Dr. Bayer is the most professional, honest and fun doctor i have visited in Dubai. I got wrong diagnosis 3 times before in Dubai and pushed for surgery, took Dr. Bayer one session to diagnose and treat my problem. I totally recommend him. Thanks Doctor.

The worst medical service I have experienced. I went through a series of tests for a problem that has not been resolved for months with medication and I was told I have to wait for a week for results to arrive. As my Dr is not a permanent resident here, I was sent off a prescription on whatsapp and was told to take the same medications again! So Im now left with test results that no one is willing to explain to me at this clinic and a whatsapp message to take more pills! Which did not fix the issue the last 5months! They are okay to book me a new consultation with a different dr (so they can charge me again) but not to have a professional call me to explain me the results of my test and situation. Unprofessional staff, disorganized with little communication. Avoid going here for anything serious.

No management, waited for 3 hrs and told that doctor is busy and cannot do scan. Its a clinic, people visit it for some issues but no ampathy or understanding the situation. Appointments should be manage better.

Dr. Diethart Bayer is 100% and beyond any doubt the top best specialist in Dubai for pilonidal cyst treatments and procedure. The procedure was virtually painless and thanks to his tailor made plasma treatment I could have managed to be on an aircraft for a business trip next after 1 week from the procedure. Drove my wife over for an appointment. They made her wait and hour and then the doctor says they cant see her. Extremely unprofessional. We drove from an hour away, and then had to wait an hour to be refused.

I had an appointment on Monday the 11th of October at 11: 15 with gastrologist Dr. Shungo Hiroyasu, for diagnosis of my stomach problems I ended up with zero result and wrong diagnosis.
He recommended Clostr diff.toxin (EIA) test which they told me it will take 24 hours (later they said no sorry we have to send it to Germany and it will take at least 10 days, still the results are not there) send me home with all the discomfort.and pain.
I went to another hospital and a total different test results came out. They found that I have gas in my stomach and they gave me JASICONE SIMETHICNE LOZENGES which helped me to get rid of the pain and Proflora restore probiotics.
The Clostr Diff Toxin test was done in another hospital and took only 9 hours and was negative.
The question is how can you call yourself a professional Medical Center expecting the patient to suffer for 10 days without any proper diagnosis and treatment.

Exaggerations for more money
Dr. Diethart Bayer is the additional pain in my case. I can not trust him at all. Diagnosis is full of exaggerations. His bill is to much exaggerated and very expensive. I wonder why the clinic close its eyes!

I went to the place with big hopes, but unfortunately there is nothing „German“ about this place. I received an online consultation and habe been asked to do tests and tests. After doing all of them I didn’t receive any conclusions or analysis by them. Have called several times, even went there again but no one cares! Bad bad service, not recommended at all.

I’ve had zero sperm counts past 2-3 years and i’ve seen alot of doctors and they all gave me zero hopes but recently I was recommended to visit german medical center and I was a patient of a great doctor, Dr. Ralf.thanks to him and thanks to god my sperm counts are back and have been solved and i’m soo happy with the results.such a great clinic and a well experienced doctor.

اديبة الهاشمي: في 2014 أجريت لي عملية اعوجاج في الغضروف بسبب الانزلاق في البانيو وكانت العملية ناجحة مئة في المئة ولم تنتج عنها أي مضاعفات بعد العملية لم أجد علاجاً لمدة 21 سنة وقد كنت أعاني آلاماً في الركبة وصعوبة في تحريكها وكل الأطباء قالوا إنه التهاب وبحاجة لعلاج طبيعي ، لكن لم أجد أي فائدة من العلاج وكنت مترددة من العملية لكن البروفيسور قال إنه يتحمل كل المسؤولية بأني سأستطيع المشي بعد العملية فاطمأن قلبي من ثقته. العملية الثانية كانت بسبب سقوط في المدرسة منذ 36 سنة ، لقد حدث كسر القدم و تقطع في الأربطة و فصل بين العظمتين ، وبعد العملية قال إنه اكتشف أشياء لم تظهر في الأشعة ، وسألني كيف تحملت كل هذه السنين ، وأما العملية الثالثة فكانت في الإبهام وقد وصف لي الأطباء إبرة الكورتيزون لكنني أجد أي فائدة منها ، ولكن أصبح كل شيء طبيعي بعد عملية عصب اليد التي كانت ناجحة. ورجعت يدي طبيعية وأما عملية ورم العصب في القدمين فإن البروفيسور هو من اكتشف الورم لكنه كان ورماً حميداً و الحمدلله. أما في القدم اليمنى فقد تابعت مع أحد الأطباء لكنه فتح الغرز و كان الجرح مفتوحا 5,1 سم ويخرج إفرازات وقد التهبت القدم و تضرر العصب. لذلك أجريت عملية أخرى عند البروفيسور زيمرمان لتصحيح العصب و القدم الأخرى وقد اعتنيت بها في المنزل ولم تنتج أي التهابات فيها. أنا وأفراد عائلتي نثق كثيرا بالبروفيسور جيرالد زيمرمان ونعتبره من أفضل أطباء العظام

