Extremely unprofessional team. Doctors are not available during the afternoon. Dr. Hiren was very rude and gave burns on my father's skin during the session even though my father informed him that the 'hot pack' was too hot for him. Dr. Hiren asked him to 'bear it if it's bearable. ' When we went to complain, he wouldn't let us talk in front of the owner of the clinic, Dr. Kapoor. They didn't cover the wound's treatment and only refunded for the sessions. They provided us with no invoices whatsoever and didn't treat the wound. Dr. Kapoor said you can either opt for a full refund without a treatment or get the treatment.

Dr Sarita Gynecologist and her husband Dr Ashok Kappor Cardioligist are excellent person and doctors.

Slow staff, delayed response. Only visiting to see Dr Sarita, nothing else is good. Even no parking validation and u have to wait for more than 2 hours to complete the check up and get reports.

Get well medical center is the best service provider in the seafarer and other medical testing and certifiying service sector in Dubai. Very professional medical staffs, doctors and cerical staffs. They are very helping and supportive. Highly recommended for UAE residents.

I have been seing Dr. Sarita for quite some time now. I am very satisfied with the way she handles my case. My insurance is not covered in Getwell Medical Center. I was first hesitant to continue my treatment here as I was worried about the consultation and some other related fees. But I am grateful that such doctor will consider my situation and have been getting a great discount plus a nice treatment which I can tell like a mother's care. Kudos to Dr. Sarita!

Fantastic customer service and super professional. I've done my medicals for the MSC Cruise line and everything went super smooth. All the tests took 2 hours but I didnt feel when the time passed. All the staff are super helpful, very professional and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend them. Keep up the fantastic work.

Recently done my medicals by dr.ashok kapoor! Wonderful experience got personal advice by Dr.kapoor, very nice staff!?

We visited the Dr. Saritha Kapoor for the first time a couple of years ago for my wife after reading the reviews and also after checking with the insurance provider if the clinic is covered. Doc asked my wife to do some tests from the clinic and based on that she gave her prescription. Now, recently when she wanted to consult a gynec for a different reason, we thought to consult Dr Saritha Kapoor only as the previous experience was good, but this time she had no insurance. So, doc asked my wife to do few tests, one of which had to be done early in the morning (empty stomach) I think and the test to be done 3 times at an interval of 1 hour. Considering the morning traffic from my place to the clinic, we thought to do the tests from a lab close to my place. So we called the clinic to give us the test names, but they were not ready. We had to make multiple calls mentioning the patient ID, doctors name etc.and finally they gave us the test details. We did the tests and once we got the results, we messaged doc over whatsapp to know when to visit her next. She asked to come in the afternoon, we went to the clinic, waited for some time, and when it was our turn, she asked us to come in the morning! Seriously! I don't remember the reason, but again, she's a doc and we respect em. We visited again the next day, and this time she literally shouted at us saying "what's wrong with people, trying to save few 100Dirhams by doing tests from outside". From where we do the tests is not doc's concern. We had our reasons for not doing tests from the clinic, and if doing tests from outside is cheaper, then I think we did the right thing. Anyway, doc was not at all happy. Now, she said she got to do one scan to confirm something, and she spoke as if we had an option. I didn't want to take any risks and asked doctor to do the scan. After the scan, doc said she can see a BIG CYST. Overall, our experience this time was very bad. Fast forward a couple of weeks, wife wanted to consult a gynec again, and we decided not to visit this clinc anymore, so we went to a well known gynec in Sharjah, Rolla (she was really sweet), and found out that the BIG EGG which Dr Saritha said is not an egg, but a fetus <3. We started consulting a gynec at Aster Hospital Qusais, and there too we had a very pleasant experience.

In short, I won't recommend anybody to visit this clinic, if you are not planning to do lab tests from here, or if you don't have an insurance.

She is very friendly and approachable and has proper interaction with patient. Listens to them carefully and explains the diagnosis. Also she does not prescribe unwanted test or medicine.
She is very experienced doc from India.

Excellent customer service, I went there to do my Seaferer Medical Test and the services they gave me was such amazing, everything was on point, the receptionist on duty, I dont know her name but she was such fantastic with her warm smile, the cashier, he is amazing, all the doctors who was on duty that day, I say God bless u all including the front desk, I indeed recomend them to every patient.

The receptionist staff and the customer care person who attends the calls is very rude "Like he owns the property" and they get angry if you ask questions, while coming to Dr. Kapoor is good at her treatment. The only friendly are the nurses.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Go somewhere else if you can. The receptionist staff get angry if you ask questions, the doctors are not confident in their medical decisions & the waiting areas are abysmal. The only friendly and helpful people there are the nurses.

Thank you Dr. Kapoor for the human touch feeling I got while being treated for my heart condition.

We spoke to Mr.kapoor here regarding Fetal Echo and our insurance covers that but he is asking me to pay 850 AED for Fetal Echo. Same time i spoke to AXA insurance team that Mr.kapoor from Getwell clinic asking me for the amount. AXA insurance contact center person informed me that they need to do direct billing for you need not pay and Doctor need to raised the request for approval for the Fetal echo.
We i asked Mr.kapoor for the same he said will not rise the request for approval for the fetal Echo ultrasound as per insurance he should sent the request for that.

So i kindly request stop that.

Dr. Ashok Kapoor and Dr. Sarita Kapoor are the sweetest doctors here in UAE.know them since 15 years now, they have been more then family doctor. They have treated my Mom, sister. My wife, day one from pregency Dr. Sarita helped all. So my both children, My son & daughter. They don't treat patient as patients, But as family member, that's vy ppl feel 50% relief when you bist Get well medical centre.they are so kind and humble and very intelligent.
They have been treating ppl who can't pay the bills also. Been doing lots social charity.

Recently I had Visited Dr. Nazish Hussain for the first time and she was such a good doctor who gives patient much relaxation by the way of her enquiries, politeness and caring advices.
