He asserted that if I was ''INTERESTED''' to get back my certificate, I had to go to their office directly and speak to them. Highly unacceptable and extremely disrespectful manner to talk to a lady or any customer for that matter. Although they first promised it would only take 12-15 days, n now that it is almost 2 months, the manager now claims that they have never assured or promised that they would return the certificate in 15 days. Also they have no payment policy/refund policy and are insisting, arguing and raising their voice against the customer to make the FULL PAYMENT even if its gets delayed from their end.

You guys have done an excellent work for getting my degree attested in a super express manner. Your swift work helped me in getting my VISA stamped