كنت أعاني من آلام في الركبة إلى اعلى الفخذ بعد علاج الخلايا الجذعية اختفى الألم تماما حتى بعد سنه من العلاج و أصبحت ركبي اكثر ليونه

اجرالي البروفيسور عمليه زرع غضروف صناعي في الكاحل الأيسر بعد المعاناه لسنوات و مقابلة العديد من الأطباء لكن لم اجد اي فائده إلى ان قابلت البروفيسور و اجرالي العملية و أصبحت أستطيع المشي بدون اَي آلام

I was given an excellent treatment from the staffs to the doctor from the orthopedic department, downside of the center is that the building only offers 1 hour free parking but nevertheless, the center is highly recommended!

اود ان اشكر جزيل الشكر المركز الطبى لالمانى عن ما قدمة لى من الخدمات العلاجية وهى انانى اصبت فى حادث سيارة وكانت الاصابة فى الكتف فى عظمة الترقوة وكان بها كسور مضعفا حوالى 5 كسوروقد تم اجراء عملية لى على يد الدكتورالالمانى وكانت العملية صعبة لانى انتظرت بعد الحادث حوالى 30 يوم وعلى حسب كلام الدكتور صعبة الالتام ولكنى ارء اليوم وبعد مرور 7 اشهر من العملية ومتابعة مع الكتور التحسن الكبر فى حالتى

The staffs are very professional! I've been to the Ob-Gyne department and have received the best treatment from the staffs from the reception till I reach the doctor. Kudos, German Medical Center! I will definitely recommend the center to my family and friends.

I done both shoulder arthroscopy by Dr. Zimmerman and have to much pain and i cannot sleep and restrictive movements on my shoulder and after surgery I did the physiotherapy to Ms.sheila and help to decrease the pain and now i can moved my both shoulder and she gave me simple exercise but its very helpful and she is doing best for the patient, the clinic is amazing staff. I am Ms. Nadia.

I would not return. The German doctors I have seen there are good, no doubt about that. But there are many good doctors in Dubai. The German Medical Center was exceptional when it opened some 15 years ago. Meanwhile they have a reception desk, which is uncoordinated, highly volatile in their helpfulness and sometimes simply unmotivated.
I had an appointment, which I booked 6 weeks in advance. I also arrived 20 min early, just to not steal the Doctor's time. When my appointment was long due, the doctor rather walked around and chitchatted with the nurses instead of seeing me. After 25 min I had enough and left. It later turned out that nobody had informed the doctor that I was there waiting for her. Sorry, people but in the 21st century with so much competition out there, this is just not good enough and as a German myself I am very offended by somebody else's unpunctuality, as it highly disrespectless.

And now in your answer you expect ME to call YOU to discuss why YOUR staff was respectless to ME? This is the epitome of imperdinence.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL - DR HERWIG. MY HUSBAND WAS TREATED VERY BADLY. MADE TO WAIT OVER AN HOUR AND HALF FOR APPOINTMENT, GIVEN INCORRECT INFORMATION REGARDING SCANS THATS ARE NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE, UNHELPFUL WHEN ASKING FOR COPIES OF MEDICAL TEST RESULTS. TRYING TO SELL VERY EXPENSIVE SCANS (10,000DHS FOR A CT THEY KNOW IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE) AVOID THIS DR AND CLINIC UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED BADLY!

Currently doing my physiotherapy with Sheila for my knee which has a surgery done to it. The staff is great and the therapists Sheila has helped me to walk as after 1 week I was able to remove the braces and start using crutches, and after 2 weeks I am able to walk.
